I'm here to tell you that Billy Graham is one of these false prophets that the Bible is talking about here. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man cometh unto the Father, but by Me. Billy Graham does not teach this. He does not teach that you have to even believe in Jesus to be saved and go to heaven. Just take a look at what he had to say. Tell me, what do you think is the future of Christianity? Well, Christianity and being a true believer, you know, I think there's the body of Christ, which comes from all the Christian groups around the world, or outside the Christian groups. I think everybody that loves Christ or knows Christ, whether they're conscious of it or not, they're members of the body of Christ. And I don't think that we're going to see a great, sweeping revival that will turn the whole world to Christ at any time. I think James answered that, Apostle James, in the first council in Jerusalem, when he said that God's purpose for this age is to call out a people for His name. And that's what God is doing today. He's calling people out of the world for His name, whether they come from the Muslim world or the Buddhist world or the Christian world or the non-believing world. They are members of the body of Christ because they've been called by God. They may not even know the name of Jesus, but they know in their heart that they need something that they don't have, and they turn to the only light that they have, and I think that they are saved and that they're going to be with us in heaven. This is fantastic. I'm so thrilled to hear you say that. There's a wideness in God's mercy. A wideness in God's mercy? The Bible says, Because straight is the gate, and narrow is the way which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Is this what Billy Graham is teaching? Absolutely not. He's teaching a works-based salvation. Billy Graham teaches and has always taught throughout his whole entire ministry that in order to be saved, you have to turn from your sins and live a good life. That is a works-based salvation. He's taught this throughout his whole entire ministry. Tonight, I'm glad to tell you as we close that the Lord Jesus Christ can be received, your sins forgiven, your burdens lifted, your problems solved by turning your life over to Him, repenting of your sin, and turning to Jesus Christ as Savior. Shall we pray? Is your heart right? Is your heart right? Is your heart right? Would you like to have a new heart? I tell you tonight, you can. You say, Well, Billy, how long does it take? That quick. The Holy Spirit is the one that performs the operation of regeneration. And in a flash, if you are willing to renounce and confess and acknowledge that you've sinned against God, you're willing to accept God's diagnosis of your heart. You're willing to accept the fact that your heart is sinful, that it's deceitful, that you've sinned against Him, you're willing to acknowledge it, and you're willing to renounce and turn from your sins. It doesn't come cheap. It costs Christ His blood. It costs God His Son. And it'll cost you your sins. He demands that you deny self. There are many of you here tonight that belong to a church. You live a decent moral life, but you've never really come to this experience of an encounter with God. You've never really surrendered your heart and life to Him. You've never really received Christ to receive a new heart from Him. I ask you to come tonight. Repentance means that you acknowledge that you failed God, that you've sinned against God, and you're willing to renounce your sins. You're willing to give up your sins. I will give my life to Him. I will surrender to Him. I will receive Him as my Lord and Saviour and Master. I'm asking you tonight to receive Christ as your Lord and your Saviour and your Master. You say, well how? First, you must be willing to repent of your sins. How do you repent? The Bible says you must acknowledge your sins. And secondly, the Bible says you must be willing to turn from your sins. And He has a plan for your life if you'll only turn and repent. And maybe God has allowed this emptiness and this disillusionment and these problems to come on you to try to get you to turn. And then the second one is that you're a sinner. You have to admit it and confess it and acknowledge it and say, Lord, I've sinned and I'm sorry for my sin and I'm willing to turn from my sin. Now you must receive by faith God's offer of mercy and pardon and forgiveness. And then you must be willing to obey Him. That means to go back to your school and back to your business and back to your labor union and back to your farm and back to your friends and take your stand for Jesus Christ no matter what the cost. Nowhere in the Bible does it promise a tomorrow. Come while you can. Time itself makes the decision for you if you don't. You say, but what do I have to do? Three things. You must be willing to repent of your sin. That means to change your way of thinking about your sins and realize how bad they are in the sight of God. Change your way you're thinking about God and say, I love Him and I'm going to love Him with all my heart, mind and soul. I'm going to make Him the priority of my life. I'm going to put Him first from now on. He's going to be not only my Savior, but my Lord. You may be a member of the church. You may not be a member of any church. You may be an officer in the church, but you're not sure about your relationship with Christ and you want to be sure. And you must be willing to repent. And secondly, by faith receive Christ into your heart. That means you put your whole weight on Him and trust Him and Him alone. And thirdly, you follow and serve Him as His disciple and follower and obey Him. That means a big change for many of you if you make this choice. And he dresses it up all different ways, but you know what? If you can't tell that what he's preaching is work salvation, it's just because you're not even saved. So you can't even tell the difference. And those that are blinded today are sucked in by this guy because they can't understand that what he's preaching is just work salvation. I get so sick of this repent of your sins garbage coming from Baptist preachers. We gave the Gospel to a Muslim today and he said, salvation is through repenting of your sins. Did he not say that? We gave the Gospel to a Mormon today and he said, salvation is by repenting of your sins. Hey, why are these Baptists teaching the same garbage that the Muslims are teaching, that the Mormons are teaching, that the Catholics are teaching? It's works. But the Bible says we're saved by faith alone. Repenting of your sins is works. If you have to sit there and repent of this sin or repent. Hey, the only thing you have to repent of to be saved is whatever's stopping you from believing in Jesus Christ. And if your Catholic religion is damning you, you need to repent of that garbage and believe on Christ. You don't have to repent of sin. If you have to repent of sin, none of us is saved. We are all sinners. We die daily. We have to repent every day from the bad things that we do or the wrong thoughts that we think. We have to die daily as Paul said. We've got to take up the cross daily. But salvation is one time. Not one time in the Bible does it say you have to repent of your sins in order to be saved. Zero times does it say that in the Bible. Not one time in the Bible does it say you have to turn from your sins to be saved. Zero times. So what do you have to do to be saved? I mean, how do you get to heaven? I'm going to show you how you can be 100% sure that you will go to heaven when you die. The first thing that you have to understand is that we are all sinners. The Bible says, As it is written, there is none righteous, no not one. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. So we have all sinned and come short. We do not measure up to what God expects. We have all sinned and there is a punishment for sin. The Bible says, For the wages of sin is death. God's punishment for our sin is death. However, when we die, it is not over. After we die, the Bible talks about a second death. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. But the fearful and unbelieving and the abominable and murderers and whoremongers and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. Notice it says that all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone. All liars. Have you ever told a lie? We all have, and according to this verse, we all deserve to burn in hell for eternity. However, God loves us. He does not want us to go to hell. We do deserve to be punished, but because God loves us, He does not want us to have to pay that punishment. Here's what God did for us. But God commendeth His love toward us, and that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. God Himself became a human being. His name is Jesus. He was born of a virgin. He lived a perfect and sinless life. He was beaten, spit upon, and nailed to a cross. When He was nailed to the cross, He bore our sins on Himself. He died on the cross and paid the punishment for our sins so that we do not have to. Three days later, He was raised from the dead. Jesus died for everyone. However, everyone is not going to heaven. There is something we must do to be saved. The Bible tells us what we have to do to be saved in the book of Acts. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved. In order to be saved, you must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. It does not say that you have to go to church. It does not say that you have to be baptized. It does not say that you have to give up any of your sins or be willing to give up sin. It does not say that you have to turn from sin and live a good life. The only thing that you have to do to be saved is believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Here is the most famous verse in the Bible. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. Notice it does not say, whosoever is good enough, or whosoever lives a good life, or whosoever joins a church. It says, whosoever believeth in Him. It has nothing to do with works. For by grace are you saved through faith, and that not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. It is all about believing. He that believeth on Him is not condemned, but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. It's all about believing on Jesus. Not simply believing in an historical figure called Jesus, but believing that Jesus Christ died for your sins and was raised from the dead three days later. You will not go to heaven for what you have done. You will go to heaven by believing on what Jesus has done for you. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Salvation is a free gift. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. A gift is not something that you have to earn. A gift is free. The person that is giving the gift is the one that has paid for it. God is giving us eternal life, and he paid for this gift when he died on the cross for our sins. When God gives you the gift of eternal life, it is yours forever. You cannot lose your salvation. If you could lose your salvation, it would not truly be an eternal gift. Jesus said, I will never leave thee nor forsake thee. Therefore, after you are saved, you are saved forever. You did not do anything to earn your salvation, and you cannot do anything to lose it. Remember, salvation has nothing to do with works. It is all about believing on what Jesus has done for you. Do you believe that you have sinned? Do you believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sins? Do you believe that Jesus rose again from the dead? Do you believe that Jesus would save you if you asked him to right now? Do you believe that once you are saved, you will be saved forever? If you answered yes to all of these questions, you are ready to call upon Jesus to save you. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. I would like to help you call upon the Lord right now so that you will know that you are going to heaven. Simply pray this prayer. Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I know I deserve to go to hell. But I believe that you died on the cross for me and rose again. Please save me right now and give me eternal life. I am only trusting in you, Jesus. Amen.
