Good morning. Thank you so much for coming to Steadfast Baptist Church. If you did not already get a bulletin, you can still lift your hand up nice and high. We've got ushers with a bulletin. We can get you. On the front we have our Bible memory passage. We're on Psalm 58 verse 8. When you go outside, just quote the Bible memory verse. I'm just kidding, but seriously, at least in your heart. Also on the inside we have a service time, slow winning times, church stats. On the right, the list of expecting ladies, and boy is it growing. That's a great blessing that we've had. Please continue to pray for all of these ladies also. We have a separate prayer list of just other prayer requests and please continue to pray for them as well. Back we have church reminders down below upcoming events. Our FBBF is going to be in October, and then we have the Abilene soul winning marathon November. We just got back from our men's retreat and it went really well. It was a lot of fun. We had our second year where we did our competition. We have a mighty men's competition and it's pretty brutal, especially in 110 degree weather. This year we had the top three in our singles event. Brother Illy got third, Brother Jared Plant got second, and Sonny is our mighty men champion. All right. He helped prove that white men can't jump. No, he did great. It's a fierce competition. We probably had about 40 guys that competed and it whittles down to the top ten and then from there you kind of go through an elimination process. We tried something different this year. We also had a triad competition where we had three man teams. Our second place this year was Illy, Jacob, and Jared Plant, and then our first place was Brother Dylan, Brandon, and Remy. Obviously, Dylan had to recruit from afar, but some Philistines and everything like that. Hey, they ended up getting first, so congratulations to them. It was a lot of fun, a lot of good preaching. We had several guys from our retreat end up preaching sermons on Saturday and they were all really good sermons. It was really encouraging to see just the camaraderie and the zeal. If you've never been to one of our men's retreats, I really highly encourage you to try and participate the next year or in future years just because it's a lot of fun. Usually everybody really enjoys it. Just ask the other guys. Just ask how it was. We really had a good time. The preaching was really good. Thanks again to Pastor Thompson for coming out and preaching for us. He preached a really good sermon. Maybe in the future we might even have multiple preachers. I'm excited about that event and a lot of people really enjoy it. Thanks so much to everybody who participated and came. I had a lot of fun as well. I barely made it this morning. No, I'm just kidding. We can go ahead and sing our third song for this morning. It's going to be Psalm 126. Psalm 126 in our special handouts is our Psalm of the week. Psalm 126. All right, Psalm 126. When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion we were like them that dream our mouth filled with laughter and our tongue with singing. Then said they among the heathen, the Lord had done great things for them the Lord had done great things for us. Whereof we are glad, turn again our captivity, O Lord, as the streams in the South, they that sow in tears shall reap in joy, they that sow in tears shall reap in joy. Then said they among the heathen, the Lord had done great things for them the Lord had done great things for us. Whereof we are glad, he that goeth forth in weeping bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. Then said they among the heathen, the Lord had done great things for them the Lord had done great things for us. Whereof we are glad. All right, as the offering plates being passed around please turn in your Bibles to Leviticus chapter 5. Leviticus chapter number 5. . . . . . . . . . Leviticus chapter 5 the Bible reads And if a soul sin and hear the voice of swearing and is a witness whether he hath seen or known of it, if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity. Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcass of an unclean beast or a carcass of unclean cattle, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and if it be hidden from him, he also shall be unclean and guilty. Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty. Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these. And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing. And he shall bring his trespassed offering unto the Lord for his sin, which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb, or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering. And the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin. And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the Lord, one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering. And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off his head from his neck, and shall not divide it asunder. And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar, and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar. It is a sin offering. And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the manner. And the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin, which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him. But if he be not able to bring two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah, a fine flower, for a sin offering. He shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any frankincense thereon, for it is a sin offering. Then shall he bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it, even a memorial thereof, and burn it on the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the Lord. It is a sin offering. And the priest shall make an atonement for him as touching his sin that he hath sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him. And the remnant shall be the priest's as a meat offering. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, If a soul commit a trespass and sin through ignorance in the holy things of the Lord, then he shall bring for his trespass unto the Lord a ram without blemish out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering. And he shall make amends for the harm that he hath done in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest. And the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him. And if a soul sin and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the Lord, though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity. And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering unto the priest. And the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his ignorance, wherein he erred and wist it not, and it shall be forgiven him. It is a trespass offering. He hath certainly trespassed against the Lord. Let's bow our heads for a word of prayer. Father in heaven, I pray that you bless the sermon this morning. I pray also that you fill Pastor Shelley with the fullness and power of the Holy Spirit as he preaches to us. Help us to be edified by the message you've laid on his heart. Help us to apply the message to be doers of the word, and to be more complete Christians. We love you, and in Jesus' name I pray. Amen. Amen. So I'm going to be finishing a series that I started a while back. It was dealing with a particular documentary called Shiny Happy People, and in this particular documentary it kind of exposes a group called the IBLP, the Duggar family, and specifically Bill Gothard, who was the founder and CEO of what was called the IBLP. It was a non-denominational group that essentially taught a lot of basic life principles. It's kind of like the name of their organization. Two Christians, so-called, a lot of them were Baptists, and they were supposed to take these seminar courses and paid a lot of money to learn about how to be a godly person and raise a family and just a lot of different things. But part of the documentary focuses on a lot of the sexual abuse that happened or was reported against the IBLP and a lot of these individuals. And so kind of in conclusion of my series I want to talk about something that they really bring up a lot in this documentary and that is just sexual abuse. And so the sermon I have this morning is Sexual Abuse Shiny Happy People Part 7. Now this is an uncomfortable topic because really it's just gross, it's disgusting, it's evil, it's abominable, it's reprobate, and unfortunately churches today are really screwed up on these issues. A lot of churches are not handling these things appropriately. And it just makes Christ look bad, it makes the church look bad, and really that's a big reason why people hate the Duggars or the IBLP. And we as fundamental Baptists, we're not immune to these type of things. There's been times when Baptist churches, fundamental Baptist churches have also gone through these circumstances as well. And I think what people have to realize is we need to build a culture where every single person is going to report child abuse and all sexual abuse and we need to have a culture where it's just not tolerated, it's not allowed whatsoever. Now we're in Leviticus chapter number 5 and I want to read this verse in verse 1 again. The Bible says And if a soul sin and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he has seen or known of it, if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity. Now there's a lot of pronouns in this particular verse so sometimes it can be a little hard to read that the first time and pick up exactly what it's saying. But if we slow down for a second there's a really important verse to understand. It's saying if someone does something wrong if someone commits a sin and they've done evil they've done wrong and it says and hear the voice of swearing and is a witness so there's a witness to this particular sin someone sinned and then there's another person that happens to be a witness hears about it, they hear someone confess or admit to the sin, that's what it's kind of talking about, the voice of swearing someone's admitting to this, you know about it, you have the knowledge of this and it says meaning maybe you weren't there physically when the sin was committed but they told you about it, you've heard about it when it happened, you have the knowledge of this particular crime, sin it says so basically what the Bible is talking about is if someone came to you and reported a crime to you reported a grievous sin unto you and you decided to not do anything with that information, not tell the authorities, not tell the people that are in charge, what the Bible is saying, then he shall bear his iniquity, meaning that the sin that that person committed is now going to be imputed unto you so what the Bible is really trying to emphasize is the idea that hey when someone is admitting to you crimes and sins and evil that you should not be complicit in hiding or concealing that information you need to report it and let me tell you something all sexual abuse needs to be reported every single time and if you think that you're going to come to Pastor Shelley and tell him about the things that you've done in this area and I won't tell the cops, you are a fool the first call I will make is to the authorities if you ever come to me, now here's the thing, people will share with me sins that they've committed or problems that they have of all kinds of natures and very many most of them are not crimes but I have an obligation to report crimes to authorities even if you share something with me in confidence and so the last thing you want to do is come tell me about the crimes that you've committed I'm not going to just look the other way or act like it didn't happen especially when we talk about this particular issue and churches and pastors all over America are covering up concealing and hiding sexual abuse and it needs to stop. It needs to stop and people need to learn that they need to report it. Also, all of you children and young adults in the room, if someone does something to you that's bad, evil or makes you uncomfortable, you need to report it every single time and you should never feel bad about reporting it to someone. Also, anytime someone hurts a child, they often try to guilt the child or tell the child don't tell anybody. If someone's telling you not to tell someone, that's a bad thing that's usually a bad sign. Obviously, parents are able to properly and lovingly discipline their children and that's not something that we're talking about. What we're talking about is abuse and what we're talking about is harm and we're talking about of a nature between husband and wife in a bedroom and you know what, that stuff needs to be reported immediately to everyone. If anybody in this church ever hears about or sees or notices anything of this nature, you tell me and I will deal with it. I will deal with it. We need to not conceal these type of things, we need to expose them and bring light to the situation. Now go to Deuteronomy chapter 13. Now I do believe because of the seriousness of the nature of these type of accusations that if someone is accused by one witness we want to handle that with care and not just believe it automatically. We also don't want to dismiss things automatically either. There should be an investigation, there should be a fact finding period and then we should condemn the wicked and exonerate the righteous. There have been times in our church's history where false accusations of this nature have been brought against individuals. Sometimes that can really darken someone's reputation or cause them a lot of shame that's not right and so we also want to be careful that we're not repeating or creating rumors or damaging someone's reputation when false accusations are brought against them. We want to make sure that we have the right balance here but at the same time we shouldn't be afraid of trying to figure out what really happened, getting to the bottom of a situation trying to identify other witnesses and here's something that some people don't realize but you know I won't do anything without two or three or more witnesses. So if someone did something inappropriate but there's only one witness sometimes my hands are tied because I just can't really do anything about it. But what's good is when that person tells me when the second person comes to me now it's a green light I can do something about it. And so a lot of times we need that first reporter to come forward just so then we can have hey look this isn't just one person, this is multiple people saying there's a problem here and now we can actually do something about this situation because it's not just one party or one witness. So it's always important to even be the first witness in any kind of situation where something inappropriate is going on. Now in Deuteronomy chapter 13 look at verse number 6 From the one end of the heaven, or I'm sorry, from the one end of the earth, even under the other end of the earth, thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him, neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him, but thou shalt surely kill him, thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death and afterwards the hand of all the people. Now obviously the context of this particular passage is about someone trying to get you to serve a false god, but what I want you to pay attention to is the fact that when someone is worthy of a crime of death, when someone has committed a sin which is worthy unto death, what is the attitude that God wants you to have towards that individual and I believe it's not limited to this particular sin, but it's all sins that are worthy of death. What does the Bible say? It says very clearly, thou shalt not pity, you're not supposed to pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him, in fact according to the Bible, but thou shalt surely kill him, thine hand shall be first upon him. Meaning when you're the witness of someone doing evil you're the first witness, you need to be the first person to report it, not to conceal them, not to hide it, you know what they need to be punished and we shouldn't have an attitude of saying well but I like him or he's my family member or he's my cousin or he's my brother or whatever, no you need to say mine eye is not going to pity, I'm not going to conceal you I'm not going to hide it, I'm not going to have any mercy in this particular situation, I'm going to report it. You know what, when people commit crimes of this nature we should not pity at all. Oh you're so unmerciful, well you know what, if you think you're more merciful than God you're an idiot, because this is what the Bible is saying and really your mercy is misguided because by you thinking that you're so merciful what you're actually doing is enabling a predator to hurt more children, to hurt more victims and so what you're not doing is you're not being merciful to victims you're being merciful to predators, you know what, I want to be merciful to victims, I'm not going to be merciful to a predator so actually the true and the most loving and the most merciful thing you could do is to not conceal them but rather bring forth the information, bring forth what they've done and report it so that it doesn't happen again and what's so frustrating about this issue is how when people finally get caught it's not one victim, it's not two victims, in many cases it's dozens and dozens and dozens of victims and that's the sad reality of this particular sin and of this particular issue is that people are not reporting it and it just happens over and over and over again. Go to Deuteronomy chapter 22 and look, I'm just trying to be honest with you this morning I have nothing to hide in this particular category and our church is never going to have anything to hide in this category but there have been individuals that have gone to one of our churches that were a child molester and it was in Jacksonville, Florida, a guy named Kyle Chambers had literally molested his own daughter now here's the thing, he was in our church while I was the pastor but of course I did not know, if I had ever known for any second, I would have dealt with that immediately now at some point he basically just turned himself into the authorities, admitted to the crimes that he had committed, was arrested and put in jail for the crimes that he committed and obviously at that point he was never welcome to ever be a part of our church ever again, but I say that to tell you this, you know, sometimes bad people are even in our churches and I think that sometimes I love so many people here and we have so many great people here but our churches are no different than any other churches, churches attract the best and the worst people on the planet and if you think that because you come to our church, there's not a bad person here you're being naive, you're being naive and you say, well, what do you say, there's child molesters in your church, Pastor Shelley well you know what there has been, but I guarantee if we went to the Vietnam church down the street, they have them too, and if we go to the Catholic church they have them too, and some people say, well I don't want to go to church because bad people show up well you know what, there's bad people in your neighborhood too, and you know what, there's bad people at the restaurant that you go to, and there's bad people all over because our country won't deal with bad people, but you know what, you can't escape bad people but what you can do is wake up and realize I shouldn't trust other people, especially with my children you know what, it just makes me sick to my stomach how many people disregard what I'm saying right now, and they literally trust their children with random church members and when I say random, I'm saying like, you've only known this person for less than five years I mean, look, in the five years that I've been the pastor here we've had hundreds and hundreds of people come and go and some of them are some of the worst people I've ever seen in my life the scummiest, worst infiltrators freaks ever, and I'm thinking like, you know this person less than five years and you're going to trust them with your children you are an idiot, let me just make it clear my personal opinion is that you are a complete idiot and fool and you will never, if you come to me and you say, you know what, I do that that's what I'm thinking, I may not just say it to your face every time but that's how I personally feel, okay and honestly, I would rather trust friends that I grew up with that are like, not even fundamental Baptist with my children than just some of the random people in my church because when you just don't know people, you haven't been around them and you know, especially men, because of course men are way more likely to be child molesters than women I mean, if it was a complete emergency situation and you had an older lady in our church, you know, watching your kids, I'm not going to get mad at you or scream at you or something, but you know what, realize you're putting them in some level of danger a higher level of danger that you should be aware of, and another thing why would you ever leave children with people that don't have children, or have never had children that's even weirder, okay I get it, you know, and I grew up in a culture where we had a lot of babysitters my parents had lots of babysitters, I had lots of babysitters, but let me tell you a fact my brother was molested by our babysitter when we grew up, multiple times, and it was a female oh, you know, I thought every girl was good, you know what, you're just lying to yourself when you just think people can be trusted, and I'm going to tell you what I don't trust people with my kids last time any of you ever watched my kids without me being there, or my wife being there oh, no one can say that, because I don't and I'm just telling you, I'm being really harsh right now, and really stringent because you know what, the last thing I want is for you to come up and say hey, I gave my kids a so and so family and they molested my child, they abducted my family child, they took them off and ran off with them, or now they're missing or now they're injured, or now they're hurt, or now they're harmed I went to a seasonal Baptist church, and there was a family that had dropped off their little baby with someone in the church to babysit it, and the child died while the babysitter was watching it so I had to go to a funeral, where everybody's crying and moaning and weeping because there's a baby that was left with a babysitter from someone in church, now you think it's hard to forgive people in church for the things they've done to you, how about the person that you left your baby with and in charge of, and then they died under their watch now I don't even know if there was foul play or not, but your mind would never even I mean, just think about it, even if there was zero foul play, even if they were perfect your mind would never forgive that, probably and I'm just telling you, it's too scary, it's too dark of a world we live in perilous times, and you know what, your children are just too precious and I tell you, don't do this stupid stuff don't make these decisions, well but how are we going to go on a date you know what, get over yourself, dates are overrated, okay, they're expensive and you know what, I take my kids with me on our dates anyways and you say, oh well then how do you enjoy your date, you know what I tell my kids, don't talk while you're eating you're like, what do you mean by that, I mean they're not allowed to talk the adults are talking, we're having polite conversation and you know, I'll be honest with you, I don't think that our kids are just like super amazing or like the best behaved children ever, but almost every time we go out, people are just always coming up just like, your kids are so well behaved and I'm just thinking like, sometimes we're like talking about how our kids are not well behaved while they're coming up and complimenting us but I'm just saying like, you know what, you can actually enjoy going out to eat with your children, now if you have terrible children, you know what getting away from them is not the solution, what's the solution is just making them better, now it's even more, you see these parents that go out and they give their kids like a TV to set up while they're in video games or something while they're at the restaurant, you know that's not really the best solution either, and I get it, we all sometimes you have that toddler that just can't be reconciled and you just like have anything, you know just stop crying, I get it, but at the same time, you can control your children you can still have a pleasant time, you can still go out to nice places and look, there's plenty of restaurants where kids eat free and you know, they're not even that much more expensive and you know if you have a little bit older kids, make them all sit at a separate table, you know just put them over there and just be like, you know, threaten them, like you better behave you know, or whatever, don't just ruin the restaurant experience for everybody but I'm just saying like, there's other ways to have fun and have dates than to just trust them with some yahoo to put them in risk for no reason, like just don't make dumb decisions with your children because the last thing I want to hear about is what happened to your child you know, another thing, if anybody in here is like asking your children to leave this building without their parents permission, I need to know it kids should never be going outside this building or walking outside this building, or anybody inviting them outside this building, or walking, or doing anything, you know what that is a giant red flag, and I don't care how good of intentions it is you know, that needs to be corrected immediately don't invite my kids to do anything, and don't invite other kids to do anything and kids should not, you children, if someone asks you to go outside you run and tell mom and dad, because it is not appropriate, it's not good, parents need to be aware of everything, children, not every person in here is a good person the only person you can trust in this building is your parents it's the only people you can trust, and you know I'd rather people be a little bit fearful of the people in church than too trusting, and look, I think that 90 some percent of the people in here are some of the greatest people I've ever been around I love you guys, I like you, but I don't trust you at all okay, and I'm never going to trust you, okay I don't care, you know, how great you are, it's just not worth it, and really, why I don't want to trust you is because when you start trusting anybody, then you start figuring out well where's the line of when I'm going to actually trust someone or not, and then you start getting to some kind of sketch people, and you're like, well, I don't want to not trust them, because I trust these other people, so you know, my policy is I trust no one trust but verify, you know, it should be like politicians, you know how many politicians I trust, zero, and you know what, just trust these people in this room with the things that you're worthy, you're ready to just get rid of, that's why you have the swap, you bring the stuff that you think are trash, and you're like, you guys can have this, okay, but do not trust people in this room with things that you would never want to lose, you know, if you never want to lose your car, don't let, you know, certain people in here drive it, okay not pointing any fingers, alright if you don't want to lose your children, don't let anybody ever have custody of them for even a second, okay, and I know I'm being really over the top on this, but honestly, I don't feel like I can be, because you know, a pound of prevention is better than any amount of cure okay, an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure, I guess I said that wrong at first but the reality is, you want as much prevention for these things as you can possibly have, because there really is no remedy once you've gone over the edge on that type of issue now, Deuteronomy 22, I want to explain something to you, because some people have this weird idea, they say like, well, why do you have such a strong aversion to like child predators and child molesters, because the Bible never talks about it or the Bible never brings this up, or, you know, the Bible is silent on these issues or, you know, what are you talking about, well, here's the thing, the Bible it caps things off way early on the branch, so you don't have to worry about all the downstream branches, you know, it gets all the way to the root of an issue and cuts off that branch, so you don't have to worry about all the intricacies of how far you can go, but the Bible covers two really clear topics number one is if a man forces a woman okay, look at Deuteronomy 22, verse 25 but if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her and lie with her, then the man only that lay with her shall die, so the Bible covers if a man forces a woman, it's death, okay now here's the thing, any child cannot make that decision and would never want that, it is always force, therefore, they deserve death the same way now, what's the other scenario, well, what if a man forced a boy, or the same, well of course, Sodomy's already covered in the Bible, that's the death penalty, so it doesn't matter how you slice it and dice it, and whatever scenario you build up, the Bible already made it abundantly clear, pedophiles should be put to death every single time, without exception, without question no pity, no mercy, I mean these are the scummiest people ever it's the worst crime, stealing someone's innocence the Bible often constantly brings up how you're supposed to give life for life they've taken something away from that child that you can't ever give back and so what should be taken away from them is their life every single time, and you know why I think this is an important issue for us to champion and to preach hard on, because almost all of our culture kind of already agrees with us on this issue, and all of our enemies fit in this category typically, so it's like, you know, the three people that we really need to eliminate from society are false prophets practicers of Judaism, and faggots and here's the thing, all of them are pedophiles, so whenever you get pedophiles and you start putting them to death, you're eliminating these three groups and that's why you see all these movies that are against pedophiles, they're like, oh, it's so anti-Semitic no, it's anti-Judaism is what it is no, and they're like, oh, it's anti-Homo, yeah, because they're all pedophiles oh, it's against, you know, false religion, yeah it is oh, well what about the Catholic Church, yeah, let's burn the Catholic Church down spiritually, you know let's take the leadership down through the proper legal channels you know, that's what I think and that's what the Bible teaches, and I think that our culture can get really behind that it's easier to convince them of that than it probably is some of the other portions of the Bible, but by just implementing that it would already reduce the problem so much, it would already help the problem so much and so we might as well just really get behind pushing the fact that pedophiles should be put to death, and I think the Supreme Court had recently ruled that people that commit that crime can't be put to death that's so wicked, you know, I know you're a pedophile you defend pedophiles in any way, in any capacity and it's so unnatural, if you think well I could be tempted with that, get out if you think that it's even kind of normal, kind of justified someone could do that, you may want to do that in the future never come back here ever again, I never even want to see your face you're disgusting, you're a predator there's nothing normal or natural about it, it's the worst scummiest people and you know the only people that defend that, it seems like, are fake Christians fake Christian pastors, and you want to know why? because they're a pedophile too, the only reason someone would defend that person is because they know they're that person, and so that's why they're so quick to say, oh well the gospel, you know, we should just love and have mercy, no, you're a liar and you're a wolf in sheep's clothing, now go if you would to Jude chapter 1 I'm just going to read a little bit before I kind of get there but, you know, this stuff needs to be reported because of how sick and disgusting our culture has become and how depraved it is you know, there's a website online called bishopaccountability.org and bishopaccountability.org is only focused on Roman Catholic priests, but it has an entire database of just all these Roman Catholic priests that have been caught as being pedophiles and there's so many, they even have like them categorized by each state, and if you go and you look at Texas alone they have 291 listings in just Texas alone I'm talking about only Catholic priests only Texas have been caught 291, and in some cases you read about it, they're still in service they've been shuffled around or moved to another parish or now they're a teacher at some school or doing what, it's just like it's insanity and some people, you know, obviously rightfully so, the Catholic Church gets a bad rep on this particular position, and I'm not going to let that up but it doesn't stop with the Catholic Church it's in a lot of Baptist churches too, and I was looking up just more recent articles, in 2023, very recent Magnolia Baptist Church of Magnolia, Texas had a youth pastor got caught and confessed to molesting at least six boys in their kids camp and this is over a period of time, going to kids camps and, you know, a lot of people say like, why don't you have all these kids camps? You know what, they just don't seem to ever have a really good turnout in hindsight, and these kids camps are just literally just dens for predators in many cases it's just bad, I went to a lot of kids camps, and you know, praise God, nothing ever really happened but at the same time, I was kind of a pretty shy and timid person, and I tried to stay away from dangerous situations, and while I was there, there were some sketchy things that happened and I just stayed away from them, there was lots of times where you could tell a camp counselor was getting a little bit too close to some of the students and it was just like, this doesn't seem right this doesn't seem appropriate, and it wouldn't be the first time it happens all the time, and 2022, so that's very recent this is a North Texas youth pastor, so this was a Denton Bible Church, so that's not that far from here there was a guy who ended up getting caught for molesting 14 girls now, I have a whole article about it, and I'm just going to read some excerpts from this, but I think what's so important about this is point number one, is you're supposed to report these things, and when you kind of get to this end of the story, you kind of start realizing everybody's failing point one of reporting, and what's scary for those people is how God is going to impute that type of sin unto those people, like, wouldn't the worst thing imaginable is to be guilty of being a child molester, but you can be guilty of a child molester as a saved person when you don't report it saved people aren't going to do this stuff, but you know what you could do, is conceal it and hide it, and then God's still just as angry with you as the person that committed that crime, because what God knows is that guy's going to keep doing it and so basically you're aiding and abetting more child molestation and abuse to happen in the future. I mean, 14's a lot, folks that's so many children that have been damaged, and think about it how many of those 14 people do you think are now in church still and like church and want to go to church when they've been violated by the supposed leadership? The devil loves to do this, he loves to just destroy and damage people permanently, and get them to hate church and hate the things of God, and to bring so much reproach now this is a quote in this article from the pastor of the Denton Bible Church, and he's talking about this child molester, he says, quote, he was manipulative, good at playing on emotions of teenage girls, our church helped send him to Dallas Theological Seminary, so this guy was in church, very manipulative apparently, and they're even funding him and paying for him to go to seminary or cemetery is what you should call it and they ended up hiring lawyers and all these people to try and make sure the church is covered, and you know what's sad is the main reason why churches don't go public or report these things is they're afraid of being sued and losing money they're afraid of being sued and losing their building or losing whatever, it's like nuts to the stupid building, I mean are 14 girls innocents not worth a building? Like what and usually it's a boogeyman anyways, usually you're just afraid of something that's probably not even that realistic, or they're just afraid of having the damage to the reputation of the church or that pastor and he gets fired or something like that, well you know what if I get fired for protecting girls from being molested, then praise God like why would that be such a bad thing, like me being a pastor is not more important than children's innocence, okay, children's innocence is way more important than me being a pastor, that's ridiculous and you know what, even this church specifically, you know it had some obvious bad rep at some point, maybe some people still think that it does based on the former pastor, and coming up here and taking on this church, obviously a lot of that shade could be put on me even though I didn't really do anything, but it's like so be it you know what, who cares, as long as we're exposing the truth, being honest with what happened, and saying let's just save what we can let's just keep it going with what we can, you know what, I'm not worried about having a bad reputation with the world, I'm worried about having a bad reputation with God, now in this article it also says this that many of the victims who came forward and talked to the news about this they said after they had been taken advantage of, they said quote we did not know what to do, and you know what, that's sad that is sad, and they were bringing reproach on the church, like how do people that are molested or taken advantage of not know that they should report it, you know why, because preachers aren't getting up and preaching a sermon like this and telling everybody you report it, children you report it, children you tell people, you always say something, you see something, you say something, something happens, and you know what, it may be embarrassing it may be uncomfortable, but you know what, it needs to happen every single time, and so don't ever have this excuse of I didn't know what to do you know exactly what to do, you just do it, just report it and say something we need to have that culture, now not only that he molested these victims that were at this church but way back in 1997 the same guy had victimized other children at an 8th grade camping trip in Buffalo National River in Arkansas, because you know what, he used to be the youth pastor at a different church in Arkansas, before that and he had molested children, so this guy is molesting children in Denton and in Arkansas at two completely different churches and you know when he molested the children in Arkansas, you know what they did, fired him but you know that didn't do so well, since he went to another institution to keep molesting children not only that, it says that the youth worker was seen reported, so before he ended up doing this and of course this guy's name's Shiflet, apparently this name has a bad connotation, Shiflet was spending time alone with girls in his car and it was reported and then nothing happened it gets worse, it was reported that Shiflet was spending time alone with girls at his home it was reported that Shiflet was spending time alone with young girls in a hotel room what is the excuse for that? The letter says that two youth workers raised concerns directly to Nelson, so directly to the pastor, people are coming forward and saying, hey, the youth pastor is hanging out with young girls in his car alone, his home alone, and in hotel rooms alone are you kidding me? You want to talk about getting fired really fast? It should never even get to that layer. Nelson told Shiflet's supervisor that he should not spend time alone with girls but no one disciplined Shiflet nay, tsk tsk, can you imagine? Like what kind of a creepy pastor are you that you hear about this and it seems like it's credible because it's not like he didn't believe it, he gave some disciplinary action, but his thought was just a verbal, hey, don't do that, that's not a good idea. Look, that's sick. Another warning came in 1999 says that a letter came from a college intern saying that she was very discomforted and there was a lot of red flags and this person reported it to the wife of the youth pastor, but again there was no discipline and nothing happened. In 2001 the Denton Bible Church turned down Shiflet's request to be promoted to the high school pastor position and it was because of his quote, pattern of being alone with girls. You shouldn't even be surviving, okay? Let alone, like how are you still on staff? Like that should be disqualification for all positions. Not just high school. Like what, you're the junior? I don't know what it is, it's like you're the junior high and that's okay, but not the high school? This doesn't even make any sense folks, but this is literally happening in our neck of the woods. It says not only this, there was no evidence that any information about Shiflet's tenure at Denton Bible or reasons that he did not get the high school position was sought out by or shared with anyone at Fellowship Bible. So like he had all this horrible stuff happen and then it just wasn't shared with the other church. It's like look, obviously if Donnie Romero gets hired as a pastor of another church or someone's considering it, you better believe I'm going to contact that church. And unfortunately because YouTube took all of our videos down, a lot of that information got censored a little bit, but you know what it wasn't on our side of the equation. It's like let that be up forever. Let there be the poster up forever of the predators and the psychos and the criminals and whatever. Now it also says as the youth director at Fellowship Bible Church, he was investigated and abused three other children, happened on a youth group trip to Panama City, Florida. Now notice a pattern. It's like this youth trip and then a completely different youth trip and then another youth trip. It's like, you know what, it's just sad but that's just the reality. He moved back, I think he maybe went to Denton then to Arkansas and then back to Denton and now he's like, then he got caught molesting another child. I mean how many children does this guy have to molest for our government to ever do something about it? It's like, what in the world? I mean I'm not going to read this whole thing, but notice a pattern of things aren't being reported, things aren't being dealt with, the pastor is not handling the situation correctly and you know what, it's just infuriating that this keeps happening. This is a preventable crime. Obviously the first time may not be as preventable, but you know what, it should never get to 14, 15, 16, 17, I mean this is just absurd. And we as God's people should do everything in our power to stop children from being abused. But you know if the church calls them out publicly, exposes them, fires them and you guys never trust anybody with your children ever, it really stops the cycle. You know what I'm saying? Like when we don't have all these youth programs taking them away with random men of our church, you know what, well then it pretty much eliminates a lot of that opportunity. And we should just eliminate these opportunities because it's not worth it. You know, I love kids camps and I had some fun at them, and you know what, I'm not down on fun, but let me just tell you something, if I had never been to one, I wasn't really missing out on that much. Eventually they'll be 16 and they can come to the Mighty Men's Conference, okay? And we can live out our childhood dreams there, alright? Most of the guys are like, this reminds me of kids camp, it's your time to finally become a kid again, okay? And they have some cool water slides, alright? And you know, maybe sometimes we'll have family camps or we'll do other things, we've had kid conferences and stuff, but you know, I'm not against doing fun stuff for kids, but you know what, you should be with your kids and not dropping them off with random people and just hoping for the best. It's just not worth it. Now, point number one was that we need to report abuse, but point number two, and this is really important, and you kind of see it through this church, is that we need to realize that these people are reprobate and we need to reprobate abusers. Because without the reprobate doctrine, you have people saying like, well you can't have a higher position of authority, but you can still be on staff. It's like, no, you're a reprobate. Get the hell out of my church. I never want to see your face again. You know, that's what the attitude should be and the reprobate doctrine is so important here, folks. And Jude, you know, talks about this and it just makes me sick to my stomach when I think about how people twist the Bible so much on this issue, but false prophets know what they're doing, folks. In many cases, they know the gospel too. They can give lip service to the gospel. It wouldn't be the first time that there's been people that can say the exact right thing on the gospel and be unsaved. Probably the most extreme case is a pastor named Tyler Doka. This guy gave complete lip service to the right gospel, had a Bible Way to Heaven video, and now he claims that he's Jesus Christ. And not the second coming, the first coming. I mean, he's like the worst of the worst anti-Christ ever. You know, oh well, you know, it's just they didn't understand it. Well, maybe to some degree, but at the same time he was able to articulate it. He was able to fool a lot of people and to trick a lot of people. And you know what, that's not the only person that's done that. Plenty of people have given lip service to the gospel and then it finds out, yep, they didn't believe, yep, they were an infiltrator, yep, they're a bad person. And we have to understand some facts about the repreduction. When they reveal the mask, you know what, we're going to rip off the rest of it for them. We're not going to just pull it back down and say like, well, I don't know. Look at verse four. For there were certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old, ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness and denying the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ. Now notice a couple things about this. It's saying they crept in unawares, meaning we don't know. Now the Bible is saying, this is not Pastor Shelley, the Bible is saying that people are creeping in unawares. Why wouldn't you believe the Bible and realize there could be people in this room that are wicked, evil people that we don't know about. There was a Judas amongst the disciples. They didn't know it. There was sons of Belial among David. He didn't know it. There's always going to be creepers. There's always going to be men unawares. Look, in Shur Foundation, one of their church plants, they had a literal transvestite infiltrate their church for weeks. A literal transvestite, folks. When we went to Red Hot Preaching Conference, a literal sodomite came and infiltrated one of the services. So I'm just telling you, this stuff happens and these people are super wicked. Now, I'm going to give a real friendly reminder to those transvestites and fags and men crept in unawares that come to our church. According to the Texas Penal Code, in section 9.32, titled Deadly Force in Defense of a Person, the Texas statute says, when and to the degree the actor reasonably believes the deadly force is immediately necessary, it's saying that it is justified to use. It says, an effort to protect the actor against the other's use or attempted use of unlawful deadly force. Also says this, these are all the cases when you're allowed to use self-defense up to the point of deadly force. So if someone's committing this crime against you, you are allowed to use deadly force if you deem it necessary in the event of aggravated kidnapping, murder, sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, robbery, or aggravated robbery. In any of those scenarios, in Texas, you are lawfully justified in defending yourself all the way up to deadly force. Now, I will remind you though, you're not only under the law of Texas, you're also under the law of God, and I'm going to give a caveat because according to the Bible, not every robbery is justified to use deadly force according to God's law, only if they're using a weapon with deadly force, breaking into your home trying to harm you, or it's at night. Is it biblically justified to use deadly force? So obviously if someone steals money out of the cash register at work and you're buddies with them, you can't be like, pull out a gun and just cap them. Tell your boss and everything like that. But if someone's robbing with a weapon, someone's robbing under the threat of death, anything like that, or it's at night, it's completely 100% justified biblically and legally. Technically, according to the law, it's just any robbery. You make your own discretion, but I'm just telling you you should obey both God and man here. Now it says this, there's a couple caveats so I want you to be aware of this, because we should all know what the law is, and really I'm educating you so you know how to handle these situations. First, as long as you did not provoke the person first. As long as you did not provoke the situation first. You also were not engaged in criminal activity yourself, so as long as you're not involved in some crime. Third, you also have the right to be present at that location. So as long as you are legally and lawfully at the location that you're at, you can use deadly force in that situation. But the law goes on, because this is just personal self-defense. It says also, defense of third person. So if you also see another person being in this situation, where they're under threat of this, it says, according to the law, a person is justified in using force or deadly force against another to protect a third person, if under the circumstances, as the actor reasonably believes them to be, the actor be justified under section 9.31 or 9.32. So it's not going to reiterate everything I just said, I'll remind you of that list. Aggravated kidnapping, murder, sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, robbery or aggravated robbery. It says, they're justified in using force or deadly force to protect themselves against the unlawful force or unlawful deadly force he reasonably believes to be threatening the third person he seeks to protect. And the actor reasonably believes that his intervention is immediately necessary to protect the third person. So I wanted to give you the law for a second and then explain. If anybody is ever abusing a child and they get caught in the act, I will always believe it was immediately necessary to use deadly force to stop that. And everyone in my church said amen. Okay, so I just want you to realize if you try something anywhere near us and there is even an inkling that you get caught, we are totally justified, willing, able and wanting to use deadly force. That person better be terrified of their life. And you know, I can't control people. I tell people what to do, like as far as what the Bible says, like, hey, you shouldn't take things into your own hands and you should obey the law of God. But, you know, when someone just finds out you're a child molester, sometimes they don't even care what the law is, they just take things into their own hands anyways. And you know what, this should be the last place on earth you feel comfortable being a child molester. Being a pedophile or being a faggot. You know what, if you try to infiltrate our church, just realize you're forfeiting your right to live if you get caught doing one of these things. And of course, I'm just saying what the law says, it would be immediately necessary in my personal belief, okay, and it's worth it. You say, well, what are the consequences for you? Well, you know what, it's worth it anyways because, you know what, what's my life versus fourteen future lives? You know what, it's just, it's just sick what's happening and you know what, these people are reprobate. Oh, why don't you try to give them the gospel, Pastor Shelley? Well, you know what, I'm going to try and help them meet God real soon. And they'll get to clarify the reprobate doctrine real fast with God, okay. But let me tell you something, these people are wicked and evil and Jude is not talking about saved people. It says they're ordained to this condemnation. Hey, they're already selected to die and go to hell, folks. They're wicked. Let's keep reading. It says in verse seven, even as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities about them, and like men are giving themselves a word of fornication and going after strange flesh are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Look, someone that wants to be with a child is a queer. It's a pervert. It's strange. It's weird. No one is interested in a child that's not developed. And especially, you know, it doesn't even matter how developed they are. If it's the same gender, then, you know, it's always perverted. It's always strange. And notice how God said it. Hey, they're all going to eternal fire. He didn't say, like, give them the gospel. Abraham didn't walk down the Sodom and Gomorrah and give them the gospel. He he just sat back and watched God toast them. The direct energy weapon, okay. And you know what? That place, the investors weren't coming to buy up afterwards, okay? There wasn't any insurance policies for that. Go back to Second Peter, chapter two, just flip back to the left. I want to show you another verse here in kind of context, because Second Peter chapter two and Jude are really the same ideas, the same passage as far as like content topic. Some people call it a parallel passage, just meaning bringing up the same events. And in Second Peter chapter number two, though, look at verse six. It also brings this story up. And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes can dim them with an overflow, making them an example under those that after should live ungodly. Now, think about this. Sodom and Gomorrah was a story for anybody after that to realize how God feels. And you say, well, that's Old Testament. But you know what? This is New Testament saying God still wants people to realize that even after the New Testament, God still feels the exact same way. It's not like God changed on that issue. There was no change. I am the Lord. I change not. He still hates faggots, OK? He's never liked them. And I love that about God. OK? I don't like being around guys that used to hate fags in high school and now they're soft on them or something. That's weird. What happened? But look at another verse. Go to verse 12. But these as natural, brute beasts made to be taken and destroyed speak evil of the things that they understand not and shall utterly perish in their own corruption and shall receive the reward of unrighteousness as they that count it pleasure to riot in the daytime spots they are in blemishes sporting themselves with their own deceiving while they feast with you. Notice where they're at. They're with you. And you know what? They think it's just so cool how they can just chat it up. Oh, yeah. Yeah, I'm new. I have B2, man. Yeah. Go, Pastor Anderson. Yeah, I really like that that movie, Sodomite Deception. Ha ha ha. And then they make a video online and drag saying, oh, yeah, I tricked everybody. They think it's so cool that they can come in and use the right lingo, not even understanding what they're saying, but just chatting it up, having fun. And even false prophets are like this. False prophets just love the fact that they can trick the whole congregation. They can trick a whole bunch of people. They don't believe in the Bible. They're just using it to get money out of people. And they're just thinking like, think how gullible these people are and suckers that can just get up here and just say all kinds of stupid things. I mean, the things that come out of their mouths are literally nonsense. They're just like, God's going to bless you with the blessing that comes from the blessing when you stand up for the right of God's blessing in your life and mercy is going to be with you. And the people are like, whoa, it was deep. Dude, he said nothing. He probably went home and he's like, I don't even know how they clapped after that. Like, Steven Vurdek is like screaming, I am God almighty. And people are clapping after that. He's like, he probably went home and laughed himself. He's like, I literally said that I'm God and they thought it was great. I mean, think about it. That's what these false prophets and these evil people are like. Notice verse 14, having eyes full of adultery and that cannot cease from sin beguiling unstable souls. Why in the world would you reprobate these people, Pastor Shelley? Because they cannot cease from sin. Why do they get the death penalty? Because they cannot cease from sin. Why is it important to report it? Because they cannot cease from sin. And they're beguiling unstable souls. What's more unstable than a child? They love to just hurt the innocent and take it away from them. And you know what? That's why it's important to reprobate. What does reprobate even mean? Reject them. I don't want them. And you say, well, you really saying to me, Pastor Shelley, you think every child molester is a reprobate and going to hell? Yes. And you say, well, what if you're wrong? What if one out of the ten billion child molesters that have ever existed, one of them was actually saved? Well, you know what? I have zero worry about standing before God that I didn't let that one person come to my church. I don't care. Even if they could get saved, they're still just never welcome here ever. I don't care what your opinion is. You think, well, my uncle that's molested children, he got saved, so I'm going to bring him to Fast Baptist Church. Wrong. Child molesters are never welcome here ever. Never, ever, ever, ever. They cannot cease from sin. They're not welcome. Even if they got saved, they still deserve a bullet in their head. And you know, I would have no pity on that individual. Even if you believe Jeffrey Dahmer got saved, which I don't, he believed in work and salvation. He told people, he said, like, even after converting to Christianity, he said he still has those urges and would still do it if they let him out. Why don't you just believe him? If you believe his testimony on the gospel, even though he's not saved, but you don't believe him when he says he's literally going to be a predator still? Believe the predator, OK? He wants to molest children. Think about it. Convicts, ax murderers, drug dealers, they hate these people and want to murder them. And then Christians are like, bring them on in, let's pray, let's pray the pedophilia out of him. You're an idiot. You are a predator. Well, we just won't give them promotions. What are you talking about? We're not going to give them promotions. We're going to pick them up and throw them in the parking lot and hope that he doesn't get up again. Spiritually, OK? Go to 1 Kings chapter 15. And look, you know, obviously some people get a little over the top on this and I get it. Look, if a grown man is attracted to an 18, 19, 20 year old girl, he's not a pedophile, folks. Now, would I let a 50 year old guy date my 18 year old daughter? Never. It's not happening. And I'd also think he's kind of a pervert or weirdo if I found that out. So don't even tell me ever. But I wouldn't necessarily categorize that guy as a pedophile because once someone's, you know, fully developed and everything like that. Look, some 18 year olds look 27 and, you know, it's like hard to even tell these days. There's a lot of things going on. And if you read the Bible carefully, David was 80 years old when they sought a fair young virgin, Abishak. And you know what? David's not a bad guy. That just tells me old men still attracted young women. And if you've been in the world at all, you'd realize that's just the case, OK? But you know what? Grown normal men are not attracted to little girls. It's just not reality. It's just not on the table. It's just not something that you're interested in. It's like it just it's reprobate, folks. And we need to realize that it's reprobate and teach the reprobate doctrine. Pedophiles are reprobate. They're never welcome. And so point one is this. We need to report the abuse. We need to reprobate the abusers. And number three, we need to remove the abusers. We need to remove the abusers. Now, while we live in America, we don't have biblical laws. Unfortunately, these people aren't being dealt with criminally the way they should be. They're not being put to death lawfully like they should, but they should, at the bare minimum, be removed from every aspect of our lives. Church, your family, your family reunion, your family photos, your Facebook friends, your Instagram buddies or whatever, your emails, your business, just every part of your life, this person should be removed from permanently. And it's frustrating that I have to deal with this personally and people don't get on board with it. Or they take a long time to even figure it out. Because I've had in my extended family, unfortunately, there was a guy who molested his own daughter. And you know what's so sick about it? Some of the family immediately when they found out reported to the police, some of the family, when they found out, they took him to lunch. Here's another sick thing. It was told to the pastor of the church that he did it. And the pastor gave him counseling sessions and allowed him to still go to the church. What kind of a freak are you to let the guy that's molesting his own daughter, you're going to let him come to the same church as his daughter as long as he takes counseling sessions? Southern Baptist Convention. And you know what? The Southern Baptist Convention has already been caught for having their own private list of all these child molesters and predators that they wouldn't report or tell anybody about. Because it was just harboring pedophiles. That is a shame and reproach on the Baptists. Everyone should know. And they should be thrown out, have nothing to do with, not welcome to come to church ever again. And you know what? The sick reprobate, he convinced his whole family to lie to the law and to lie to the cops so that he didn't get in trouble. Even though it was reported by multiple people, he convinced them and so now he's still free out there to do whatever molesting and freak reprobate garbage he wants to do. You know what? If you're a lady in here and your husband ever molested your child, never lie to the cops about it. Never convince your daughter to lie to the cops about it. And you know why they have that pressure? Well, who's going to pay your bills? Who's going to pay? You know what? God's going to pay your bills. Don't be like that. Don't ever cover for these people. Don't ever harbor these people. Don't ever try to have sympathy for these people. I don't care who it is. Remove them from your life. And you know what? The righteous kings, righteous government removed them from the planet. Look at 1 Kings 15 and look at verse 11. And Asa did that which was right in the eyes of the Lord as did David his father. And he took away the Sodomites out of the land and removed all the idols that his fathers had made. You know what? That's what we need in America. We need righteous leaders who are going to remove the Sodomites and the idols out of this land. And not let someone like Vivek Riswampi come and take over this country. Why in the world would we let a Hindu become the president of America? That's so ridiculous. Talk about setting up false gods and idols in America. Let a Hindu? That's a shame and reproach on our country and our nation. It's one thing to let the serial adulterer and the most prideful person, Trump, be the frontrunner for the Republican Party. But to let a Hindu be in second place? I mean that's embarrassing. That's to show you how spiritually dead our country really is. And literally even Christians saying like, oh he believes in my God. No he doesn't. He's a Hindu. You're an idiot. You know what? We need to remove the Sodomites and the idols out of our land so we can actually go back to biblical laws. What the Bible actually says. And getting rid of predators and pedophiles. Go to Deuteronomy 19. Go to Deuteronomy 19. I'm almost finished. I'm going to show you a few more verses. Look this needs to never be covered up. And you know what? Bill Gothard had lots of people come out and say that he took advantage of them. But here's a guy that's not married alone with other people's children. And it's like it's always the same pattern folks. It's always the same. Well I left my child alone with this other person and they didn't even have children. And it's like, what are you doing? Why? Why are you doing that? And look I'm not against people that don't have children. If God didn't bless you with children you know what? Or you're struggling. Hey you know what? We're praying for you. Some of the godliest people in the Bible are like that. But you know what? There could be bad reasons why they're not having children. And I'm not trying to shame people that don't have children. But I also at the same time don't want to sit here and pretend like that it couldn't be for a really specific reason. And it couldn't be for really bad reasons as well. That God is not opening that womb or causing some kind of an issue. And of course we don't want to be Job's friends going around saying that about people. But at the same time you as a parent need to keep that in mind and realize hey this is probably just something I need to stay away from anyways. And I need to just go ahead and be protective of my children. I feel way more comfortable hurting your feelings than I do putting my children at any level of risk. I usually don't really care about people's feelings anyways but you know just putting that out there. And I will hurt your feelings in order to protect my children. Deuteronomy chapter 19 look at verse 21. And thine eye shall not pity, but life shall go for life eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand for foot. Look when someone does a crime according to the law it's always an equal and opposite punishment for that person. So what do you think is the reasonable conclusion? Someone has molested and taken away the innocence life and purity of a child. You can't even you can't even necessarily there's not even an equivalent. Death is like a lesser punishment. So it's totally justified. How can I not want to remove this person from my life and my situation and have nothing to do with them when they permanently defiled someone else. It's just you know what mine eye is not going to pity you ever. Go to Leviticus chapter 20. It's sick. And it's sick what these groomers do. It's sick how they just pervert these children. They ruin these children. They get them so confused. If you've ever known someone or even maybe yourself you've been abused by someone the psychological damage is just so awful. And in so many cases it's just so evil and they can't even forget these things. They're in their brain forever images of horror. It's hard for them to trust people ever again. It's hard for them to sleep. It's hard for them to have normal relationships with their spouse. It's hard for them to have just a normal life in some cases. Now you know what God can still restore people. God can still help people forget the past and move on and have complete restoration. And you know I hope that for every person that's in that situation. But let's be real some people just they're like permanently damaged and permanently scarred and just so evil. We need to shun these people. We need to get rid of them. We need to have nothing to do with them. The last thing I'm going to do is hide that from society. And say I understand brother let me pray for you. I'm going to pray Psalm 58. I'm going to pray this. As a snail which melteth let every one of them pass away like the untimely birth of a woman that they may not see the sun. That's what I'm going to pray for you. I'm going to pray the previous verse that says break their teeth in their mouth oh God. That's what I'm going to pray for you. And if I catch you in the act I'm going to bring that prayer to life. Leviticus chapter 20 look at verse 1. And the Lord spake unto Moses saying again thou shalt say to the children of Israel whosoever he be of the children of Israel or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel that giveth any of his seed unto Moloch he shall surely be put to death. The people of the land shall stone him with stones. And I will set my face against that man and will cut him off from among his people because he hath given of his seed unto Moloch to defile my sanctuary and profane my holy name. And if the people of the land do anyways hide their eyes from the man when he giveth of his seed unto Moloch and kill him not then will I set my face against that man and against his family and will cut him off and all that go ahoring after him to commit whoredom with Moloch from among their people. You know what the Bible is saying? Look when someone does something so evil and is hurting children and damaging children if you don't kill him God is imputing that sin unto you. And you know what? That is a giant curse. If you find out a family member of yours is one of these child molesters and you in any way conceal, hide, look the other way be it known that God is going to set his face against you. And God is going to curse you and your family and evil is going to come raining down upon you. And you know what? It seems like these individuals do have that happen to them. Their whole family just turns into a train wreck and just destruction and evil. God doesn't take this stuff lightly folks. I don't care what country you think you are in. I don't care what the news media says. I don't care what planet you think you are on. You know what? You are on God's planet and you are under God's laws right now. And God still feels the exact same way and God is still super angry. And I don't care if the whole world is evil, God is still going to treat you the same way. And God is super angry at this and super mad at this and we should be the last church ever on the planet to not report it, reprobate it, and remove it. We should always be reporting it reprobating it and removing it as much as humanly possible. I don't care what the reputation is of our church. Oh man! Every time a sodomite comes to St. Vass Baptist Church they always make a big deal about it and call it out and publicly shame the person and reprobate the person. You better believe it! And they remove it! They remove it every single time. And just because we have this policy I am not saying that we are any safer than anywhere else. Trust no one. Trust literally no one. I want to elaborate one more point and I will finish. The person who I talked about earlier, Kyle Chambers, who was caught as a child molester, the person that ended up marrying him, it was a divorce and remarriage. And people constantly come up to me and they always think like, oh why would God want me to stay single for the rest of my life and not get remarried? Well, is it better to stay unmarried or to marry a child molester that is going to molest your child? Which one is worse? And let me tell you something, and I am not trying to be mean here, but ladies that have been divorced and have children you are not the most desirable women on the market. Do you know what kind of guys like to come after you? Guys that are predators. And look, I am not trying to be mean. I am trying to be realistic. Because if you are a young lady that has kids and is single and this guy is just showing so much interest you better be double and triple sure what his intentions are. Because you have to be realistic. It is just like you ugly guys. When some pretty girl is interested in you, she is not interested in you. Just wake up. She is trying to get money out of you or something or she is just a whore. But sometimes we have to be a little bit realistic about who we are. And just say like, wow I am just too ugly for her. And get some realistic expectations. I have a little bit too much baggage here for this to make a lot of sense. And I am telling you, predators are wise and cunning. We want to make sure that we are not just opening the door to predators to take advantage of us and do harm to us. People that are just so friendly and coming up and being like, volunteering like, hey whenever you go on a vacation, we would love to watch your kids. Never ever let that person watch your kids. At Faith Award there was a person like that and then it came out that they were pedophiles later. When someone is volunteering to watch my kids, especially a dude you are definitely a predator. I never want to watch your kids. Okay. And I am not saying because I am an unsafe person and I am not saying I wouldn't do a good job. I am saying you shouldn't trust me so that you won't trust anyone else. I won't watch your kids. I don't want to watch your kids. Don't let other people watch your kids. Have nothing to do with freaks that are just trying to intrude into your family and watch them. No one wants to watch kids folks. Predators want to watch kids. You have to pay people all kinds of extra money for them to watch your kids. Okay. No one is doing that just because of the goodness of their heart. And I am just, I don't want anyone in here as kids to ever get hurt. It would hurt my soul too much. Okay. Let's close in prayer. Thank you Heavenly Father for our church and for these families in here. I pray that you would just help us to take heed to the warnings of the Bible and to take the children that you have given us with all seriousness and soberness and that you would help protect them. And even if our church makes dumb decisions or trusts people when they shouldn't, I pray that you would still protect them. That you would still have angels there to guard them and to make sure that nothing bad ever happens to them. But I pray that you would help us to also have wisdom and discretion to not put ourselves in dumb and bad situations. For us to not trust the wrong people. I pray that if we have evil amongst our congregation that you would just kill them right now. You would just strike them dead and that we wouldn't have to have anybody get injured. And that anybody evil that tries to come into our church in the future that you would just help us to expose them as quickly as possible and to deal with them appropriately. I pray that you would put it deep into our hearts to always have the courage to do what's right and always report abuse and always reprobate the abusers and remove them from our lives. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Alright for our last song we're going to sing song 238 Christ liveth in me. Beautiful song here. You definitely want to sing out with some passion nice and loud. 238 Christ liveth in me. 238 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. 108 Christ liveth in me. in me, as lives the fire within the sea, as in the palm of the tree. So praise the God of truth and praise his spirit within me. Christ, live in me. Christ, live in me. Oh, what a salvation this and Christ, live in me. All right, you guys are singing good. After this fourth verse here, I'm going to ask the instruments to stop playing. And we'll do that last chorus a cappella. Let's sing it out on the floor. With longing, all my heart is filled. That like him I may be. As on the wondrous thought I dwell, that Christ liveth in me. Sing it out together now. Christ, liveth in me. Christ, liveth in me. Oh, what a salvation this, that Christ liveth in me. Great singing. Thank you all for coming this morning. God bless. You are dismissed.
