Look at verse number nine where the Bible read, And lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them, and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And the title of the sermon this evening is, A Savior to All People. A Savior to All People. And we see in verse 10, he says, This shall be to all people. And we see the Lord Jesus Christ is known as the Savior. So you say, who is Jesus Christ the Savior of? All people. There's not a person where Jesus Christ is not their Savior. He is the Savior for all, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. But guess what? It's not just for the Gentile. It's also for the Jew. It's not just for the Jew. It's also for the Gentiles, for everybody. Go if you would to John chapter number five. So we see who saved everybody. Now, if you look at the word savior in the dictionary, the dictionary says a person who saves someone or something from danger and is regarded with veneration of a religious figure. So according to the dictionary definition, a savior is going to save you from something. You don't get saved from nothing. No, if you have a savior, you're saved from something. The question is, if Jesus Christ is the Savior of all mankind, what does he save people from? And it's very clear what the Bible teaches. I think some people would struggle with this concept. You say, hey, do you deserve to go to hell? And they'll say, well, I don't deserve to go to hell. And it's like, well, why do you need a savior? If you don't deserve to go to hell, what are you being saved from? And sometimes I'll posit this question. I'll posit this question to people. Hey, what is it that you need to be saved from, if you're not saved from hell? But obviously, the clear answer is hell. Let's see what the Bible says. It says in John chapter five, verse 24. Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation, but has passed from death unto life. So, according to the Bible, when you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, you're what's called, according to the Bible, saved. And what are you being saved from? Well, here it says you're passed from death. One of the things you're saved from, very clearly from the Bible, is you're saved from death, specifically. Now, go to Hebrews chapter number two. Hebrews, the Bible also says in Romans 5, eight, but God committed his love toward us in that war, yet sinners Christ died for us, much more than being now justified by his blood. We shall be saved from wrath through him. So, according to the Bible, you are passed from death. Not only that, you're saved from wrath. So, there's two things that we're saved from. The Bible says in Psalms 86, I'll read for you. For great is thy mercy toward me, and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell. Now, you're never gonna find anywhere else where the Bible's gonna directly say that you're saved from hell, but the Old Testament word for saved is deliver, and we see in the Old Testament, someone that's praying says, hey, you've already delivered my soul from the lowest hell, representing what? They were saved from hell fire. They were saved from going to hell. That's what Christ saves people from. Why did Christ come here? To save us from going to hell, but the Bible also uses another word, death, which death and hell are so closely related that we need to understand what that means. Look at Hebrews chapter two, verse nine. But we see this, but we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honor, that he, by the grace of God, should taste death for every man. So, Jesus Christ, he's the savior of all. He tasted death. Now, the Bible makes it clear that to be dead or to experience death is going to hell. So you say, just by this sheer verse, we know Jesus Christ would have gone to hell because for him to taste death, he would have had to have been in hell. If as soon as Jesus Christ took his last breath on the cross, his soul was in heaven, he didn't taste death. Death is the experience of being in hell. Now, go if you would to Revelation chapter number one. Revelation chapter number one. The Bible says in Psalms 55, verse 15, let death seize upon them and let them go down quick into hell, for wickedness is in their dwellings and among them. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that Jesus Christ did not physically die on the cross. That's definitely something we believe. We also believe that when he died on the cross, it was for every man. But in John chapter number 11, Jesus Christ says that whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. So here's my question. How do you never experience death? Well, we are gonna physically die, but because you're gonna be immediately in heaven, you're never gonna experience death. But Jesus Christ actually experienced death and that death was being in hell. And the Bible says, look, there's some wicked people. He wanted to just go to hell and he said he wanted him to go quick into hell. What's quick means alive. He wants to basically just go straight down, still alive, and as soon as they're in hell, well, now they're dead. And the reality is death is a state of being. Hell is a place. So if you're in the place of hell, you're in the state of being of death. Not that the same works. If you're in the state of being of death, you're in hell. That's how the two work together. They work in tandem. You say, hey, I'm dead. They would be in hell. Or if you're in hell, you could say you're dead. These are how the two work together. They work in tandem. Now there's a slight difference between the two, just like there's a difference between the soul and the spirit, but we see death is a state of being and hell is the location. But we're focusing on the spirit. The Bible says, for as the body is without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. Meaning what? Physical death is just your spirit not in your body. That's what it means to be dead physically. But your spirit could be in multiple places. It could be in heaven or it could be in hell. If your spirit is in hell, that's considered death. If your spirit is in heaven, that's considered life. Life, but you could be alive on the earth too, right? So we see the differences. They're the same kind of concept, but they work in tandem together. I'll read a couple more verses before we get there. Proverbs 5 says, her feet go down to death. Her steps take hold on hell. Proverbs 7 verse 27, her house is the way to hell going down to the chambers of death. Look at Revelation 1 verse 18. I am he that liveth and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, amen, and have the keys of hell and of death. Why is Christ alive forevermore? He's never going back to hell. He's not gonna be dead anymore, but he was. He was dead for three days and three nights, meaning he tasted death for every man. He took the agony and anguish of hell for every man so that he could save every man from hell, but also from death. We're saved from death, and we're saved from hell. Obviously, our spirit will depart from this physical body one day, but that is not the experience that we're talking about when he says you're saved from death. You're passed from death, so there's no way it can happen anymore. There's no way once you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ that you can experience death. Christ experienced death for you. Now, it also says in Revelation 20, flip over there, just flip over a couple chapters. We'll see it explain how being in hell determines that your state of being is dead. That's the state of being. Now, obviously, when we think of dead, we think of something being lifeless, thoughtless, motionless. These are kind of concepts that we maybe think of as dead, but in hell, you can still think. You can still feel pain. You're still having, you know, certain emotions or certain attributes that one would normally not associate with death, but the fact is just where you are is what's considered the death. Look at Revelation 20, verse 13. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them, and they were judged every man according to their works. So where are the dead? They are all in hell. If someone's dead, they're in hell. The only people that are in hell are dead, and the only dead people are in hell. I hope I'm driving this in, right? So you say, hey, for the wage of sin is death, what is he saying there? Look, you deserve to go to hell, is what he's trying to say. And then we see in verse 14, and death and hell were cast in lake of fire. This is the second death. So at some point when there's the resurrection of the damned and they're judged according to their works, then death, hell, and everybody in it is gonna be cast into a lake of fire, that's called the second death. That's not just the first death, that's the second death. So what's the first death? Going to hell. And Jesus Christ will save you from the first and second death if you believe in him. Now go back to Luke chapter number two, Luke chapter two. So I think that's a good gamut to look at some verses because we wanna understand if he's the savior, what are we being saved from? You're being saved from a spiritual death of going to hell. That's what you're passed from when you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. That's why he came here to save you. That's why he died on the cross. That's why he went three days and three nights into hell. That's why we have the resurrection so that he could save you from that horrible torment and wrath of God called hell. Now look at Luke chapter two, verse 26. And it was revealed unto by the Holy Ghost that he should not see death before he had seen the Lord's Christ. So this is such a great moment. This is such an inspirational moment in the Bible. We see salvation is literally born into this world. The ones that's gonna save us from this great wrath is here. And Simeon, he is told by the Lord, you're gonna get to see the salvation in the flesh before you die. He's gonna get to see the Lord's Christ. Look at verse 27. And he came by the Spirit of the temple. And when the parents brought in the child Jesus to do for him after the custom of the law, then took you up in his arms and blessed God and said, Lord, now let us thy servant depart in peace according to thy word, for mine eyes have seen thy salvation, which thou has prepared before the face of all people, a light to lighten the Gentiles and the glory of thy people Israel. So who's he the savior of? Well, he's the savior of the Gentiles and of Israel. Who's that? Everybody. For all people. How great would it have been to see the baby Jesus Christ? He got to hold the word of God. He got to hold the Lord Jesus Christ. What a special moment. What a special blessing to have the Lord Jesus Christ in your arms. Now go to 2 Timothy chapter number one. The Bible emphasizes that Jesus Christ is the savior. There's not another savior. There's not multiple saviors. There's one savior. It's Jesus Christ. It's God and through his Christ, it's the Lord Jesus Christ. John chapter four says, and said on the woman, now we believe not because of thy saying, for we have heard him ourselves and know that this is indeed the Christ, the savior of the world. Bible says in Acts chapter five verse 31, him hath God exalted with his right hand to be the prince and a savior for to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins. Acts 13 says of this man seedeth God according to his promise raised up unto Israel, a savior Jesus, whom John had first preached before his coming, the baptism repentance to all the people of Israel. Bible says in Philippians three, for our conversation is in heaven, from whence also we look for the savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Now look at 2 Timothy one verse seven. For God hath not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of your Lord, nor of me as prisoner, but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God, who has saved us and called us in holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, but is now made manifest by the appearing of our savior Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death and hath brought life and immortality to the light through the gospel, wherein to him appointed a preacher and an apostle and a teacher of the Gentiles. So what is the Bible saying? Well, it's saying that Jesus Christ before the world began was the savior and it was through his purpose and his grace that we would be saved. But it says in verse 10 that this is when he appeared. Now that doesn't mean that he came into existence. That's not what he came into being. That's when he showed up. That's when he became manifest. Hey, here's the son of God. Here's the word of God. Here's the creator. Here's his entrance into the world. What a great moment in time. How about we just set our whole calendar on it? Okay, before Christ and after Christ and the year of our Lord is what AD means, Anno Domini. And what is that? It's when Jesus Christ came into the scene, we have a dividing timeline. Then what, 33 years approximately later, we don't know if our timeline is exactly accurate. That's when the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross for the sins of the world. But we have such a central time, zero, Jesus Christ enters into the world, the savior. And we see it's not when he's created, it's when he appears. He's always existed. The Lord Jesus Christ has always been, he's eternal. He's the eternal son of God. Go to 1 John chapter number four. The stupid oneness doctrine is garbage. That wants to say that Jesus Christ was created in Bethlehem's manger. That's wicked false doctrine. And we're gonna prove that wrong here in a minute. The Bible says in Titus chapter two, verse 11, for the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously and godly in this present world, looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God and our savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us that he might redeem us from all iniquity and purifying himself to peculiar people zealous of good works. Jesus Christ entered into the world for you, for me, for every single person. He tasted death for you, meaning what? He went to hell for you. That is how much Jesus Christ loves you. And when someone rejects that gift, they're gonna have to suffer hell. They're gonna have to suffer the wrath of God. Jesus Christ paid it all when he didn't have to, when there was no reason for him to do it other than he loved you so much, he spared his own life. He took his own life. God sent his own son to die on the cross for the sins of the whole world and experience and taste death of hell for every man. Look at 1 John 4, verse 11. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. I mean, the love that got us towards us should motivate us, should inspire us, should encourage us, should admonish us to love one another. Look at verse 12. No man has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us and his love is perfected in us. Hereby know we that we dwell in him and he in us because he hath given us of his spirit. And we have seen him do testify that the father sent the son to be the savior of the world. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the son of God, God dwelleth in him and he in God. And we have known and believe the love that God hath to us. God is love and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God and God in him. So what does it say in verse 14? It says that the father sent the son to be what? The savior of the world. So who's the savior? It's Jesus Christ. It's the son of God, Jesus Christ that is the savior. Now what does it say in verse 12? No man has seen God at any time. Now we all believe that Jesus Christ is God, right? I mean, Jesus Christ, the Bible says that he's God manifest in the flesh. The Bible says in Matthew chapter one that his name shall be called Emmanuel being interpreted God with us. So we believe Jesus Christ is God. So when it says no man has seen God at any time in verse 12, explain that to Simeon. Didn't Simeon literally hold the Lord Jesus Christ and he said, hey, I'm gonna see thy salvation. So what is it saying here though? What we see in verse 14, it says that the father sent the son. So now when we use the word God, that could just refer to a couple of different things. It could refer to just the fact of the father, son, holy ghost, God. It could refer to the father. It could refer to the son. It could refer to the holy ghost. They are all God. I liken this one to time. Time could be referring to past, present, future. Time could be representing future or past or present. It could represent all of those. It's accurate to call all of those time. Now I'm not saying that analogy is perfect with the Trinity, but we can understand what that means. And we understand that what it uses the word God here, it could be any of these. If we substitute Jesus Christ here, you're gonna have a lot of problems. No man has seen Jesus Christ at any time. I thought that was the whole point of being an apostle. I thought that was what Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John was all about. I thought Simeon said that he's seen the Lord Jesus Christ. I thought in the beginning of 1 John, it says that they had seen the word of God. It was manifested on them, okay? So it's clear whenever you actually believe the Bible that what they're saying is you haven't seen the father, but we're gonna prove this a little bit further, okay? Go back to John chapter one. So we say, well, what it's saying here is no man has seen the father at any time. That fits perfectly with what we see here. He sent the son to be the savior. They didn't see the father. They saw the Lord Jesus Christ in the flesh. That is who appeared. That is who saved us. That is the savior. Now look at John chapter one, verse 18. No man has seen God at any time. Sound familiar? It's exactly verbatim what we read in 1 John. Same line. The only begotten son, which is in the bosom of the father, he hath declared him. So who declared whom? Well, it's clear when you read this verse that he's saying he declared the father. But let's just say he's just declared God, okay? Jesus just declared God. Let's just say we can't be completely certain. It's very clear to anybody that believes the Bible. It's saying, look, the son was in the bosom of the father. He saw the father. He came down. He told us who the father is. He manifested the father unto us. That's how we even know anything about God the father is through the son, Jesus Christ. He told us about the father. But go to verse 29. It says the next day, John seeth Jesus. So somebody saw Jesus. I mean, the Bible tells us somebody saw. Coming unto him and says, behold, the lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. Why do you go to hell? Because you're sinned. So we see someone saw Jesus. So again, how does verse 18 make any sense? I mean, if we're saying, we all believe Jesus Christ is God, right? So if it's saying, hey, nobody saw God, wink, wink, but this guy did, but a bunch of other people did. It's like, what do they see, okay? It's clear we're talking about the father. But we'll get there. Go to John chapter 14 now. John chapter 14. The Bible says in 2 Peter 1, because let's go with this folly for a moment. These oneness Pentecostals that want to deny the Trinity, what they'll say is, well, Jesus Christ, he's just the manifestation of the father in the flesh. So when you refer to the son, you're just referring to his humanity. So that'd be like your physical flesh. But like what was inside, they didn't really see that, okay? They didn't see the God part of him or whatever, kind of junk. So let's take that apart for a second, okay? If you took out the soul of the spirit and you just see flesh, well, that's dead, first of all, because the body without the spirit is dead. You're saying that was the savior, just some physical piece of flesh. But better than that, in 2 Peter chapter 1, Peter's reflecting on, they saw the Lord Jesus Christ transfigured before their eyes. Now, what kind of flesh was that? I'm pretty sure that was glorified flesh. So you're gonna tell me that the transfigured, glorified Lord Jesus Christ, they saw that and they were still like, well, we didn't see his godness. I mean, how much more God is he gonna get? I mean, at what point is he really God? That's stupid. That's why it says in 2 Peter 1 verse 16, for we have not followed cunningly devised fables when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. They saw the glorified Lord Jesus Christ. He's not gonna get more glorified than that, friend. That was what it was. They saw the most glorified aspect of the Lord Jesus Christ in the Mount Transfiguration. What a glorious thing they got to see. He's not gonna get more glorified. Then to say, well, no man has seen God at any time. What is that saying? It's clearly we're talking about the father. It's clearly we're talking about another person. Look at John chapter 14 verse eight. Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, have I been so long time with you? And yet, hast thou not known me, Philip? He that has seen me has seen the father. And how sayest thou then, show us the father. Now, this is what they love to do. They love to say what he was saying here is I am the father, okay? He's saying, I am the father. What else can I show you? You're looking at him. That's what they want this to say. But now you're gonna have a lot of problems. Why? Well, if he had seen the father, okay, that would mean that they saw God. If Philip saw the father, that means he saw God. So then which verse is true? No man has seen God at any time or did Philip not see the father? Because both can't be true. If you saw the father, then you saw God. Verse 18 was a lie in John chapter one, wasn't it? But you know what? He didn't see the father. He saw the son, Jesus Christ. But the father and the son, they look alike. They look identical. He's the express image of his person. That would be me like saying this. I have a Jamaica DVD in my office no one has ever seen. No one's ever seen it. But you know what? It looks just like this one. But that wouldn't negate the fact that I could have one in there that you haven't seen, okay? But if I said, hey, no one's ever seen the Jamaica DVD. No one's ever seen it. But it's right here. It's stupid. It immediately destroys their stupid doctrine. Don't tell me that when he said, hey, if you've seen me, you've seen the father, he saw the father, because now he saw God. But guess what? No man has seen God at any time. No one's seen the father. No one's seen it. One day we will. One day we'll get to see the father. We can only look at him through the sun right now. We can only see, only people have seen the son. Go to John chapter six. You say, yeah, but every time you're reading, it just said, you know, they hadn't seen God. And you're equating that to the father. Okay, prove all things. We're just gonna immediately destroy it. Ready? John chapter six, verse 45. And it's written in the prophets, and they shall be all taught of God. Every man, therefore, that hath heard, and hath learned of the father, cometh unto me. Not that any man has seen the father. Save he which is God, he hath seen the father. Now tell me this. Did Philip see the father? You oneness lying devils, or did he not? Because if Jesus Christ was the father, and he says you're looking at him, this verse is a lie. So which one is it? No one's seen the father. That's what it is, because the son is not the father. You idiot, you moron, you lying devil. Go to hell, because you don't believe in the savior. The savior is the son of God. That's who we believe in. That's who we trust in. That's how we get saved. Now go to 2 Samuel 22. That wasn't even part of the sermon. That was just bonus. You just read these verses, and man, when you believe the Bible, it all fits together like a glove. When you hate God's word, when you believe lies, you'll be shown to be a liar. I'd love for him to wiggle out of that garbage. No way. 2 Samuel chapter 22. The Bible also says in Luke 19, I'll read for you. For the son of man has come to seek and to save that which is lost. Jesus Christ came to this earth to be the savior. That was the purpose of him coming. That's why he didn't condemn the woman caught in adultery. Look, he didn't come to condemn. That wasn't the purpose of, he could have been condemning people left and right. Nobody was following. He was there to save people. He wanted people to believe on him. He kept preaching the death, burial, and resurrection. He kept saying, believe on me. He kept saying, hey, to destroy this temple in three days, I'll raise it up. He's preaching the death, burial, and resurrection from town to town to village. He preached to all of Israel, the gospel. That's why he was there. That was his mission. That was his purpose. Look at 2 Samuel 22 though. Cause we're gonna see, well, he was the savior in the New Testament. Now guess what? Jesus Christ was the savior in the Old Testament too. Jesus Christ has always been the savior. He just appeared. He appeared in the New Testament. Look at 2 Samuel 22 verse one. And David spake unto the Lord, the words of this song in the day that the Lord had delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies and out of the hand of Saul. And he said, the Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer. Now this was great cause he says that the Lord is a rock. Now keep your finger here. So you're gonna keep going back to 2 Samuel 22, but go to 1 Corinthians chapter 10. 1 Corinthians chapter 10. The Bible is gonna tell us who that rock was. Cause the Bible says that the Lord is the rock. We don't just sing that cause it's cool. We sing it cause it's Bible doctrine. The Bible makes it clear, hey, the Lord is our rock. Rock of ages is what we sing. Hey, that's for all ages, my friend. That's not just the New Testament. Look at 1 Corinthians 10 verse one. More of brethren, I would not that you should be ignorant how that all our fathers were under the cloud and all passed through the sea and were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea and all did eat the same spiritual meat and did all drink the same spiritual drink for they drink of that spiritual rock that followed them and that rock was Christ. So who is the rock? It's Jesus. It's Jesus Christ. Now go to Exodus chapter number 17. Exodus chapter number 17. Now was David a Gentile or a Jew? He's of the tribe of Judah. In the time of the law, he's a Jew of Jews. I mean, this guy is a Jew. He's saying the Lord is my rock. He's saying, hey, Christ is my savior. Christ is my Lord. I'm trusting in Jesus Christ. There's not anybody in the Bible who Jesus Christ is not their savior. He was the savior of the Jews and the Gentiles. He's the savior of the New Testament. He's the savior of David. He's the savior of Moses. Look at Exodus 17 verse five. And the Lord said unto Moses, go on before the people and take with thee of the elders of Israel and thy rod, wherewith thou smotest the river, take in thine hand and go. Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb and thou shalt smite the rock and there shall come water out of it that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel. So there's this interesting story in Exodus chapter 17. They're wandering through the wilderness. They go through all kinds of different temptations and struggles. They complain because they don't have enough food. Then God gives them all this quail and gives them all this meat. They also have the manna, the heavenly bread from heaven. But at one point they get really thirsty. They have nothing to drink. They're about to perish and they have this rock and they say, hey, Moses smite the rock and living water will come out of it. I wonder what that symbolized. Now who's the rock? It's Jesus Christ. And how are they gonna be saved? They had to smite the rock. Now go to Isaiah chapter 53. They smote the rock. Who was smitten for your salvation? It was Jesus Christ and you know what flew it out of his belly? Living water. That is how you get saved is by smiting the rock and that rock is Jesus Christ. That is how you get saved. It's saved in the Old Testament. He's the savior in the New Testament. He's the savior period. You say, who's the savior? The son of God, Jesus Christ. That's why the Bible says in Matthew 26 verse 31, then says Jesus unto them, all ye shall be offended because of me this night for it is written, I will smite the shepherd and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad but after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee. Right before Jesus Christ is about to be crucified. He says, you know what's gonna happen? I'm gonna be smitten but guess what? I'm gonna rise again. It says in Zechariah, it's a quote from Zechariah. It says, away go sword against my shepherd and against the man that is my fellow, saith the Lord of hosts, smite the shepherd and the sheep shall be scattered and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones. So Jesus Christ was smitten for us. Look at Isaiah 53 verse one. Who hath believed our report and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant and as a root out of a dry ground. He hath no form nor calmliness and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. He is despised and rejected of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief and we hid as it were our faces from him. He was despised and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs and carried our sorrows yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted because he was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him and with his stripes we are healed. Who is the smitten of God is Jesus Christ. What did Moses have to do in the wilderness? Smite the rock and they would be saved. Smite the rock and they'd have the living waters. Smite the rock and they would live. All of these symbols that you read in the Old Testament, they picture Christ, Christ was with them, Christ was that rock. Go back to 2 Samuel chapter number 22. 2 Samuel chapter number 22. This is very important foundation to understanding other parts of the Bible, to getting good doctrine. People get mixed up on things like dispensationalism, thinking salvation's different for every generation. There is a different savior. There's different ways to go to heaven. There's one way to heaven, that's Jesus Christ. That's the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Don't get mixed up on that. He's the savior of every single book of this Bible. To him give all the prophets witness that through his name, whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins is what the Bible says. So we get, hey, Genesis, it's about Jesus. Exodus is about Jesus. I remember I was at this non-Anom church and the youth pastor and I were talking about the Bible. And I said, is there certain things that I need to be, do y'all mind if I preach certain aspects of the Bible or topics that maybe are good or bad to be preaching? I just wanna make sure, just kind of test them out. He says, well, as long as you're preaching about Jesus, you're okay. And I was thinking, well, everything's about Jesus. So I feel like I'm gonna be a-okay. Look, it's all about Jesus. Look at 2 Samuel chapter 22 verse two. And he said, the Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer. So we get a little more meat on that phrase, the Lord is my rock. But look at verse three. The God of my rock and him will I trust. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my high tower and my refuge, my savior. Thou savest me from violence. I will call on the Lord who is worthy to be praised. So shall I be saved from my enemies. Now who's the rock? That is Jesus Christ. So here's my question in verse three. Who is the God of my rock? That's the father, my friend. The Old Testament has the Trinity, has the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. Who's the God of the Lord Jesus Christ? It's the Father. That's why he says, my God, my God, why has thou forsaken me? Who is the God of the Lord Jesus Christ? God the Father. That's why the Lord said unto my Lord, set thou on my right hand. We see the fact that Jesus is the Lord, but guess what? The Father is the Lord. And we see the Lord will speak to the Lord. We have the God of my rock. Who is that? That is the Father. We see David even paying homage to who? The rock and the God of my rock, paying homage to the Father and the Son. Look, they don't believe in some radically different God in the Old Testament. It's the same God. It's the same Lord Jesus Christ. Now they might've looked through a glass darkly. They didn't have the appearing of the Lord Jesus Christ. They didn't have the manifestation of the Lord Jesus Christ. We have more scripture than they may have had, but it's the same God. It's the same story. It's the same salvation. All of it's the same. There's not like, well, in the Old Testament, it's just for the Jews, but the New Testament's for the Gentiles, or the Old Testament's just for a certain time, and now we have a different plan of salvation, a different savior, a different covenant, or some people have this strange idea that we have multiple covenants. Like, well, those people have that old covenant, and we have this new covenant. No, it's the same. You either have Christ or you have nothing. There's not another plan. There's not another option. Now, obviously, how we live our daily lives, that is dependent on the New Testament, and if we lived in the Old Testament, how we lived our daily lives would be dependent on the Old Testament, but guess what? Salvation's the same. It's the same God. It's the same plan of salvation. Go, if you would, to Romans chapter number nine. So there's a group of people. They reject the Lord Jesus Christ. Who are they? They are those that worship Judaism. They are of the religion Judaism. People may refer to them as Jews, but then they get confused. Is that like an ethnicity, or are you talking about a religion? I'm talking about a religion. I'm talking about people that believe, well, you know, Jesus is not the savior, but I still believe in the Bible, which I don't believe those people exist. Those people say, oh, we just believe the Old Testament. We follow Moses. Well, Moses, he smote the rock. Oh, I follow David. Oh, well, David's praying about his rock and the God of his rock. He's talking about the Lord Jesus Christ. So I don't know who your God is. I'll read for you, in 2 Samuel 22, verse 32, it said, for who is God, save the Lord, and who is our rock, save our God. So they're not looking at a different God here. They're saying the rock is God. But the Jews rejected the savior. By and large, almost all of them rejected their savior. He came and he peered unto them. He preached the gospel unto them. They got to see him in the flesh, see his miracles, and they still rejected their savior, the one coming to save them. Now, he's a savior of all mankind, but it says the Jew first, and Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He's not a brand new savior, he's the same savior. And we have in Romans chapter nine, verse 30, what shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith, but Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness. Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law, for they stumbled at that stumbling stone. As it is written, behold, I lay in Zion the stumbling stone and rock of offense, and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. So why are the Jews being rejected? Because they don't have faith in that rock. That rock that followed them through the wilderness, that rock that David's preaching about, that rock that came through the Lord Jesus Christ, they reject him. They stumble at that stumbling stone. They reject the Lord Jesus Christ. And the Bible says, look, they're gonna be rejected. Romans chapter nine is basically what it's teaching. He's not gonna have mercy on them. He's gonna give them great wrath. But go to First Peter chapter number two. First Peter chapter number two is gonna say the same thing. The Bible says in Isaiah eight verse 14, and he shall be a sanctuary, but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offense to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. He's saying, look, the Jewish people are gonna reject their rock. They're gonna reject their Messiah. They're gonna reject the Christ, and guess what? That's gonna be the end of them. That's the final, you know, last straw, as it were. They're gonna be done after they reject that rock once they don't believe in him. Look at First Peter chapter two verse six. Wherefore also is contained in the scripture, behold, I lay in Zion a chief cornerstone, elect, precious, and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded. Undo you therefore which believe he is precious, but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner, and a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense, even to them which stumble at the word being disobedient, whereunto also they were appointed. But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people, that ye should sow forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light, which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. So he looks at a bunch of Gentiles in First Peter, and he says, hey, because they rejected the rock, they're no longer this holy nation. But you know who is? You are. You are the holy nation. You are the seed of Abraham. You are Israel, according to the Spirit. And the Bible makes it clear that, hey, all they which are of Israel are not of Israel. The Bible says in Romans chapter number nine. So it says, hey, just because they are of Israel does not mean they are Israel. What is he saying there? He's saying it's a spiritual matter. Just because you physically descended from Israel does not make you Israel according to the Bible. You are a true Jew. You are a true Israelite if you believed on the Lord Jesus Christ. And when you do that, you become part of this holy nation. You're the peculiar people. You're the chosen generation. You say, who are the chosen people? You. You are the chosen people. Now, there's people that live in a modern state of Israel today. They call themselves the chosen of God. We're just chosen of God. They are chosen to go to hell if they don't believe on the Lord Jesus Christ is who they're chosen to be. If they fulfill prophecy, they're chosen to be the synagogue of Satan, is what the Bible says. Now, look, they could be saved, but they're going to stumble at that stumbling stone. They're going to not believe they have the rock of offense that's going to crush them. Now, go if you would to Matthew chapter 21. The Bible also said in 2 Samuel 22, the Lord liveth, and blessed be my rock, and exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation. So again, emphasizing the God of the rock of my salvation. Who's the salvation? It's the rock. They say, I also bless in the God of my rock, who is clearly the Father. Now, what happened to the physical nation of Israel? Well, they rejected their Savior. You say, what was the plan for the Israelites? What was the plan for the Jews? It was to receive Jesus Christ. That was their plan. And when they rejected Christ, God rejected them. They didn't have some covenant that said, hey, I'm going to give you this first covenant, but you can reject my son and you'll be OK. You have this special covenant that's just going to be everlasting no matter what you do. It was a conditional covenant if you read it. And the everlasting covenant was to the son whom they rejected, the rock who they rejected, the stone who they rejected. God's plan was for them to receive the son. But the Jews rejected the Lord Jesus Christ. This is what you learn in the gospels. This is what you learn in Acts when Paul is beating his head against the wall. Like, please believe in your Savior. Please believe in your Savior. And he's like, at the end of Acts, it concludes, look, the Jews don't want to get saved. The Jews will not believe in Jesus Christ. We've got to go to the Gentiles. We've got to go somewhere else. They've rejected him. They're all reprobated. They can't believe. They've been seeing the miracles of God. Look at Matthew 21, verse 38. But when the husband and saw the son, they said among themselves, this is the error. Come, let us kill him and let us seize on his inheritance. And they caught him and cast him out of the vineyard and slew him. When the Lord, therefore, of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen? They say unto him, he will miserably destroy those wicked men and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits and their seasons. Jesus saith unto them, did you never read in the scriptures? The stone which the builders rejected, the saying, is become the head of the corner. This is the Lord's doing and is marvelous in our eyes. Therefore, I say unto you, the kingdom of God shall be taken from you and given to a nation, bringing forth the fruits thereof. And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken. But on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder. And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard these parables, they perceived that he spake of them. But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude because they took him for a profit. So what do we have? Well, we've learned who's the rock. It's the Lord Jesus. It's super clear. It was the rock in the Old Testament, multiple places. He's the rock of the New Testament. And when they reject the sun, they're rejecting that stone that he shows in Psalms. He says, hey, you know that song you like to sing about how they're going to reject the stone? That's me, buddy. And you're rejecting me. And there's not another way to heaven. You don't have this special covenant that you can just reject me and go to heaven. What's the title of the sermon? A Savior to All People. That includes the Jews. So why do Christians get up today and say, well, they don't need Jesus. They have their own covenant. They're good. They got their own way to heaven wrong. They have to accept Jesus Christ or they're damned to hell. There's no other way around it. It's Jesus or it's nothing. If you don't have the son, you don't have the father, is what the Bible says. You're an anti-Christ. And the Bible makes it clear, hey, they're going to reject this. And what is God going to do in verse 43? He's going to take from them. What does he take from them? Their nation. You're no longer chosen of God when you reject the Messiah. We see the transition. You were the chosen of God for the Father's sake in the Old Testament by being of the physical state of Israel, by the physical nation of Israel. That was who the chosen were considered. But then there's a switch. Hey, Jesus Christ is here. Now it's just the saved. Now it's just they believed on him. And of course, we understand that even though they were chosen in a sense, still the unbelieving Israel was never really part of the chosen. It was still just the remnant that was actually saved of Israel. But just for the way the Bible reads, he had mercy on all of them. And they were all basically his seed and his children in a sense. Now it got me really mad because I was looking on YouTube and they're just promoting this video. And it's just like the main video they're promoting. It's Donald Trump in the White House with a bunch of Jews celebrating Hanukkah. Now here's my question. Why in the world do we have Jews in the White House celebrating Hanukkah? Talk about us not being a Christian nation anymore. But here's the reality. Christians today, they're embracing this junk. They're embracing lies. They're embracing this idea, well, the Jews, they're still God's chosen people. They're still, you know, they still have their way to God. And they still worship the same God. No, they don't. They don't have the same God. They don't believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. They don't have God. They have nothing. And at best, they're seeking righteousness through the law. But most of them, they even reject the Bible. They'll say they believe in the Bible. But then they're celebrating a holiday called Hanukkah. Now I don't remember that word in my Bible. I've read it cover to cover. I've never seen it one time. And they base it on a story from the book called The Maccabees. Now I don't remember that in my Bible either. There's Malachi. You know, there's some books that are kind of close, Mica. Maccabees isn't one of them. Now this is part of what's called the Apocrypha. Now I'm going to give you a little bit of history. Where does Hanukkah come from real quick? It says, Hanukkah, the festival of rededication, celebrates the rededication of the temple in Jerusalem after its defilement by the Syrian Greeks in 164 BCE. Although it is in a late addition to the Jewish logistical calendar, the eight-day festival of Hanukkah has become a beloved and joyous holiday. I don't know who enjoys that. It is also known as a festival of lights and usually takes place in December at the time of year when the days are shortest in the Northern Hemisphere. So it says historically, it says, beginning in 167 BCE, the Jews of Judea rose up in revolt against the oppression of King Antiochus Epiphanes of the Seleucid Empire. The military leader of the first phase of the revolt was Judah the Maccabee. Now the King James Bible, when it was translated in 1611, it included the Apocrypha, but it did not include it in the sense that they were saying this is the Bible, this is the word of God. They just basically said, hey, we did all this translation work. We also translated some other books and those books are called the Apocrypha and we only translated them because we thought they might have some historical benefit. They might give you some historical benefit, but they're not the word of God. They're not scripture. They're not even supposed to be close to scripture and that's why your modern version of the King James Bible, they take it out. They don't even have it. It's not part of your Bible, but it was never considered part of the Bible, okay? It might have some historical value, but it has about the same historical value as the historical books that you get at the public fool system today. Filled with lies, revisionist history, all kinds of stuff. I didn't read all of it. I've read parts of it. They teach a work salvation. They say, hey, Abraham was justified by his works. It's like, no, he was justified by his faith. They're like, Abraham's justified by being faithful. No, he had faith in God and that's why he was saved. Not being faithful. That has nothing to do with it. They take James 2 and Swiss and work salvation. But if you read it in that, the guy Judah, the Maccabee, his real name is Judas. So the savior in Maccabees, his name is Judas. Just FYI, all right? Interesting coincidence. Now, what basically happens if you read Daniel chapter number 11? It's a very strong meaning of the word. I mean, this thing's an interesting chapter, but it talks about the timeline in between Malachi and the Lord Jesus Christ coming, there's gonna be this great war. There's the king of the north and he's gonna come down to the king of the south and there's gonna be these wars. And then basically he's gonna come in and set up the abomination of desolation and he's gonna do all these things. Well, that happened. Those types of things happened. It happened with Antiochus, Epiphanes. It was a great prophecy that was fulfilled in Daniel chapter 11. But there's not a lot of details. It's kind of dark. All these details come from an extra biblical book, the Maccabees, which cannot be trusted to be authoritative. I'm not saying that those events didn't happen. I'm just saying these accounts can't be 100% accurate. We don't know exactly what happened. But essentially, this Antiochus Epiphanes came in, he was desolating the temple, desecrating it, setting up the abomination of desolation, which is a shadow of what will happen in the end times with the Antichrist. A lot of times we have things having dual fulfillment in the Bible. There's a present time fulfillment and then there's a future time fulfillment prophesying a later event. Like the destruction of Babylon. The destruction of Babylon literally took place. The Babylonians were literally destroyed. But there's gonna be a future Babylon that's gonna be destroyed, probably America. But we see even in this story, what are the Jews celebrating? They say they believe the Bible, but they don't actually turn to a Bible verse. They turn to the Maccabees, an extra biblical book, and they get their savior from the Talmud. Because even the book of Maccabees, it doesn't use the word menorah, but that's what they celebrate with. They have this menorah. And you say, where did that story come from? Well, basically they had this, Antiochus Epiphanes came and decimated Jerusalem. People left the town. Then they rose up in rebellion. They won some wars. They kind of reclaimed the temple. Then they go in. Everything's decimated supposedly, except for this one oil jar that had his lid on it. And they're like, it's just enough oil to light one candle. So they kind of light the one candle. And then the next night they have enough. They light like two candles. And it's like for eight days at last. And they have enough time in those eight days to make more oil. So now they have the light burning. And it's a testimony to the strength of the Jewish people and their camaraderie and whatever. It doesn't give any glory to God. It doesn't give any glory to the rock, to the Lord Jesus Christ. It's just an extra biblical garbage. And where they get most their details, it's from the Talmud. It's not even from the book of Maccabees, which again, I'm not saying the scripture. I don't recommend reading it. It's hard to read. It's so terrible. It's like a three-year-old trying to sound like the Bible. They just take like every story of the Bible and just kind of mix it in there. And it sounds like trash whenever they read it. But it's this pro-Zionist garbage where you have Donald Trump bringing these Jews in, celebrating the menorah, taking from the significance of what event? The Lord Jesus Christ of Christmas. That's what people should be celebrating. And don't tell me these Jews, oh, it's great. They just celebrate this menorah. Yeah, they're celebrating their works and their work salvation, taking the hell and their devil religion, worshiping the devil, the synagogue of Satan. You know what they need to do? Say, hey, don't bring that menorah in here. Get a Bible and get Christ. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. And Donald Trump will pander. He'll say, oh, we believe in God and we believe in Jesus and we believe in, you know, Christianity. But we'll bring the menorah into the White House and say, oh, we love the Jewish people. And he said, he's gonna do everything. And his power to fight anti-Semitism. Now, FYI, everybody that's against, you know, everybody that says, hey, we're anti-Zionists, they automatically label you as anti-Semite, which is not true. I don't hate people that are ethnic Jews, which is what they wanna label me as. But they're gonna attack Zionism one day. And even in Houston, in the state of Texas, they have laws passed where the government can't give you money if you boycott Israel. If you boycott the state of Israel, if you want nothing to do with them, they will not give you any municipal funds. You have to sign some waiver saying, yes, I do love the anti-Christ, I love the devil, I will support them, please give me money. And the love of money is the root of what? All evils, what the Bible says, right? Go if you would to 1 John chapter number two. Well, they'll say, hey, we believe the Bible. Well, here's my question. If you believe the Bible, Jews, then why aren't you celebrating the Passover? Oh, I don't remember them celebrating the Passover. We're getting all these lambs and shedding the blood and putting on the doorposts, which symbolizes believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, sprinkling his blood on the doorposts of your heart. No, they reject that. The Bible says in 1 John 2, who is a liar, but he that denyeth that Jesus is the Christ, he is anti-Christ, that denyeth the Father and the Son, whosoever denyeth the Son, the same hath not the Father, but he that acknowledgeeth the Son hath the Father also. They have this interview between a guy named Ben Shapiro and John MacArthur. And John MacArthur's in here, oh, you're a wonderful person. You're so great, Ben Shapiro. We're basically the same, just a little different. No, Ben Shapiro's a liar. And you know what, John MacArthur's a liar too. But if you're a Christian confronting with the Jew, you didn't say, guess what, buddy? Unfortunately, you're a liar because you're denying Jesus Christ. He's your rock. You didn't just deny another plan of salvation. You denied the plan of salvation. Jesus Christ is the Savior. He is God's salvation. He is God's rock. And you denied him. You have to believe in him to be saved. We celebrate Easter. So if they hypothetically believe the Old Testament, they would celebrate Passover, okay? Now, they do celebrate something called Passover. This is what they do, okay? I'll read for you their events. They have a sanctifying the day, a hand washing, a dipping parsley in salt water, breaking the middle matzah, the cedar narrative, hand washing, blessing at the start of the meal, blessing over matzah, eating of bitter herbs, matzah and carousel sandwich, dinner, the afikomen dessert matzah, grace after the meal, praises and blessings, closing section, and songs. Now, go if you would to Mark chapter number seven. We're almost finished. I don't remember the lamb part. I also don't remember when I read Exodus chapter number 12 where it mentioned any of these things, mentioned any of the things that they do. Now, I didn't read everything that they do, but this is like from a Jewish website. They're telling you this is how we celebrate the Passover. Because every Jew wants to say, oh, we believe that we believe the Old Testament. Yeah, we believe all the Old Testament. We're just not on the Jesus program. Well, guess what? You're not on the Bible program. You're not on the Old Testament program because the Old Testament pictures Jesus Christ. It points to Jesus Christ. It's all about Jesus. But the reality is they don't believe the Old Testament. They do whatever they want. They just make stuff up, and then that's them believing the Bible. Now, it's funny because they have two separate occasions, this thing called ritual hand washing. Now, look at Mark chapter seven verse one. Then came together unto him the Pharisees and certain of the scribes which came from Jerusalem. And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with the file, that is to say with unwashing hands, they found fault. For the Pharisees and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders. You say, hey, are the Jews different now than they were back then? No. They still reject Jesus Christ, and they still elevate their teachings above the Bible. They teach extra biblical doctrines. And when you read their ritual, they constantly like washing their hands and then doing something and then washing their hands. But they reject what the Passover was. They don't have a lamb. They don't kill the lamb. They don't sprinkle any blood. That's all it says in Exodus chapter number 12. Hey, kill a lamb, sprinkle the blood on the doorpost, go and wait in the house. What do they do? Oh, we'll reject all that. We'll reject Jesus Christ. We got to do the hand washing. We got to do the bitter herbs. We got to do all this extra stuff. I'll read for you. It says they pour water from a cup once on each hand over a sink or basin hands, this time with a blessing to prepare for the eating of the matzah. Recite this blessing after washing hands. Bless are you, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with his laws and commanded us to wash our hands. Whoa, not only do they wash their hands, they recite a prayer saying that he commanded them to wash their hands. Now, what did Mark chapter seven just tell you? Jesus Christ is rebuking them for teaching people. They have to wash their hands. I mean, it's so, it's like the Bible is like so true. You can't even get around it. Now go for the last place. Go to Titus chapter number, stay there for a minute. I'm sorry. I want to read verse number seven. How be it in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men, for laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men as the washing of pots and cups and many other such like things you do. And he said to them full well, you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your own tradition. They don't like the Bible. They don't believe the Bible. Jesus Christ said, if you believe Moses, you'll believe me. For he wrote of me. Look, the whole Bible is about Jesus Christ. It all pictures Jesus Christ. There's not a person. Why just believe all the Old Testament, but I reject the New Testament? Wrong, doesn't exist. That guy's a liar. Who's a liar? But he that denied that Jesus is a Christ, he's anti-Christ. Now go to John chapter 14. Last place I'll have you turn, all right. Says also in Titus one verse 14, not giving heed to Jewish fables and commandments of men that turn from the truth. Don't bring the Hanukkah into the White House. Don't celebrate Hanukkah. Don't pay homage to these Jewish liars, to these people that worship Judaism. They reject God. They reject the commandments of God. They don't have anything to do with God. And they'll say, oh, we follow the Old Testament. No, you follow your traditions. You don't follow the commandments of God. You're a liar. You don't have Jesus Christ. You don't have God the Father. You have nothing. You have the devil. That's what Zionism, hey, let's go worship the devil. That's what Zionism is. I reject that. You are the chosen generation. You are the royal priesthood. You are God's people. Look at John chapter 14 verse six. Jesus saith them, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man cometh unto the Father, but by me. What's the title of the sermon? A Savior to All People. That's not just the Gentiles, it's the Jews too, buddy. Jesus Christ is the Savior of the Jews. They have to believe in Jesus Christ to be saved. That's why I love Christmas. I love celebrating the birth of our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. And I hate it when people want to attack that, when people want to replace that. What happens when you replace Jesus? Isn't that anti-Christ? So they gotta bring in their menorah. They gotta bring all in their Judaism and their Jewish laws, and Christians pander this junk. Christians celebrate this junk. Churches, churches literally bring menorahs into the house of God. How wicked. I saw First Baptist Houston pastor Greg Mott. He has a menorah on his stage lighting a menorah. What a wicked false teacher that guy is. He does not believe in the rock, I guess. He wants to celebrate the traditions of the elders. He wants to celebrate Judaism and worship a bunch of people that hate Jesus, that kill Jesus. Did we forget that? Who killed Jesus Christ? Oh yeah, it was the Jews. His own people, they killed Jesus Christ. So let's celebrate them. Let's celebrate the murders of our Savior. Let's celebrate the people that hate Jesus Christ, and you will think the most worst, blasphemous thoughts about him. They say the most blasphemous things about him. They say that he's burning in hell and dung. What a wicked bunch of reprobates. The people that fully embrace Judaism, oh man. They are probably damned for sure. We see a lot of them were damned in Jesus' day. A lot of them are damned today. They hear the gospel, and it's just, phew. They don't wanna believe it. They wanna reject it. I hope every Jew that could possibly be saved would hear the gospel, would get saved. I want them to be saved. I don't hate people just because of who their parents are. I don't hate them because they live in Israel. I don't hate them because they wear the silly hat or because they did lie to menorah. I don't care they play with the dreidel. I want them to believe in Jesus Christ. But you know what, if I hated them, I would say, oh, you're good. Just keep worshiping the menorah. Just keep worshiping your false god. Keep just doing your traditions, and you're good. You got the Old Testament. You got the Old Covenant. No, you don't. If you don't have the Savior, you have nothing. And that Savior is Christ. That's why it said in verse 11, "'For unto you is born this day in the city of David "'a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.'" Let's close in prayer. Thank you, Father, so much for sending the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, to be the Savior. I pray that we would just give as much respect and honor to your Son, that we would celebrate your Son, that we would remember the great event of God being manifest in the flesh, coming to this earth to be the Savior of mankind. Thank you so much for sending your Son. Thank you so much for sacrificing your Son. Thank you so much for the work of the Lord Jesus Christ that we could be saved from our sins, which would take us to hell, eternal death, eternal damnation. I thank you for your unspeakable gift of eternal life. I pray that we would just be a sounding board to all the world, to lighten the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ, that we would not pander to false religion, we would not pander to those that hate Jesus Christ, but rather, we would preach boldly the gospel, that its salvation is only through Jesus Christ, the Son of God. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
