Amen. Alright, this evening we are in Romans chapter number 10, and I don't want to keep beating a dead horse, but the fact is, is that Romans chapter 9, 10, and 11 basically deal with the same subject. In fact, if you studied all the book of Romans, it has to do with salvation, the vast majority of the chapters found in the book of Romans has to do with this matter of justification, but not just that, Paul, if you read the book of Romans, you see that a lot of it, he just keeps slamming this point of the Jews not being God's chosen people, and that they are actually not all Israel who are of Israel, and he keeps just hitting this subject of the Jews. Now, I think, you say, why do you think he would do that? Well, I think for two reasons to be honest with you. One reason is because obviously Paul started a lot of churches, and if you remember the churches in Galatia, there was false brethren that were creeping in unawares teaching Judea, they were Judaizing the people, right? And so he obviously knew that these were the enemies of the gospel of Christ, and so he constantly had to fortify doctrine and teach the people in the churches and expose the Jews for what they were, because they were going into churches teaching false doctrine. So that's why he spent so much time speaking about these, but not only that, I think also the reason he would write to the churches about the Jews is because the majority of the apostles were trying to reach the Jews. And I think Paul was trying to drive in the point like, hey guys, we need to go to the Gentiles, the Jews have rejected Jesus, and so many things that he said within the book of Romans that just solidifies, and I don't think anybody can study the book of Romans, read it, and not come out saying, you know what, I don't think the Jews are God's chosen people, they're not the real Jews, you know? It's so clear in so many different areas, but specifically in this triplet of chapters right here, Romans chapter 9, 10, and 11, just hammer that point so vividly and so constantly, you cannot leave the book of Romans, or at least chapters 9, 10, and 11, without coming to the conclusion, you know what, the Jews are not God's chosen people. These people have rejected Christ, these people are not Israel according to the word of God, they're not the children of the promise, okay, which they claim to be. Now Romans chapter 10 verse number 1, we see here, it says, brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they might be saved. So right then and there it goes to show you that they're not saved, right? They're not, and by the way, someone who's saved is a child of God, the Bible says that, you know, if we believe on Christ, but as many as receive Him, to them give you power to become the sons of God, even unto them that believe on His name. So if someone doesn't believe on His name, they're not the children of God. And that's why Paul is starting out this chapter in verse number 1, saying that his prayers that they would be saved. Now, obviously within Israel, there's certain people that were reprobated, okay, that could no longer believe. But there were people in there that, you know, maybe they were confused, or they're just being led about with strange and diverse doctrines, and you know, they're not necessarily reprobated, they need to be saved. And those people can get saved. Even today, there's Jews that can be saved, all right, and we don't believe that none of them can be saved. We believe that the vast majority of them as a nation have rejected Christ, and therefore they will not come to Christ. But here he says that his heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they might be saved. It's very reminiscent to chapter 9, where he says that he wishes that he could be a curse from Christ for their sake. It shows you the strong desire that he had for them to be justified, right? But look at verse number 2, it says, For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. So here we see that he, what is the record that he's bearing? He's saying, look, they're zealous, right? But they don't have a zeal that's according to knowledge. Now why does he say that I bear them record? Well, simply for the fact that Paul himself was a Pharisee. And in fact, the Bible says that he was a Pharisee of the Pharisees, a Hebrew of the Hebrews, right? He was of the tribe of Benjamin, and the Bible says that concerning zeal, persecuting the church. He was a man who was very zealous in his religion, very zealous of Judaism, but guess what? He wasn't even saved. So we can't look at someone who's zealous for the religion and say, oh yeah, that person's definitely a Christian, right? We can't look at someone who's zealous, overly zealous and say, oh yeah, that person's definitely living for God. We can't look at a Billy Graham, right? And say, yeah man, that guy was so zealous for his religion, he had to be saved. No, if you believe a false gospel, you're not saved. Doesn't matter how zealous you are. By the way, the Muslims are very zealous. You know, they're willing to jihad and kill themselves and suicide for all this, but they're going to hell. The Catholics are very zealous for their religion. I mean, how many times have we run into, we've knocked on the door and they're like, no, I'm Catholic. I was born Catholic. I'll die a Catholic. Soy Catholico. You know? La Virgen. And they're zealous, but you know what, they're wrong. And by the way, zeal means passion, right? It means they're passionate about whatever it is that they're doing, but does that mean they're saved? No, absolutely not. And the Bible says here that they're zealous, but not according to the knowledge of God. And let me say this, it's good to be zealous. Okay? Passion, zeal is a character quality in the Bible that's very much necessary in the Christian life. One thing that God can understand, obviously, is when you're lukewarm, right? And I think an equivalent to being zealous is being hot for God, right? It's to be on fire for the Lord, it's to be hot for the Lord, it's to have a burning desire within your heart to preach the gospel, to see people saved, to rip face, to preach the whole counsel of God, and to do that which is right in His sight. I believe that's considered zeal. And the Bible says that it's good to be zealously affected in a good thing. Jesus said, the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up, right? He had zeal. By the way, the Bible says in Isaiah 59 that we ought to be clad with zeal as a cloak. You know, you think of clothing yourself each and every day, God says we ought to clothe ourselves with zeal, to be passionate. God doesn't want some lukewarm, just lukewarm and lackadaisical Christians or churches, which most churches are nowadays, just lukewarm, they come in, come out, do their dues, pay their tithes, wear their tithes, you know, carry their Bibles, and that's it. But that's not zeal. You know, that's something that you're conforming to an image, but you don't have a zeal that's according to knowledge. God wants us to be zealous for the things of God, you know? And by the way, if you're lacking zeal today, you need to get right with God, because we ought to be passionate for the things of God. There ought to be a fire burning within our hearts to do God's will. I mean, you say, well, how do I get zeal? Well, zeal obviously can be grasped by simply reading the word of God, okay? It can be grasped by the preaching of God's word. I mean, if you think of the disciples who are on the road to Emmaus, when Jesus opened up their eyes and then he vanished, what did they say? Did not our hearts burn within us as while he walked with us, by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures. He said, man, there's like a fire in my heart that causes me to want to go do something great for him. Why? But it had to, it was in correlation to the word of God. And typically those who are the most lukewarm Christians are those who are not reading the Bible. Okay? If you're not passionate, you're not zealous for the things of God, you're not in the Bible. You know, Jeremiah said his word was within my heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones and I could not stay. You know, every Christian ought to have a daily time when they're reading the Bible. Okay? Not daily time when you're on YouTube. Okay? Not daily time when you're just listening to sermons all day long. No, you have a daily time aside from that where you're reading the Bible. Okay? And if you're lacking passion and zeal, it just goes to show you're not in the word of God. Why? Because the word of God is quick and powerful. Sharper than a two-edged sword. You know, my words that I speak of, they are spirit and they are life, the Bible says. When you read the Bible, you read Psalms 119 and how many times David correlates being quickened with the word of God, right? My soul cleaved to the dust, quickened down me according to thy word. You're feeling like you're a dead Christian, you need to be quickened, you need the word of God. Okay? It still works. By the way, zeal helps you repent. I mean, you talk about revival, right? People are saying, you know, pray for revival. Okay, this is how you can make revival happen in your life. Repent of your sin, Christians. Repent of your lukewarmness. Jesus said, be zealous, therefore, and repent. So repentance is a quality that zeal produces in a person's life. I'm talking about Christians here, okay? Not unsaved people. Okay? I'm talking about Christians. If you want to see true zeal, how is it expressed? By repenting, getting your life right, cleaning it up. I mean, you see someone get saved and they get on board, they start repenting of their sins, start cleaning up their life. We say, man, that guy is on fire right now. Why? Because they're cleaning up their life. They want to be a holy person. They're trying to get right with God. They're trying to live a life that's pleasing unto the Lord. But that's what zeal produces. Look, you know what we need? We need guys. We need Christians like Jehu, okay, who went up to the king and said, you know, I got the verse right here. I don't want to misquote. Second Kings 10, 16 says, and he said, come with me and see my zeal for the Lord. So they made him ride in his chariot. He's like, man, you want to come see some zeal? Come into my chariot. And by the way, the verse prior today says, is thine heart right as my heart is right? Was he being proud? No, I believe his heart was right with God, you know, and that was shown according to his zeal. Go to second Peter, chapter number one, second Peter chapter number one, you know, the Pharisees were very zealous. I mean, when you have Paul going to the high priest to get letters so he can go arrest the Christians in Damascus, you know, he's willing to go through such lengths just to persecute the Christians and, you know, arrest them and do all that. That's someone who's zealous. Now, the Bible says that he did it ignorantly in unbelief, right? But the fact is, he was still zealous, but he was zealous in the wrong thing. And all Jews, all Jews, whether, you know, they're in Israel or here, they might, those who are zealous, quote unquote, they might be zealous, but it's not according to knowledge. Why is that? Because they don't have the word of God. They have the Talmud, okay? They have the wicked writings of their 70 elders, quote unquote, okay? That doesn't produce zeal. The word of God produces zeal. So how do you get that? Look at second Peter one five, it says, beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue and to virtue knowledge. So how do you get, how do you get zeal? Well, according to knowledge, how do you get knowledge? Well, you gotta add virtue and then before that, obviously you have your faith, but you gotta have diligence. What is that? It means you gotta consistently read the Bible. You know, you can't have this Christianity where it's just like this all the time, where one day you're reading the word of God, the next day you're not. You know, you're like, oh, I want to get zealous for God, so I'm gonna read five chapters and then tomorrow you're just like, I don't feel like doing it. Well, you know what? You're not gonna be zealous for the Lord then. Because it takes diligence, it takes consistency, it takes faithfulness, okay? And by the way, there's gonna be times when you delight in God's word and times when you don't. But guess what you do in between those times? You still do it, you do it anyways because it's right. Go back to Romans chapter number 10. So zeal is a very good thing, and in fact, you know what zeal does when you have it? You provoke a lot of people to zeal. You know, you inspire people. And people inspire people. People's actions inspire people. People's Bible reading inspires people. Preaching inspires people. You know, when you're zealous for the things of God, there's others who may not as be zealous as you or passionate as you, but when they see you on fire, they say, I want what that person has. But you know what? If you're as lukewarm as the day is long, no one wants your carcass. You're not worth anything to anyone. In fact, the Bible says you're good for nothing but to be cast out and to be trotted under the foot of men. You're like the branches that need to be gathered and cast into the fire and they are burned in John chapter 15. You're worthless, but when you're zealous, guess what you do? According to the Bible, you provoked a lot of people to get on board, amen? Verse number 3 in Romans chapter number 10 says, for they being ignorant of God's righteousness and going about to establish their own righteousness have not submitted themselves into the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believe it. So the Bible says there in verse 3 that they being ignorant of God's righteousness. Now what's the righteousness that it's talking about? It's talking about the righteousness of God which is by faith in Jesus Christ upon all, for all and upon all who believe on him, amen? For there is no difference, the Bible says. So when the Bible talks about righteousness, it's talking about the perfect justice and righteousness of Jesus Christ that comes when you keep the law, okay? Who's the only person who's ever able to keep the law? Only Jesus, okay? There's not one person in this world who is ever able to keep the law 100%. It's a lie, okay? And look, these false religions and these so-called Christians who say, well, you know, you need to be baptized to be saved. You need to keep God's commandments to be saved and you need to, you need to make sure that you're doing X, Y, and Z in order to be saved. You know, those people are wicked as hell and they're prideful, they're arrogant to everything that they can keep all of God's commandments entirely. It's wicked. It's wrong. There's not one person who's able to do that. Why? Because the Bible says there's none righteous. No, not one. So in order for you to say that you're establishing your own righteousness based upon the fact that you keep God's commandments, you're calling yourself righteous. And what does the Bible say? The Bible says in Isaiah that all we as, excuse me, the Bible says that our righteousness are as filthy rags. We're all as an unclean thing and our righteousness is an unclean rag. As a faith, as a leaf, we all do fade and our iniquities as a wind have taken us away. So no one is righteous according to the word. That's why we need the righteousness of Jesus Christ to be imputed upon us, to be placed to our account. Why? Because we can't keep the commandments of God. You say, well, you should keep the commandments of God in order to be saved because the Bible says, you know, if you love me, keep my commandments. Yeah, if you love me. But the Bible said, it doesn't say if you want to be saved, keep my commandments. I love it how people just read things into the Bible that are not even there. Right? The Bible says if you love me, keep my commandments. It doesn't say if you want to be saved, keep my commandments. And by the way, whosoever keepeth the whole law, yet offended one point, he's guilty of all. So you may think you kept your 10 commandments and by the way, newsflash, there's more than 10 commandments in the Bible. There's hundreds of commandments in the Bible. Okay? 10 commandments are just like the popular ones that everyone obviously knows about. There's a lot more commandments than that. There's thou shalt and thou shall not. And so if you offend in one point, according to the Bible, you're already guilty of all of it. So don't come at me with, well, I'm not talking about commandments, I'm talking about baptism. Being baptized is a commandment. The Bible says we should be baptized. That's a commandment. Okay? And so the Bible says therefore, you say, well, the Bible talks about the law, well, what is the law? The law is commandments. The laws are commandments. And therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law, without. To him that worketh not, but believeth on him to justify it to the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Okay? So don't come, these people who believe in this works-based salvation, they're twisted, they're wicked, they're reprobate, no, you're just, you're judging. Yes, I am judging. Because he that is spiritual judgeth all things. Okay? And I'm not talking about the people who are being deceived by these things. I'm talking about the people who are teaching this crap. Okay? The Bible says they're going about to establish their own righteousness. Okay? But here's the thing. Paul said this, go to Philippians chapter number three. Philippians chapter three, this is a familiar verse right here. And look, if you believe you're going to be baptized in order to be saved, you're probably of the bent that believes you can lose your salvation too. So how many times do you have to be baptized? Because we sin every day. You know? By the way, I get baptized every day. I take a shower every single day. Every day. Okay? And it washes my flesh. Okay? But to believe that you have to be baptized in order to be saved, you're full of garbage. We talked to this guy this week who was just like, well, you have to be baptized. And then Marcos was like, what about the thief on the cross? And he said this, well, how do you know he wasn't baptized before he died on the cross? Because it doesn't say that he was baptized? Yeah, but that just proves that he was baptized. What? So the thief on the cross, when Jesus said, today you shall be with me in paradise. And between the time that he said that and between the time he died, someone brought him down, put him in a tub, and baptized him. And then put him back on the cross. And then the guy, yeah, that's what happened. What? You're a fool. You're a damn fool. He's like, well, you shouldn't cuss. No, he's a damned fool. I'm not talking about people who are deceived by this garbage. I'm talking about people who are doing the deceiving. Okay? Most people are reprobate. And this guy on Instagram that I was talking to, this guy was trying to deceive, he's trolling the movement right now. He's trolling Pastor Manley Perry's page, everyone's page, and he tries to act like he's sincere. By the way, when someone's a little too sincere, your red flags need to go up. I'm not saying be suspicious of everyone, but sometimes it's too good to be true. Exactly. Flattery is what it is. Okay? He's not sincere at all. He's a works-based salvation. And here's the thing, he's just like, why are you getting mad? I was like, because I hate every false way. That's why I'm ticked off. Okay? And then he said, well, you know, he was coming up with some dumb argument. If you visit his YouTube channel, it looks like it's from the 90s. I said, you make me want a Revelations 3, my dinner when I see your YouTube channel, because it's so old. And it's like an hour and 15 minutes long, all false gospel, all false doctrine, you know, and they're like, well, we've got like a million views on this and that. I'm like, who cares? I don't know who you are. You know? I can care less who you are. And look, I post them, I put an Instagram story about him, you know, I said, hey, beware of this guy. This guy's, you know, dangerous or whatever. And he's all, he said, well, thanks for the plug. I said, no problem, reprobate. I said, it's my pleasure. I said, I love exposing people like you. And I said, I'm gonna pray for you. I pray that you die and you go to hell quick. Oh, you shouldn't say something like that. No, because I hate every false way. That's why I say that. And if this guy, this guy for years is going around teaching people that need to be baptized in order to be saved and some sincere person who wants to be saved, who wants to know how to go to heaven, they're gonna come across this reprobate and he's gonna say, well, you just gotta be baptized. Look what the Bible says, Mark 16, there you go. And some unbeknownst person who knows nothing about the Bible is gonna believe that and be damned to hell because of this stinking guy, right? He's an ass. You shouldn't say that. He's an ass. You say, why is that? Because he's a donkey who's teaching, speaking, using, I'm trying to quote the verse, the donkey with man's mouth. Someone tell me that. Huh? He's an ass. That's the verse. Dumbass speaking with man's mouth, there you go, okay? And he's wicked as hell. And look, if you don't agree with this, then you know what? You need to go and read the Bible and hate false doctrine and become zealous for the things of God. Okay? Why don't you come into my cherry and see my zeal for the Lord? You that love the Lord, hate evil. You don't hate evil, you don't love the Lord. Simple as that. Look what the Bible says in Philippians 3, 9 says, be found in him not having my own righteousness which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith. So even Paul, who this guy was like on board with things, even he said, I don't wanna be found having my own righteousness. Why? Because he understood his righteousness for his filthy rags. And this guy's over here, why don't you debate me? I said, because I'm not a reprobate. And Romans 1 says that reprobates are full of debate. Why would I wanna debate you? I said, you're full of debate. I don't wanna debate you. You're a reprobate. You're probably a pedophile told him. And by the way, he didn't argue against that point. Surprise, surprise. Go back to Romans chapter number 10. Look man, we went, how many of you guys see, get saved today? Three? Three, four, five, you got one? So three, four, five, six. Six people got saved before church. You know what? I went to a girl and I said, do you believe that God loves you? And she said, yes. I said, so will God make it hard or easy for you to get to heaven? She said, easy. Exactly. Is that keeping easy? She said, absolutely. Amen to that. Amen. You know, and thankfully we get to these people before these false teachers do. Right. Okay. Look what the Bible says here in verse number five. For Moses described it to righteousness, which is of the law, that the man which doeth those things shall live by them. Go to Galatians chapter number three, Galatians chapter number three. This guy wanted to come to our church. I said, you can come to California, but you can't come to our church. And he said, why? I said, because we don't accept reverberates. I said, we'll probably throw you out right when you come in. I said, I probably won't even get a chance to throw you out. I said, my congregation will probably get to you before I do. Were you afraid they're going to get all, that I'm going to influence them? I said, no. My congregation will never fall for your garbage. Never. Okay. Not going to happen. By the way, he's in Virginia, isn't Pastor Jason Robinson in Virginia? I think he's in Virginia, right? We need to tell him about him. Bible says in Galatians chapter three, verse 10, for as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse. For it is written, cursed is everyone that continueth not in all things, all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. See, these people are the holier than thou people. We're going to look at that verse in just a bit. Because these people are, they believe that they are righteous. And if you look at that verse in Isaiah, which we're going to look at in just a bit, these are the same people that say that we're holier than thou. These are the people who believe they're sinless. These wicked Calvinists who don't believe that they sin and typically are the ones who sin the most. They're involved in the worst debauchery. You know why? Because their conscience is seared with the hot iron. And they're going about to establish their own righteousness. You know what the Bible says? The Bible says they're cursed. If you continue not in all things that are written therein. They are a curse if they're preaching a false gospel. But the Bible says that if they don't continue in all things that are written in the book of the law to do them, that they're cursed. But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God. It is evident, for the just shall live by faith. I love it. This guy was just like, you unsaved, always saved people. Show me one verse in the Bible. I mean, the markers were like, cap, cap him. Just I mean, how do you, there's so many verses. I mean, I just threw up on him spiritually is what I did. I violated this book of the law shall not depart out of the mouth, it departed. You know, and he didn't have nothing to say about any of that. Okay. I mean, something as simple as Ephesians two, verse eight through nine. What do you say? Not by works, lest any man should boast, all ye that are boasting. Go to Deuteronomy chapter number six, Deuteronomy chapter number six. Now by the way, I'm righteous, but not because of my own righteousness, because of the righteousness of Jesus Christ. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. You know, we've all fallen short of God's glory. We can't make our way to heaven. That's why we needed to believe on Christ. Okay, so his righteousness can be imputed upon us. Look what the Bible says in Deuteronomy chapter six and verse 25. It shall be our righteousness if we observe to do all these commandments before the Lord our God, as he had commanded us. So you can get to heaven if you keep the law of God, all the commandments. But it says all these commandments before the Lord our God, as he had commanded us. That means perfectly. Every single... Thou shall love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, all thy soul, all thy mind, all thy strength. If you say you've done that, you're a stinking liar. And by the way, you know, all these have I kept from my youth up. Well thou lackest one thing, buddy, because if whosoever keepeth the whole law yet offended one point, he's guilty of all. So look, and by the way, these people who believe that, they not only lack in one point, they lack in a bunch of points, because there's sins of omission and sins of commission. And we're going to fight works-based salvation forever. We're never going to go easy on it. We're going to hate it till the day we die. I'm going to preach against every pastor who believes that you can lose your salvation. You got to keep the commandments. You say, we shouldn't say that. People are going to say bad stuff about you in the comments. We're going to say it till Christ comes after the tribulation. People do it till Christ comes. Why is that? Because there's a war going on for the souls of men. A war going on. Because people are dying and going to hell. And you know why the majority of them are dying and going to hell? Because they're believing a false gospel. Taught by these wolves in sheep's clothing. That's why. Go to Romans chapter number nine. Romans chapter number nine. That says, I'm going to read to you from Romans chapter 10, it says, for I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God, the Bible says. So they haven't, this is obviously in context, it's talking about the Jews. They haven't submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God, the righteousness of Jesus Christ. They still think that by keeping the law, they can be saved. And it's a sad state of condition to be in for a person to think that they have to work their way to heaven. And I believe that's why Paul's heart is going out to them saying, man, my prayer and desires that they might be saved. And by the way, you and I have family members who are still trusting in their works, who are involved in false religions. Some of them, maybe some of them are, but some of them, maybe they're not reprobate. They're just deceived. We need to have the same heart and desire as Paul has. By the way, as much hatred as we have for false doctrine, that's the same amount of love we need to have for those who are caught in the false doctrine. We ought to be able to shed a tear for these people who are lost in false doctrine. Why? Because it's going to be a rude awakening when they die and they lift up their eyes in hell. Our heart's desire, our prayer is that not just Israel, but all people be saved. These people would come to trust Jesus Christ as their Savior, that they would no longer trust in their works. Verse 31 of Romans chapter 9 says, But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness, wherefore because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law, for they stumbled at that stumbling stone. So Romans 9 finishes that off saying that. You know, they, because they follow the law of righteousness, they were not righteous. And by the way, obviously not all of Israel has been damned. There's a remnant obviously, right? But these are people who obviously understood that the law was their schoolmaster to bring them unto Christ. Those are the ones that recognized their condition before God because they weren't able to keep the commandments and because of that, they trusted Christ as their Savior and they no longer became Jews. You know, they became Christians. Romans 4 verse 5 says, But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith discounted for righteousness, even as David also described the blessedness of the man unto whom God impudeth righteousness without works, the Bible says. Go back to Romans chapter number 10 and verse number 6 says, But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, that means on this manner, in this manner. Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? That is to bring Christ down from above. Or who shall descend into the deep? That is to bring up Christ again from the dead. But what saith it, The word is nigh thee, even in thine mouth, and in thine heart. That is the word of faith which we preach. And by the way, before we get into that, verse 6 and 7 is very interesting because that is the way people think, right, sometimes? I don't know about you, but sometimes I'll knock on the door, I'll talk to someone, and I'll say, you know, are you 100% sure that if you die today you go to heaven? It's like, no one's sure. Have you ever been to heaven? You know, how do you know hell exists? You know, one famous one that they say amongst the Hispanic community, I know this for a fact because I've heard it in Spanish most of the time, is they'll say this, you know in Spanish they'll say, Quien sabe? Not even sabe, right? And they'll say this, who has died and come back from the dead to say what happened? Have you ever heard that? Okay, I've heard that plenty of times. Okay, and that's often the answer that I actually give them. I say, well you know, Jesus actually died and he resurrected, you know. But he isn't that very similar to what's being said here? But the righteous, which is of faith, speaketh on this wise, say not and not in power. Who shall ascend into heaven? That is to bring Christ down from above. Or who shall descend into the deep? That is to bring up Christ again from the dead. So it's giving almost like an exaggerated distance and location for how we can find out to be safe, right? We think that it's salve, you know, people often say, well, you know, I'll find out when I die. Right? I say, well, I guess we'll find out when we die, you know, when I get to heaven I'll find out. I'll find out when I get to heaven. Once you die without Christ, you'll lift up your eyes in hell. You know? And by the way, you know, people who lift up their eyes in hell, obviously they'll be judged later on in Revelation, we see that they'll be judged, the books will be opened, they'll be judged according to those things, they'll be cast into the lake of fire. Whosoever's name was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. But you don't look, you don't have to go to hell to find that out. People say that the word is nigh thee, close to you, even in thy mouth, in thy heart, that is the word of faith which we preach. And by the way, it's interesting, it says the word of faith, there's a false teaching out there that's taught by Calvinists, right? That the faith to believe is the gift of God. How many of you ever heard anybody teach that? Okay. How many of you, I'm sure you've heard it, but how many of you actually heard someone say that? I've heard that. I heard that in Bible college. A teacher said that, they quoted Ephesians 2 verse 8 through 9, he said, for by grace are you saved through faith, and it says, and that not of yourselves is the gift of God. And they'll say that the faith it takes to believe is the gift of God. You know? And I remember my brother-in-law, after class he was just like, he's like, that's Calvinist. He told me, he's like, my brother Tim, my brother-in-law Tim, he's like, that sounds Calvinistic to me. You know? And that God gives the faith to believe, well here it says, in thy mouth and in thy heart that is the word of faith which we preach, right? And if you look throughout the Gospels, what does Jesus say to those who he heals? Thy faith hath saved thee. He didn't say thy faith that I gave thee. He says thy faith hath saved thee. You know? It's where you place your faith, obviously. You know? And look, we exercise faith all the time. People will say, well I just can't believe it. You know, people, I don't know, when I've gotten out, so many people have had people tell me, you know, yeah, I just, how do I know that I'm believing though? They make it so complicated sometimes. You know, how do I know I'm placing my faith? I say, I tell them, you place your faith in things all the time. I say, have you ever ridden in an airplane? Yes. Did you ever meet the pilot? No. But you got on the airplane from point A to point B without meeting the pilot, but you had faith that he was there! And they're like, oh, that's right, that's true, huh? I'm like, yeah. It's not like, faith is not something that's like difficult to comprehend or understand. You exercise, it's like breathing to you. What God is saying is you have to place your faith on Christ though, for salvation. The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth. Now go to Deuteronomy chapter 30. This is actually where it comes from. This quote, Deuteronomy chapter 30. It's great sometimes, like you read the scripture in the New Testament, if you reference where it's from, it often then clarifies a little bit what it means. In fact, the best way to do it is when you read it in the Old Testament, then you read it in the New Testament. The New Testament actually clarifies it even better, obviously, right? But it's good because this is a strong verse that we use, this chapter, in regards to salvation. But where is it found in the Old Testament? It's found when it was written to the Jews in Deuteronomy, in the law. So obviously the word that we're referring to is the Lord Jesus Christ. Who's the word that's nigh thee in Deuteronomy? The Lord Jesus Christ. Look at Deuteronomy 30 verse 11 says, For this commandment which I command thee this day, it's not hidden from thee, neither is it far off. It's not in heaven, by the way, it's not hidden from thee, neither is it far off. That's a good verse to use for that one guy who's lost in the jungle who wants to know about God and who's going to go out to him. Well it says right there, it's not hidden from him, it's not a far off. I've had so many people use that illustration, well what about, you know, the heathen who's in the cave in the jungles of Congo, you know, where there's no independent Baptist church or whatever. Well it's not hidden from him, neither is it a far off, okay? And we're going to get later on in the chapter, it talks about how the word of God's been all over the world. It says, It is not in heaven that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven and bring it unto us, that we may hear it and do it. Neither is it beyond the sea that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us and bring it unto us, that we may hear it and do it. But the word is very nigh unto thee in thy mouth and in thy heart that thou mayest do it. Now obviously we can look at that scripture and compare it with Romans chapter 10 and say, that's Jesus. That's talking about Jesus, okay, the word of faith. And by the way, Abraham believed God, you know, it was counted unto him for righteousness. So even in the Old Testament, salvation was simply by calling upon the name of the Lord. And the New Testament, obviously the name has been revealed to be Jesus, but it's always been the Lord. It's always been Jehovah, right? And it's always been by believing, the word has always been nigh them even in thy mouth. Very simple, they didn't have to go across the ocean, they didn't need someone to bring it down from heaven, God already brought it down, they didn't need to go into the deep or into hell, it was right there, okay? And look, if someone really wants to get saved, I believe God sent soul winners. You know, if any person has ever given me that weird illustration, I'm like, well, you know, if that person really wants to get saved, you know, God is not willing that any should perish. So what he does is he sends soul winners, okay? And by the way, I'm sure God is not willing that any should perish in El Monte. And that's why we're here. Okay? Why? Because God, you know, how shall they believe in whom they've not heard, how should they hear without a preacher, and how should they preach except they be sent, right? And so we have a church here that God is sending to preach the gospel all over El Monte because he's not willing that they should perish. So no one in El Monte will be able to say, well, I didn't know. You know? No one's gonna be able to say, well, no one ever told me, no, you had an independent fundamental Bible believing King James only one saved always saved church here that would send out soul winners on a weekly basis, multiple times throughout the week to give you the gospel. Okay? Go back to Romans chapter number 10. Romans chapter 10. And by the way, this is, Romans chapter 10 is one of the shorter chapters in the book of Romans, but it's packed with so much goodness. Just straight doctrine, juicy, just delicious doctrine. It's very good. Verse 9, that if thou should confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God had raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved, for what the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and what the mouth confession is made unto salvation. These are familiar verses. If you do any soul winning, you obviously use these verses. You would have to use these verses. If you don't use them, you need to start using them, okay? This is something very essential to what I would say closing the deal when it comes to salvation. This is probably the last verse that I use when I speak to people. Okay? Now, here it's teaching us that you believe with your heart, and then you confess with your mouth. Okay? They're synonymous one with another, so there has to be both. You understand that? Okay? And look, I don't know what the conversation was about, but Alex was witnessing to someone, and he basically told a girl, he goes, not confess your sins, he says, confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus. You know, because people believe you have to confess your sins to be saved and repent of your sins. No, you need to be forgiven of all your sins. The way you get forgiven is by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ. But the Bible says here that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, you believe in your heart, so, you know, and if someone says, well, you know, what if they don't confess it, but they believe it? It doesn't exist. Okay? And the reason for that is because the Bible teaches us out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. And I think anyone with a brain in their head would understand that typically what comes out of the heart first came from, I mean, what comes out of the mouth first starts in where? The heart. There's like a direct connection between the heart and the mouth. Okay? That's why if someone's cussing all the time or they're talking about worldly movies all the time or they, whatever their speech is about, the Bible says thy speech be right with thee. In other words, it reveals who you are. And typically the words that come out of your mouth can reveal what's already in your heart. And that's why God says, well, if you believe it, then you'll confess it. Okay? And look, and if they don't want to confess it, but they say they believe it, I don't believe that they're believing it. Chad went to a dyke one time. Okay? I told them. I was like, dude, you're wasting your time. And you know, she was just going along to get along kind of thing. And Chad was like, all right, let's pray and trust Christ, and she was like, no, no. And he was like, well, do you believe these things? And she was like, yeah, I believe it, but no. You know? You say, well, maybe later on that person prayed on the... No. No. Because if you really believe, you'll trust Christ. You'll confess with your mouth. Okay? And the words, obviously the exact words is not necessarily important. We see examples in the Bible of that. You know, thief on the cross is perfect. Right? Or the publican that came and he beat upon his chest and said, be merciful to me, it's a sinner. And the Bible says that he went to his house justified more than the Pharisee. Right? All he did was be merciful to me, a sinner. Obviously God's like, okay, I know what he means. You know, he's calling upon the name of the Lord in that way. When I first got saved, I didn't know all the terminology. I think I just said, God, save me. You know, I believe on you. I trust you. Save me. You know? After I heard the gospel. So the wording is not necessarily important, but when we go out, obviously we know that we give them the right words. Right? We make sure that we're thorough. And by the way, don't, don't give this like 10 minute prayer. You know, I'm not saying just like make it as brief as possible, but you know what? Get the essentials in there. Okay. Get the essentials. Review with them before you pray with them. Make sure they understand and pray with them. Okay. But make sure they're confessing with the mouth of the Lord Jesus. And let me say this. They need to believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God, plain and simple. Okay. And I don't put that in there when I give them my gospel presentation. And typically, more often than not, the people I'm speaking to, they don't even struggle with that. Only weirdos struggle with that. The whole, you guys ever heard of modalism? They struggle with that weird doctrine. That's for weird people. Okay. Most people are like, yeah, he's the son of God. I mean, any Catholic you talk to, they'll readily hear like, yeah, he's Jesus Christ is the son of God. He's God in the flesh. They understand that perfectly. Okay. But I make sure I go over that with them, obviously, as I'm giving them the presentation. But here's the thing. These go hand in hand. These are two sides of the same coin. Okay. They believe on Christ. They need to confess it with their mouth. All right. Let me see here. And by the way, the Bible says, by thy words, thou shalt be what? Justified. You know, and by thy words, thou shalt be condemned. Okay. You say, what does it mean by thy words, thou shalt be condemned? That means I don't want it. And they say, no, thank you. No. I think that's going to be shown to them. Like, oh, I want to be saved. And he's like, no, thank you. No, I don't want it. Catolico, soy catolico. You know, I think it's going to be revealed to them, but you know, by our words, we shall be justified. Why? Because we're trusting Christ as our savior. We're confessing with our mouth. We're obeying. By the way, the Bible says we have to obey the gospel. What's obeying? Believe and confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus. Okay. Verse 11, Romans chapter 10, we're almost done. For the scripture saith, whosoever believeth on them shall not be ashamed, for there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. And of course, the Bible's teaching us there that when we believe on Christ, we won't be ashamed. And what that's referring to, you won't be let down. You won't be disappointed. Why? Because we have an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, the Bible says, right? It's the fact that we have the eternal security that we understand that we can't lose our salvation. God's not going to let us. God is not a man that he should lie. He's given us eternal life, which he promised before the world began. We won't be let down. You know, look, and that's in vast contrast to people who have let us down when they promised us something, right? And a lot of people you speak to, you've given them the gospel, they've had people in their lives who have let them down. In other words, they promised them something and they didn't come through. Well, guess what? God won't let you down. Okay? If he says he'll save you, he'll save you. He's given us the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession until the praise of his glory, the Bible says. Okay? Now, by the way, calling upon the name of the Lord has been there since Genesis chapter 4 and up. Okay? It's always been the same. Let me see here. Go to verse 14. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? So here's the thing. This is a good verse to reference when we're talking about the one, two, three prayer after me, which as a Christian, in my 11 years of experience, I've met a lot of people like that. Okay? Where it's a super sloppy presentation of the gospel. People don't even believe in hell after they've given them their presentation, and they're just like, let's just pray real quick. That's not gonna save them. Why? Because how shall they believe in whom they have not heard? If you haven't given them a clear presentation of the gospel, how are they gonna believe? Look, the Catholics are willing to pray with you. They pray all the time. The point is that you're thorough. Okay? And look, we're seeing a lot of people saved in our church, and thank God for that. Keep praying that we see a lot of people saved. Last week, we saw 53 people saved in a week. That's more than some churches see in like years. Okay? You know, we have to make sure that we're continually praying, but let me say this. Let's not inflate the numbers, either, okay? And don't, don't, look, if you don't see someone saved, you don't see someone saved. There's always tomorrow. You know, you're like, oh, I'm really, I'm really embarrassed, like if everyone comes back and they see people saved, but you didn't see people saved, no. Because guess what? I get some of that guy's rewards too. Because I was with them. I was his silent partner. Okay? But not only that, tomorrow is always coming. There's always another person to preach the gospel to. So I'm not gonna come here and say, yeah, yeah, I got like five people saved, you know? You didn't see, when you were talking about one person, I preached the gospel to like six kids or something, you know, five of them got saved, try to be modest a little bit, you know? No, that's inflating the numbers. Okay? Just be thorough. This is dealing with the souls of men. It's not like just like a one-stop shop, here you go. This is the verse, and then no one's looking, hey, just pray with me real quick, just so you can mark them off and say you had a salvation. Be thorough. Okay? Now, I'm not talking about thoroughness where you're like starting Genesis and then Revelation, because I've seen that too. Where it's just like, and I just like walk away to go knock on another door or something, you know? That's not, you gotta have a balance of both. Because sometimes you can be so thorough that you actually confuse people. Okay? The doctrine's too deep, you understand it, but sometimes the doctrine's too deep and they don't understand it. The Bible talks about the simplicity in Christ. Okay? We need to be simple, and it's simply just by being thorough but using plain language. That's why it's just good sometimes just to stick to Romans. Stick to Romans, right? Use some verses from John, you know, get some verses from Ephesians maybe, but just stick to the Romans road. You're like, yeah, but I like to like, you know, I got my, okay, whatever, if it works for you, whatever. But you know what? You don't have to go all over the place to get someone saved. You can just sometimes stick to Romans. Use a couple of verses from John maybe, and look, I try to be as simple as possible when I give the gospel. The only time I really get really kind of complicated is when I have more questions. Then you start going into other verses, and of course I use Revelation 20, Revelation 21, so on and so forth. But if someone like has a question or something, yeah, I'll briefly go to another portion of scripture. You know? If you get us off the Romans road, we're not like done, okay? But we like to use the Romans road because it's a simple way to get the message clearly across that they can be saved, and we can move on to the next door, okay? How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How shall they believe in Him in whom they have not heard? How shall they hear without a preacher? How shall they preach except they be sent as it is written? How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace and bring glad tidings of good things. Amen. You know, you could have the ugliest looking, you know, corn, you know, callous looking toes and feet, but if you preach in the gospel, God says to them, some beautiful feet right there. Amen. Now, your husband or your wife may not think so, but God's like, you got beautiful feet. You're out there preaching the gospel. You're using the feet to go out there, and by the way, this is a good verse to prove wrong the whole evangelistic services, you know? It's not saying beautiful are the feet of them who come in here, who walk in here, right? It's the beautiful are the feet of the people who are actually sent out to go preach the gospel. And look, part of the armor of God is what? That you're shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace. You're going out there, you're preaching the gospel, your feet are ready to go out there to see people saved, to open your mouth boldly to proclaim the mysteries of the gospel. By the way, this portion is actually taken from Isaiah 52 verse 7 where it says, how beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace, that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation, that saith unto Zion thy God reigneth. You know what we're doing when we're going out there? We're publishing salvation. You know, they say, no soliciting. We're not soliciting anything. We're just publishing salvation. It's all free. Amen. Let's see here. Verse 16 in chapter 10, but they have not all obeyed the gospel. So this is then, you know, everyone's like, yeah, you're preaching the gospel. And he says, but they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? Now, so he spends these verses right here talking about the gospel and then he gets right back on the Jews. Okay. And by the way, it's interesting. He says, but they have not all obeyed the gospel. And in chapter 9, what does it say? There are not all of Israel, which are of Israel. Why? Because they have not all obeyed the gospel. Okay. For Isaiah saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? Now in Matthew, it says for all the prophets and the law prophesied until John. So the gospel has been preached throughout the Bible. And by the way, it's been preached to the Jews a lot and Israel a lot, but guess what? They didn't believe the report. What is the report? Well, report is simply a witness. So they gave witness of it and they chose not to believe the report. Now, I'm going to skip a lot of verses here. Let me see here. Go to Isaiah chapter 53. We're going to see where this is taken from. We're almost done. Isaiah 53, 1 John chapter 5 says, he that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself. He that believeth not God hath made him a liar because he believeth not the record. We can say report, the witness, right? The God gave of his son and this is the record that God gave, had given to us eternal life in this life was in his son. 1 John 2, 22 says, who is a liar, but he denied that Jesus is the Christ. He is anti-Christ that denied the Father and the Son. Isaiah 53 verse 1 says, who has believed our report and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? So it's interesting that God references this or Paul references this as being salvation. It's the arm of the Lord. You know, I want to make sure the faithful or Baptist church is a strong, is a good extension of God's arm, bringing salvation. These little fingertips right here, the hand of God is upon our church, reaching out to see people saved, okay? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant and as a root out of the dry ground. He hath no form, no comeliness when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. We're not going to read the whole thing, but what is this talking about? It's talking about Jesus. So the report that they're talking about, that they're giving is about Jesus. And so they chose to reject that way because he came into his own and received them not. So they rejected the witness and the report of the prophets, which actually is talking about Jesus. By the way, Isaiah 53 is what the Ethiopian eunuch is reading in Acts chapter number 8. He's reading, he's like, how can I understand, except some man should guide me. Well, he was giving them, that's what he was reading. He was reading Isaiah 53, which is talking about Jesus. He's preaching to him, Jesus. Now we're not going to read that for the sake of time. Going back to Romans chapter number 10. The report is the gospel, you know, and I'm thankful to be a part of a church that's making reports throughout the week, you know, and we're giving out the, oh, you guys are prideful. No, no, no, no, no. We're just trying to do our best to obey the gospel, to obey the word of God. And look, there's churches out there that probably, not probably, they do more so wanting than we do. And obviously we don't want to compare ourselves among ourselves in the sense of, you know, you just want to like blow everyone else out of the water. No, we allow those people to challenge us. You see someone like Faithful War Baptist Church in Tempe, we're like, man, 10,000, you know, a year or whatever. It's just like, I want to attain to that one day. I'm not going to be envious of that. You want that to challenge you, to cause you to say, man, one day you want to be there. But guess what? I'm not, we're not going to expect 10,000 this week. You know what we expect? We expect what we can do. As long as we're obedient, we go out, we preach the gospel, we see people save, we're doing our part and we'll grow into that. Verse 17 says, so then faith cometh by hearing, hearing by the word of God. So much we can say about that. Verse 18, but I say, have they not heard? Yes, verily. Their sound went into all the earth and their words into the ends of the world. By the way, that's taken from Isaiah chapter 52 and verse 10 where it says, the Lord had made bare his holy arm and the eyes of all the nations and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God. So the gospel has been in all nations. It's been all over the world throughout the centuries, obviously. Verse 19 says, but I say, did not Israel know? For Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people and by a foolish nation will I anger you. Deuteronomy 32, 20 says, and he said, I will hide my face from them. I will see what their end shall be for they are a very forward generation, children in whom is no faith. They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God. They have provoked me to anger with their vanities and I will move them to jealousy with those who are not a people. I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation for a fire is kindled in mine anger and shall burn into the lowest hell and shall consume the earth with their increase and set on fire the foundations of the mountains. So here we see that God is saying, look, obviously we know that the kingdom of God was taken away from the Jews and given unto a nation to bear forth the fruits thereof. Why? Because they provoked them to jealousy. But guess what, it's not only to provoke them to jealousy, it's because they served other gods. That was the main reason why. And they chose not to believe on the Lord, they chose not to come back from their wicked ways. No, they chose to go about their own way, serve their own gods and therefore God has rejected them. Verse number 20 of chapter 10, but Isaiah is very bold and saith, I was found of them that sought me not. I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me. But to Israel he saith all day long, I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people. And so much more we can say about that, but what is he saying? These people, the Jews are gainsaying, they're disobedient and they can't say that they haven't had a chance to be saved. And look, if you believe the Jews are God's chosen people, you're not wicked, but you're very misinformed. I mean, Hike's sermon got taken down this week. Our channel got a strike. Just because, by the way, the reason this happened is because Hike, you didn't come up with a title for your sermon. So you know what Brother Bruce had to do? I just put a sermon against the Jews. That's what I named it. Whoever saw it, did anybody see his sermon? It was simply called a sermon against, and I got it because Hike didn't even give a title. All he said was, I really want to preach against the Jews. Hike, if you know Hike, talk to Hike, he's just very nonchalant about it. He's like, you know, I just want to preach against the Jews, and you know, I really want to go down deep and everything, but we didn't have to go down deep. And I just typed in as the title, a sermon against the Jews. I was like, this guy didn't give me a title. And you know what? It wasn't up for more than a day. Got taken down, we got a strike for hate speech. For hate speech. And by the way, it goes to show that they're not listening to all the sermons. They're just looking at the titles, you know. Sermon against the, oh, he can't say anything against the Jews. JewTube, right? And no, that's not the Hispanic way of saying it. Okay, look. And here's the thing, they sent me a letter and it was just like, they were like, you know, we believe in freedom of speech, but there's a fine line. I was like, nothing. And I had to appeal it, you know, because I asked, I was like, so what did, did I even like try to, he's like, yeah, appeal it, appeal that thing. And he gave me some advice with the thumb. So I basically, I had to downplay what Hike was saying and I said, you know what, Hike loves the Jews, I said, and he does, right? You want to see them saved, right? I said, he wants to see them saved. He preaches the gospel every week, you know, and it's pretty much it. It's just like, you know, I'm not lying. You know, I don't think he hates, I don't hate Jews. I hate Judaism. No, I do hate the Jews that are reprobate. But that's, I mean, I hate anybody who's reprobate, right? So, but here's the thing. It's funny that Christians who believe this garbage that the Jews are God's chosen people, they got godless people in the world backing these people up. So whose side are they on anyways? You know, if they're willing to give us a strike just because, and I'm not, I mean, what he said was, was pretty hard on that sermon, but it wasn't like, like crazy. That wasn't like, it wasn't like, I don't know, the craziest sermon you can think of. It wasn't like something just so crazy. It was just a sermon against the Jews. You know, whatever happened to freedom of speech anyways? You know, and here's the thing. A faggot could get up on YouTube and talk about how they hate Christians all the time, all day, every day. And they're like, that's freedom of speech. But what about, but when a Christian gets up and talks about what God hates, false religions, all of a sudden it becomes hate speech. According to who? It's stupid. You know, and you know, hoorah for high care, man. High five them after the service. You know, they say we'll take off the strike, but you can't post a video ever again or whatever. By the way, it's on the internet anyways. You know, it will be on the internet, right? We will put it on there. But here's the thing is I want to show these Judaism-loving Christians how YouTube just loves them so much that they're willing to give strikes to Baptist Christians. You know, you got these wicked people backing you guys up and backing up the Jews. Who's really in the right? Who's really in the wrong? No, see, the Bible says here, the Bible teaches us that there are gainsaying and disobedient people. God says that. He stretched forth his hand. By the way, his hand being stretched out is a picture of salvation. But you know what? In Isaiah, there's portions where the Bible says his hand is stretched out still, and that's not talking about salvation. You know what that's talking about? His judgment. It means I'm not retracting my arm. My hand is stretched out still, and you're going to get it. Okay. And his hand is stretched out still against the Jews. All right. Let's bow our heads and have a word of prayer. Follow me. We thank you so much for Romans chapter number 10. So much doctrine in this sermon, in this chapter, and so much to go over, Lord. And thank you so much for Romans 10 verses 9 through 13. What a wonderful template for us to use as Christians when we're out preaching the gospel. And just simple instructions. You made it so simple. It's like you just laid it out for us to use. And thank you for that. So many people throughout the centuries have gotten saved because of those words right there. And I pray that you'd help us to appreciate that so much the more. And Lord, I pray that you'd continue to help us to open our mouths boldly, regardless of the restrictions that are placed on us, regardless of the laws that are passed. And you've already deputized us to be witnesses unto you in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth. And I pray that you'd help us to take heed to that and not let it slip. And we thank you so much for it. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
