found written in the book. So the question is, what book are we referring to? Now, go to Revelation chapter 3. Revelation chapter 3. Now, this book kind of goes by a couple different names, but it's basically the same thing. Sometimes it doesn't use the exact same phrase, but it's what we would commonly know as the Lamb's Book of Life. Okay, the Lamb's Book of Life. And it says in Revelation 3 verse 5, Now, what does it need to overcome? Well, for sake of time, I'm not going to be bouncing all over the Bible, we don't have time for that, but just think of the song we sing, you know, faith is the victory that overcomes the world. That comes from a verse in the Bible in the book of 1 John. Because what the book of 1 John says is, it's our faith that overcomes the world. Now, you say, why does it say overcomes the world? Because the devil has set this thing up to try to prevent you from getting saved. Look, I grew up in a false religion, and most people here probably grew up Catholic, right? You grew up in a false religion, and the devil set things up to try to make it difficult to get saved, and you've got to overcome that to be saved. But you don't have to overcome your alcohol to be saved. You don't have to overcome drugs to be saved. I mean, we know so many, we tell them the exact opposite. Because that's what people think. They think they have to overcome their drinking to be saved, and we tell them, you can be a drunk to the day you die, but if you believe, you will go to heaven. And you say, why would you tell them that? We have to make salvation as free as possible, because if they think there's any amount of worse left in it, they're not getting saved that way. They've got to put their full trust on Jesus Christ for their salvation. So we have to overcome these things the devil has set up, but how do we do that? By faith. Faith is the victory that overcomes the world. And then it says, And I will not blot his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels. And the Bible says those that overcome, those that get saved, they will not have their names blotted out of the book of life. Now, there's a common belief that people have that when you get saved, your name gets added to the book of life. We have a song that we sing, and I'm not really against the song. I like the song. It's got a very pleasant melody, but it's just like, there's a new name written down in glory. And, you know, kind of the implication people have is that when you get saved, your name gets added to the book of life. The Bible does not teach that, though. What the Bible teaches is that everybody's name is actually written in the book of life. You say, why? Because God intends everybody to be saved. He doesn't want anyone to go to hell. We're not Calvinists. God wants everybody to be saved. And so, basically, your name is written in there, but if you die unsaved, it gets removed. Here's the thing. Your name can be removed, though, before you die. It's what we know as becoming a child of the devil, someone who never believed on Christ. And guess what? Their name can be removed if they basically walk through that door and become a child of the devil. And their name is blotted out, and there's no more chance, because your name never gets added. It gets removed if you do something to have it removed. Well, what this first said, it's actually an eternal security verse, because the one who ever comes, his name is not going to be blotted out in the book of life. Why is that? When you get saved, it is eternal life, everlasting life. It lasts forever, eternal. It does not end. It's forever. So when you get saved, there is no doubt that you're going to go to heaven. You cannot lose your salvage. It is eternal life. And the Bible speaks about this book and talks about people's names being blotted out. Now go back to Daniel 12. So everybody who's raptured, their name is in that book. People who ever saved, their name is in that book. Now here's the thing. You could get confused by that verse because there are people whose names are still in the book that are not going to be raptured. It's saying everyone that's delivered's name is in the book, but there are going to be people alive that are not reprobates. When the abomination of desolation occurs, it's not just two choices of being saved or reprobate. There are going to be people that do not take the mark of the beast because that will make you a reprobate, but they don't necessarily believe in Christ. And obviously we have the 144,000 witnesses who are they witnessing to? Who are they preaching to? They're not preaching to homos. They're not preaching to reprobates. They're preaching to those that are unsaved, but savable. So there are going to be people who are not reprobates, but they do not believe on Christ. And during that time, it's going to be absolute chaos. It's going to be a great time to reach people with the gospel. Daniel 12, verse 2. And it says, And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. Now, I don't believe that verse 2 is referring to the time of the rapture because it speaks to those that are resurrected to everlasting contempt. It's referencing some people that go to heaven and some go to hell. At the rapture, it's only saved people, right? Those that are asleep and then those that are alive and will be caught up together in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. But this is referencing a time where basically many that sleep in the dust of the earth, both saved and unsaved, are going to be brought back. You say, what is that referring to? Go to John, chapter 5. John 5. At the time of the rapture, those that are saved are going to be raptured, obviously. But there are going to be people left here that are not saved but save a goal and there's going to be those 144,000 and the two witnesses that are going to be preaching the gospel to them. And guess what? People are going to get saved during that time period. And of course, during that 75 days after the abomination of desolation, we'll be here to preach the gospel. And then after that time, you have other people preaching the gospel to people that are not saved but save a goal. Well, here's the thing. We get our glorified body at the rapture. What about those that get saved after the rapture, though? Because there's going to be a lot of people that get saved after the rapture. They did not yet get their glorified body. Now, some people might assume, well, when they die, they just automatically get the glorified body. But that's not actually what the Bible teaches. I can see where you can come to that conclusion. What the Bible actually teaches is there's going to come a day of the resurrection and some are to heaven and some to hell. A day when all unsaved people are actually going to be brought back to Bible teaching. What is that referring to? John chapter 5 verse 28. And it says, marvel not of this, for the hour is coming in the which all that are in the grave shall hear his voice. I mean, when it says all, it's referring to everybody both saved and lost. Now, the verse we saw earlier when it said, many that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, you might read that and assume it's referring to a lot of people but not everybody. But actually, that's not really the way the word many is used in the Bible. It can refer to everybody. And everybody is many. It's a lot of people. And so that reference in Daniel 12 is referring to everybody. John 5, it says, everybody that is in the grave shall hear his voice. And some shall come forth, they that have done good under the resurrection of life, and they that have done evil under the resurrection of damnation. He said, Brother Sucky, why does it say they that have done good? Because if you're saved, you have no sins on your record. We're not saying that somebody only does good or does good enough to get to heaven or whatever, but when you get saved, you're imputed with the righteousness of God, and though you will be a sinner until the day you die, when you come before God at a judgment, it's not a judgment to determine if you're going to make it to heaven. Right. It's a judgment to give you rewards for the good you've done. Right. And so the only thing you've done is good. The more good you've done, the more rewards. Those that are unsaved, on the other hand, it doesn't matter how much they volunteered in a soup kitchen, because they're on trial for the bad they've done. I mean, imagine being in a courtroom. You're on trial for murder. It's like, what's your defense? Well, you know, in 2015, in the month of April and May, I worked at this volunteer place out of Blood Drive. A few months later, I volunteered at a soup kitchen. It's like, that's your defense for committing murder? It's like, I committed the crime, but look at all this volunteer work I did. Right, it doesn't do you any good. And look, those that are standing before God that are unsaved, it's not a judgment to determine, have they done enough good to make it to heaven? Are they sorry enough? No, no, no, they're going to hell because they got unsaved. What they're doing is getting a punishment for the bad they've done. So the timing of these events is we have the rapture, which is basically 75 days after the abomination of desolation, roughly. And then, before the millennial reign of Christ is what is known as the judgment seat of Christ. That's referenced in 1 Corinthians 3. Now, here's the thing. We know it's before the millennial reign because the basis of how we rule and reign with Christ is based on the rewards that we have. So the judgment seat of Christ takes place before the millennial reign of Christ. However, after the millennial reign of Christ is what's known as the great white throne judgment. The judgment seat of Christ is just for saved people. 1 Corinthians 3 is the reference if you want to write that down. But the great white throne judgment, go to Revelation 20, by the way, but the great white throne judgment is for those that are unsaved to be punished for all the bad that they've done. Now, here's the thing, though. Those that are saved after the rapture, they are going to be brought back and basically get rewards for the things that they've done. You know, it's going to be very similar to the judgment seat of Christ, but it's going to happen at a specific event where those that are unsaved are brought back at the same time, but they stand before the great white throne judgment to pay for the bad that they've done. The Bible says that they get cast into the lake of fire with their worm diet not referencing their body, where basically they'll be forever tortured in the lake of fire, right? Revelation 20, verse 11. Revelation 20, verse 11. And I saw a great white throne in him that sat on it from whose face the earth and the heavens fled away, and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God, and the books were opened, and another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them, and they were judged every man according to their works. Once again, this is not a judgment to determine if they've done enough good to go to heaven. I mean, they're all being cast into the lake of fire. Verse 14. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found greatly in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. And so this is the great white throne judgment where they get punished for the bad that they've done. When a person dies, unsaved today, they will suffer an equal amount in hell as everybody else. Some pedophile is going to suffer an equal amount to just some nice person that never received the gospel now. But here's the thing. We believe that God is a just and fair judge. The Bible speaks about that. Would it be just to give a serial killer the same penalty as someone who just, you know, stole something from a store? You'd say, that's not right. I mean, obviously, they need a bigger punishment because what they did was worse. Well, of course, it's the same way when they get cast into the lake of fire. Those that have done worse and more abominable things are going to suffer more. Obviously, being in hell at all is like a pain that I'm glad I will never experience. I mean, being burned is probably the worst pain that you could possibly have. Probably most of us have been burned before. It's like the worst pain. Even something so small, and yet it can last for hours and hours. I still remember as a kid where I, you know, I took something out of the oven, and, you know, I burned my finger. You know, I kind of mistook the pad, and I burned my finger. And I was literally walking around for, like, three hours, just putting ice on it, just in so much agony because of the pain. And that's just a small little burn. I mean, imagine being in hell forever. So obviously, that alone is a punishment. However, those that did worse are going to suffer even more in hell. And I go to Daniel 12. Daniel 12. Daniel 12. That ought to be enough motivation for us to go slowly. The fact that people are going to burn in hell forever. You know, in fact, when I know there are very painful things in my life, it always makes me meditate about hell because I think, man, this is unbearable, and this is nothing. I mean, no rest day or night. The pain never stops. I mean, it's forever. I mean, that's not motivation to get you to go soul-winning. Because the reality of hell is what changed me as a person. It's what made me start to become a soul-winner, made me change my life, because I didn't want to see anyone die unsaved and go to hell. And probably all of us know people, relatives or friends or family, that died unsaved. And it's something we don't really like to think about, but it's reality, that they're going to suffer forever in a lake of fire and pay for all the sins that they've ever done. The Bible says in Daniel 12, verse 3. Daniel 12, verse 3. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament, and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever. Now, this phrase, turning many to righteousness, I believe that is a reference to going soul-winning, a reference to he that win his souls is wise. A wise person is someone who is a soul-winner. Now, that's not the only thing that will make you wise according to the Bible, but it is the primary thing that's listed in the Bible. And when it says turning people to righteousness, obviously you're not turning people to quit drinking and now they're living for God. It's referring to people that get imputed with the righteousness of God, because there is none righteous. But, though they're not righteous, they believe on Christ, they're imputed with the righteousness of God. You turn them to righteousness. How do you do that? By preaching the gospel, okay? And they believe, they get saved. Well, the Bible says those that turn many to righteousness are gonna be like the stars. And it talks about shining in the brightness of the firmament. And what the Bible seems to be saying is that basically one of your rewards you're gonna get for the good things you've done and for the souls you've gotten saved is it will cause you to actually shine. And the more souls that you've gotten saved, the more you're gonna shine. I take that actually literally, right? You might think it's just symbolic. I think it's actually literal that those that are in heaven, the more they've gotten people saved, the more they're gonna shine, so it's gonna be evident. The Bible says your good deeds are gonna be manifest one day. God's gonna declare it and all your good works are gonna be known. That's the one way to make it manifest, where it's obvious that person really served God. That person really did something with their lives. Now, you think about going out on a night when there's all these stars in the sky. The one you stare at, the one you focus at is the one that's shining the brightest. Isn't that the truth? I mean, there's hundreds of stars in the sky, thousands of stars that you see, but if there's one that's just really shining bright, it's like that is all of your attention. Now, in the symbolic sense, you know, we use that word star to reference someone who's like a actor or an athlete or a musician or something like that. You know, like, I know in basketball there's star and then there's superstar. Are those that are really good? Right? But it's like a reference to those that are like really, really good. They're a star. They're a superstar. And so the world even uses this in a symbolic sense, but what the Bible does teach is that those of us that have really done a lot with their lives, we are actually gonna shine as the stars. That's what the Bible teaches. And so that should be a motivation for you to want to do something for God because it's going to be evident one day what you did with your lives. And here's the thing. Based on what a lot of people do in their Christian lives, there's gonna be a lot of people where there's like no shine whatsoever. It's like black as can be, dark as can be. It's like nothing there. It's like you never got anybody saved? Right? I mean, that'd be very embarrassing, right? To live your whole life, saved for 50 years, nobody that you got saved, right? Now, turn to Daniel 12. Look at verse number four, verse four. But that, O Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book even in the time of the end. Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. And basically, Daniel's told, basically, don't worry about this. Seal up the book, and as time goes on, there's gonna be more knowledge. People are gonna be understanding this because realize a lot of this stuff is probably going over Daniel's head. I mean, Christ has not even died yet, right? We have a better understanding than Daniel does of these events because we have the whole Bible to look at. And basically, you know what? The application we can make is when we come to something in the Bible that we do not understand, don't worry about it. Just keep reading. Don't just stop and say, well, I'm not gonna look at any other verses in the Bible until I understand this. You're never gonna understand it. You just keep reading. Don't worry about it. Don't let it bog you down. Just keep reading, keep reading, and eventually, you might understand that. And it says knowledge shall be increased. Now, I do not believe when it says knowledge shall be increased, it's referencing that the average person is smarter today than they were back in Daniel's time. I really do not believe that's the case. I mean, when I was a math teacher, I was shocked at the very small math skills that the high school students that I was teaching actually knew. And, you know, I got a math major, so maybe I could be a bit strict, but for me it's like when you're in high school and you need a cell phone to do three times five, there's a problem. I'm sorry, but I learned that in, like, first grade where it's like you memorize this. Even if you don't understand it, you just memorize the multiplication tables up till 12, and it's like these kids, you give them a small little thing, and it's just like, oh, let me check. I mean, I'm not exaggerating. Literally, three times five, half the students are, like, 15. Right? Or it's like, you know, 13 minus six, 13 minus six. And look, you know what? I'm not trying to insult you if math is not your forte, but the reality is that as safe people, we should know more than just the Bible. We should know more than just salvation. We should be educated. I mean, you should strive to be knowledgeable about things. I mean, if you're young in this room and you're in school, take it seriously. And people say, well, what good is this gonna do in my life? Well, here's the thing. People that are good at math, I understand what I can use it for. You never understand what the purpose is of something unless you actually know how to do it. You think, what's the purpose? When am I gonna ever use this? But here's the thing. I use math on basically a daily basis. Just going about my life, you can actually use it if you actually know it. So I did not believe this is saying that the average person is smarter today, because that is not the case. But there's gonna be more knowledge about the end times and these sorts of events. You say, why? Because we're getting closer to that time period. An example of this is reading the book of Daniel and Revelation and how everybody's gonna take the mark of the beast and worship the beast, and that wouldn't even really make a lot of sense to people that lived a thousand years ago. They'd be thinking, how is that possible? And yet with the invention of the cell phone, with holograms and things such as that, it's very easy to see how they could easily force people to take the mark of the beast. You can see this one world being set up together and just being forced in every city around the world to take the mark of the beast. It makes sense. That probably didn't make a lot of sense to people before the invention of the television and before the invention of the computer. I mean, if you had told people 60 years ago that one day you're gonna have a computer on a small little device like this that's gonna do everything, people wouldn't believe that. I mean, it's amazing how fast technology is rapidly increasing, and we can see certain things come together. Look, obviously, you know, the vaccine mandates are not the mark of the beast. However, we can certainly tie together applications and see one day how they could force you to take certain things like 666. It's not hard for us to see that. We can see the applications. And so knowledge has increased in this sense, and what I mean by that is you ought to know more about the end times than Daniel. You say, why? Because you have everything that Daniel had, and Daniel says many times he doesn't understand, but you've got the book of Revelation that just makes it clear. So you should have some knowledge about what this is actually referring to. Go to Revelation chapter 1. Revelation 1. Revelation 1. Look, there's no doubt that end times passages can be trickier than other parts of the Bible. And I'm not saying you can fully understand everything in the end times, because knowledge is going to be increased. So basically, people that live 20 years from now can probably understand better than I can, because they can see certain things tie together. However, it's not like the end times is so confusing that you pick up the book of Revelation It's not like the end times is so confusing that you pick up the book of Revelation and you're like, I don't know what's going on at all. Because some people say this, they're like, well, that's your opinion. The rapture is after the tribulation. But nobody knows. Nobody knows, because nobody knows what's going to take place in the book of Revelation. Nobody understands it. You say, what's the problem with that sort of philosophy? Well, the first two words are the problem in the book of Revelation. The Revelation. The revealing. It's being revealed. I mean, you think of a baby reveal or a gender reveal or whatever, where it's like, nobody knows the gender, except I always predict the gender correctly for people. I'm like five for five in my life. But nobody knows for sure, at least 100%, what the gender is. And then when the gender reveal happens, guess what? Everybody knows if it's a boy or a girl. You say, why? Because it's either pink or blue. Everybody knows. And the first two words are telling you, guess what? I'm not leaving you in the dark about what's taking place during the end times. The Bible says the revelation of Jesus Christ is something that we can know. The Bible talks about the thief that cometh in the night. The Bible says that we that are saved, we're not in darkness that they should do and take to us a thief. We can understand this. As saved people, it's being revealed to us. We can understand this. There are parts of revelation that are confusing. There are parts of Daniel that are confusing. But honestly, most of it is not that confusing. Most of it is just clearly stated in the Bible. Specifically, the timing of the rapture. It is not something that God is keeping secret. Turn to Daniel 12. Daniel 12. So here's the thing. When you're reading books like Isaiah, Ezekiel, Zachariah, Daniel, some of the more complicated books in the Bible, well, don't just skip them in your Bible reading. But you're going to come to some parts where you say, I don't understand, and it's not the end of the world. Just keep going. Read it and move on. Make the applications you can make. There's going to be certain things you don't understand. Write them in the Bible. There are certain things you don't understand. When I read Isaiah, when I read Zachariah this morning, there's definitely a lot of things I don't fully understand. It's a deep book. It's a complicated book. But here's the thing. What you'll find is as time goes by, you start to understand more and more out of those books. We can't understand many of those things that are actually found in that book. It's actually being revealed to us. Daniel 12, verse 5. And behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river and the other on that side of the bank of the river. And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be till the end of these wonders? Because I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand down to heaven, and squared by him that liveth forever, that it should be for a time, times, and a half. Time, times, and a half. Time is one. Time is two. Half is half. Half is half, so that's basically added together. One plus two plus half is three and a half. Three and a half years. When he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished. And I heard, but I understood not, then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things? Daniel hears this, and he's like, I don't understand what's being talked about. Well, we should understand the number three and a half pretty well, because it's mentioned a lot in the Bible. Specifically during the end times, it's a pretty primary event that takes place during Daniel's 70th week, because halfway through, three and a half years in, is gonna be the abomination of desolation, the mark of the beast, taking away the day of his sacrifice, all of these significant events when the Antichrist declares himself to be God. It's a pretty significant event. I don't personally believe that it's down to the second, or the minute, or the hour, or even necessarily the day, but basically three and a half years in, roughly in is when this is taking place, okay? Verse nine, and he said, Go thy way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. Many shall be purified and made white and tried, but the wicked shall do wickedly, and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand. No unsaved person is gonna get this, because obviously, they picked the wrong side, and when the Lord returns, it's like fall on us and hide us from the face of him that sits on the throne from the wrath of the Lamb, for the great David's wrath is come, and who shall be able to stand? They realize we picked the wrong side. They didn't understand these things. They picked the mark of the beast. They fell for the line of wonders. They chose the wrong side, but the wise shall understand. Now, it does not say that the saved shall understand. It says the wise shall understand, and it talked about being wise earlier in this book. We talked about recently with Antiochus IV that during the Syrian wars, and when he sets up the statue of Zeus and demands them to worship where they get killed, there were people that understood that. There were people that knew Daniel 11, and in red because the Bible speaks about those that are instructing others. They were aware of those events, yet there was a lot of saved people that lived during Daniel 11, during the Syrian wars, and they're like, what's going on? It's like you should have paid more attention in your daily Bible reading. And guess what? When the end times happens, no saved person is going to be deceived by the Antichrist. However, it doesn't mean they're going to understand everything that's going on. Because when the abomination of desolation takes place, there's going to be a bunch of saved people saying, I don't get it. Where was the rapture? I was supposed to be raptured. What's going on? They're going to be completely confused with what's going on. But here's the thing, the wise shall understand. I mean, it's not going to be shocking to me. It's like, why knew we were going to go through tribulation? Obviously, we see certain things that are getting us closer to that time. Whether it happens in our life or not, we don't know. But when the abomination of desolation takes place, it is an unmistakable event. Because there are many people that live in this world that declare themselves to be God, but there's one antichrist, one official antichrist. Here's just someone I saw. Someone posted this on my YouTube yesterday, where they pulled up a video I made like three years ago of this guy, Tyler Doka. And this is a guy who was like this big, flat earth proponent. And he got really mad at me, because we made a video of Mary Baptist in Sacramento. I made a video talking about that the earth was round. Because I'd actually already made the video, but he basically came out with these sermons, and he said, if you don't believe in a flat earth, you're an idiot, and all this stuff and everything. So he put up that video, and he criticized me in that video. Well, this same guy, now apparently he believes he's Jesus Christ. It's like, wow, when you believe in the flat earth was dumb enough, now you believe you're Jesus? And I listened to it myself. And he's like, just to make it clear, he's like, I am Jesus Christ. And it's just like, there are people that declare themselves to basically be God in the flesh. There's a lot of Apollo Kibbelewes, with a far smaller following. This guy's got 47,000 subscribers. Good job. 47,000, good job. But the abomination of desolation is an unmistakable event, where he's going to declare himself to be God in Jerusalem and the temple of God. And saved people are going to understand to a certain degree, but they're not going to understand the timing of things. But here's the thing. If you're a wise person, if you're a soul winner and you read your Bible and you listen to good preaching, you're part of a good church, you're going to understand these things pretty well. Now, I'll be honest with you. If this happens during our lifetime, what I believe will take place is a lot of verses we didn't fully understand before are just going to be like, oh, that's what it meant in Isaiah. I don't claim to know everything about the end times, because knowledge is going to be increased. However, I would say that if you're a Bible believer and you read your scriptures and you've been part of this church, you would say that you have a general understanding of what's going to take place during the end times. We preached through Revelation. We preached through Daniel. We preached about the end times. We showed what the Bible says. And we understand these things to a certain degree. It says in verse number 11. Now, the next couple of verses are very confusing. So this might be where you want to take notes of some deep and complicated things that are going to be taking place during the end times. It says, and from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away. When is the daily sacrifice taken away? Three and a half years in to the seven year period when the Antichrist turns on the Jews and he removes the offering, removes the sacrifice. He declares himself to be God. And the abomination that may get desolate is set up. So the abomination of desolation at the same time as the daily sacrifice being taken away, three and a half years in. There should be 1,290 days. So after the abomination of desolation, you've got 1,290 days. In the Bible, months were always 30 days long. 12 months, 30 days long, and you have 360 days. You say, well, how do you have a 360 day year? 360 days a year. How does that keep everything in perfect time? It doesn't. So what would take place is after a time period, they would have a 13 month year to put things back in balance. Now, here in the Philippines, the weather doesn't really change that much. So you might not really notice, but I would certainly notice where I grew up in West Virginia because winter time starts in November-ish to February. And after a certain time of five less days during the year, eventually it's going to mess everything up. And you're going to be having winter in July and vice versa. So basically, as time goes by, you lose a lot of time. And to keep things in balance, you would have a 13 month year. You say, OK, why is that significant? Well, because they have 360 day years, and it says 1,290. 360 plus 360 plus 360 is 1,080. Half of 360 is 180. 1,080 plus 180 is 1,260. Well, it said 1,290. Where are those extra 30 days? It's called they had a 13 month year. A seven year tribulation, after seven years, five and a quarter years roughly, basically they had to balance it out because there's 35 lost days, so there's an added month in there. So the last half of Daniel's 70th week is three and a half years, but it's 43 months instead of 42. The first half is 42 months. The second half is 43. So the 1,290 days make sense. From the timing of the abomination of desolation, you've got 1,290 days. Now, a lot of people are confused by this because they'll try to add 30 days into the millennial reign and things such as that. It's just because there's an added month. That's the reason why there's those 30 extra days. That verse is not that complicated. The next verse is more complicated. And let me say this, by the way. There are countries today that do not use the same calendar that we get. The Muslim calendar is 354 days. It does not keep things in balance. I don't understand why they do that. They say it's based on the winter cycle, so basically it's less than 30 days. So their time schedule is completely out of order. These are the countries that have a different calendar from the list I saw. Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Iran, Nepal, and Saudi Arabia use a different calendar. In the Bible days, they would use 30-day months, 12 months during the year, but they kept things in balance so sometimes there's an added month. That's the 1290. But then it says in verse 12, Blessed is he that waiteth and cometh to the 1,305 in 30 days. Now, when you're quickly reading over this, if you just look at these verses, what you're probably going to think, and what Daniel probably thought, is that, okay, 1,335 days, that's 45 days after the 1290. As I said, we should understand better than Daniel because I don't think Daniel understood this. It's like, you know, he got to have it. I'm in. I didn't understand that at all. Because here's the thing. You would assume this is an extra 45 days on the end, but it's not. This is actually going back to the beginning of Daniel's 70th week, not starting at the midpoint. Okay? So it talks about 1,335 days. Well, what's 1,335? Three and a half years is 1260, 42 months. You've got 75 days. It talks about waiting until the 1,335 days. Well, what is it the Bible says that we're waiting for? Turn to the Bible and look at a few places in this. Titus 2. Titus 2. Titus chapter 2. And the two words we saw were blessed and waiting. Blessed and waiting. Blessed and waiting. So let's look at some verses that use those words. Titus 2, verse 13. Looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior, Jesus Christ. Right? This glorious appearing is not referring to Tyler Delka declaring himself to be Jesus. Okay? This is referring to the rapture. Right? The glorious appearing of Jesus Christ. I don't think anyone would deny that that's what that verse is referring to. It is the blessed hope that we're waiting for. Go to Romans 8. Romans 8. Romans 8. Here's the thing. This is not something where you would just read Daniel 12 and fully understand. It's something you have to dig in and see what the Bible says. I can say I had the benefit of hearing this preach before, but what I did is I searched the scriptures to see whether or not this is true, because I'm like, I've never heard this before. So if you're in this room and you've never heard this, then what I would recommend is write the verses down and search the scriptures for yourself. Because what I trust is the Holy Spirit inside of you is a better teacher than me. And it will confirm the things that I'm saying. It says in Romans 8, verse 23, And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves, grown within ourselves, waiting for the adoption. What's that referring to? To wit, the redemption of our body. The glorified body. We are waiting until that time period. When does that happen? After action. Go to 1 Thessalonians 1. We'll look up one last place on this topic. 1 Thessalonians 1. 1 Thessalonians 1, verse 10. And it says in 1 Thessalonians 1, verse 10, And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath of the come. So we are waiting for his Son. We're waiting for the return of Jesus Christ. That's the blessed hope that we are waiting for. It's consistent all throughout the Bible. Now go back to Daniel 12 with this in mind. So blessed is he who comes to the rapture is basically what's being said. And when is that going to take place? What's going to take place? 1,335 days after the start of Daniel's 70th week. That's what the Bible states. And so from verse 11, it starts midway through because it says the time of daily sacrifice is taken away, the abomination of desolation. You've got 1,290 days to the end. That's the last half of Daniel's 70th week. But then it mentions in verse 12, Blessed is he that waiteth and cometh to the 1,305 and 30 days. Well, with the abomination of desolation taking place 1,260 days in, what does that mean? It means the rapture is 75 days after the abomination of desolation. Now here's the thing. My opinion is it's not as specific to the seconds or the minutes or the hour. When it says three and a half years in, I don't necessarily think it has to be that specific, but it's going to be pretty close to right in the middle. Is it exactly 75 days to the second? I don't believe it's down to the second 75 days, but it's roughly 75 days. It's between two and three months. It's around 75 days, give or take a little bit on either side. Now here's the thing. During that time period, I'll be honest with you, I think you're going to lose track of days if you live during that time period. The world's going to be in chaos. You're going to be worrying more about just what you should be worrying about during that time period is preaching the gospel and just trusting in God who provides you food. Now here's the thing. I'm not the sort of person that says, hey, the end can come at any minute, so just give all your money to church and don't think about the future, because I don't know that to be the case. I think you ought to plan out your future. I think you ought to live your life assuming that you're going to live to be, you know, live to be an old person, that it could happen 50, 60, 70 years, that you're not going to live during that time period. I don't believe in just not preparing for your future because we have no idea when it's going to take place. There have been a lot of religions that try to do the timing on the day, not on the second, but the most famous are probably the Seventh-day Adventists because it's known as the great disappointment in history, and you'll see in these documentaries, they're outside with their families, and they're just looking up at the sky, waiting for the Lord to return, waiting, waiting. Morning comes, and they're always like, no! They're really sad, right? I don't know that it's going to take place during our lifetime. I actually don't think it will take place in our lifetime. That's always been my opinion. I could be wrong. But here's the thing. You know what? Once the abomination of desolation takes place, here's my advice. Forget about preparing for your future. Just go soloing until you die, basically, because some people will be martyred and some won't. And honestly, probably families will get separated, will be spread all over the place. I mean, it's not like we're going to be meeting for church during the great tribulation. It's like, that's not going to happen. You can't even make it on YouTube these days. It's like, we're not going to be meeting for church. That's pretty much an easy target. It's like, oh, we already got this church that's still meeting. They'll just execute all of this. I think this is going to be kind of chaos during that time period. So once the abomination of desolation takes place, you don't have to count it down to the day or whatever. Basically, just live your life just going soloing and serving God. Now, here's the thing. Those that are wise understand this, or at least to a general level, that basically when the abomination of desolation takes place, it just goes soloing until the end. But what about people that don't understand this? They're going to spend the first several weeks just trying to figure out, okay, let me read Daniel, what's going on and everything. It's too late. I mean, this is something you need to read and read and read and study and hear preaching and everything ties together like a puzzle with all the pieces fitting and everything like that. But those that are wise can understand this, that basically during this time period, after the abomination of desolation, it's 75 days. Now, people hear this, and I don't really think you can deny verse 12 because it's very clear we're waiting. The blessed hope that we're waiting for is the return of Christ. But people hear this and they say, well, your date setting, your aperture, you're giving it down to the date. Number one, I don't think it's that specific necessarily, so I'm still not giving the day or the hour. I don't think it's down to the hour or necessarily the day exactly. Okay, but here's the thing. Yeah, you know what, Christ, when he was on earth, that's when he said he did not know, but he does know now. And guess what? Some of us, as we get closer to that time, we can have an idea. Once the abomination of desolation takes place, guess what? We can know the general time he's going to come. Do we know now? No, because we don't know if we're in Daniel 70th week. Daniel 70th week could literally start and we could not be aware of it. Now, I don't think we're in Daniel 70th week. I think he's going to be much worse than this, but literally, it could start and we could have no idea. And the only way we could really know is when the abomination of desolation takes place. That is an unmistakable event. Well, at that point, yes, you can know what's going to take place. Yes, you can know, hey, I've got 75 days. And look, I encourage you, you say, I'm not sure if that's what it's talking about in Daniel 12. Why encourage you to study for yourself? Because the first time I heard this preached, I was like, man, this is deep. This is complicated. But I would encourage you, you know, you say you love the Bible, you love so many, you know, you need to know the things during the end. You need to be aware of this. And the wise shall understand what the Bible says. But not every safe person understands this at all. Most safe people believe rapture can take place at any moment. And most safe people, they come to them with a revelation and they're so incredibly intimidated, they're like, I don't even understand this thing. What is this talking about? And I just think to myself, they probably don't read the Old Testament much because this is nowhere near the most confusing book in the Bible. Right. I mean, you want to look at the other major and minor prophets. Revelation is so confusing, it's like, have you read Zachariah and Isaiah and Ezekiel? I mean, Ezekiel? You think Revelation is more confusing than the book of Ezekiel? Are you kidding me? Ezekiel is pretty confusing. Right? Parts of Isaiah are pretty confusing. Parts of Zachariah are pretty confusing. Revelation? Not really. Right. It's actually not that complicated. Okay. Verse number 13, we'll close out. And it says in Daniel 12, verse 13, But go thou by way till the end be, for thou shalt rest and stand in thy lot at the end of the days. This has got to be very frustrating to Daniel because he does not really understand everything that's being said. Many times in the book he's saying, Can you explain this? Can you help me out? I mean, many chapters he's like, I don't know what's going on. He's not left with an answer. He's pretty much told, just seal it up. Doesn't really apply to you. Right. I mean, it's going to apply to other people. And the sad thing would be if, say, people today have less understanding than Daniel had. We should understand far better than Daniel or anyone who lived before the time of Christ. They don't understand these things at all. Knowledge is going to be increased. We should have more knowledge than people that lived in the past had about this. Now, one other thing that's interesting in this verse, it uses this word that says stand in thy lot. In America, you don't really say your property is a lot. It's not really a word that's ever used. It's not really a word I've ever heard used for having a property until I moved here to the Philippines where it says, you know, I've got a lot. But I believe that's what it's referring to, stand in thy lot, basically the location that you're going to be in heaven. Like, your location is what that's referring to. Anyways, Book of Daniel, it's a confusing book. There's some deep parts. There's a lot of history and everything. All the Word of God is good. There's parts we don't understand and just keep reading and we'll slowly learn more and more. Let's go to the Word of prayer. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for allowing us to be here today and ask you to help us to understand this book and other deep books in the Bible. Help us to know the Book of Daniel, love the Book of Daniel. Help us to understand the end times and all parts of the Word of God. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Even for our last song, it's a deep book. Does everybody have this deep book? Tagalog book? And let's turn to page number two. Let's sing the song, salvation is free, in the name of Jesus. I heard a lie from Satan on the first day he said I heard a lie from Satan How about salvation? How we must give our life to Christ In order to be saved I heard a vow prevented How his blood was not sufficient How must we let those of our sins That we are to be saved Salvation is free Life within Jesus Is not here to be He purchased by his blood He gave himself for you and me How we must believe I took faith on him alone And then we shall be saved And I heard the truth of Jesus God was manifest in the flesh How he got smart and smart and superb And shed his blood for me He rose again in three days Caught with heaven well and the grave How we must believe on his feet And then we shall be saved Salvation is free Life within Jesus Is not here to be He purchased by his blood He gave himself for you and me How we must believe I took faith on him alone And then we shall be saved How we go to salvation That is what it brings to our pain And not of hurts nor by ourselves Lest any man should go Going by his grace Then it's not a curse Otherwise his grace is not free So if you add your works with me Then God's his dead in vain Salvation is free Life within Jesus Is not here to be He purchased by his blood He gave himself for you and me How we must believe I took faith on him alone And then we shall be saved As for your guidance and also help us appreciate your word And also understand the implications of this in the actual story And also pray for the second service in our fellowship this afternoon And also the school meeting where we do something better And the second is that we do this in the same way Amen.
