Herald Angel says So here are the number of them which were sealed and there were sealed 144,000 of all the tribes of the children of Israel where are the 144,000? They're on the earth, okay They're literally teaching that the 144,000 are like the only people in heaven and everybody else is on the earth it's the exact opposite, they're the ones that's on the earth and so they're getting sealed on the earth so they're just totally screwing this all up and then skip a few verses and then look at verse number 9 A great multitude which no man can number of all, look at this, nations and look at this, and kindreds and look at this, and people and tongues, okay stood before the throne and before the lamb, clothed with white robes and palms in their hands, so where are they standing? They're standing in heaven and this is an innumerable multitude, a great multitude that cannot be numbered, okay so, and it's from all nations and all kindreds, see the 144,000 are only from the children of Israel and they're on the earth while everybody else is in heaven right now okay, so they've completely switched this to where they're saying that the 144,000 are the only ones who are going to be in heaven so they've gotten this totally wrong now turn if you would to Revelation chapter 14 the other place where it talks about the 144,000 and while you're turning there I'll begin reading in verse number 1, it won't take us long to debunk this from here it says in verse number 1, it says and lo, a lamb stood on the mount Zion, that's on earth, and with him 144,000 having his father's name written in their foreheads so these are the same people immediately after the ceiling that we already talked about in chapter 7 and then in verse 2 it says this and I heard a voice from heaven as the voice of many waters so notice, these people are on the earth and they're hearing a voice from heaven see, they're not in heaven, so they're on this earth and so you know, and so it's dumb you know, they're basically just completely twisting what the Bible says there and I don't see how they can read these these verses here and then like think that it's legitimate because yeah no, they're just getting it totally wrong and so, and turn if you would to Matthew chapter 5 Matthew chapter 5, so already we see that the 144,000 they're not the only people in heaven there's other people in heaven, okay, we've already seen that and then a lot of times what they'll tell me out soul winning and what they've probably told you before as well, is they'll say show me where the Bible says heaven show me where the Bible says, oh we're going to go to heaven someday, okay, well I'll show you some verses so while you're turning to Matthew chapter 5 let me read to you from 2 Corinthians 5 where it says this in verse 6, it says this therefore we are always confident knowing that whilst we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord for we walk by faith, not by sight we are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and look at this to be present with the Lord so see, if you're absent from your body and you're saved then where are you going to be at? You're going to be in the presence of the Lord where is the Lord at? He's in heaven, right John 17 says this Father, this is Jesus talking to God the Father, Father I will that they also whom thou has given me be with me where I am that they may behold my glory which thou hast given me for thou loveth me before the foundation of the world so once again, Jesus is in heaven John 14 says this let not your heart be troubled ye believe in God, believe also in me in my Father's house are many mansions if it were not so, I would have told you I go to prepare a place for you and if I go and prepare a place for you I will come again and receive you unto myself that where I am, ye may be also so this is one of the most wonderful passages in the Bible that's talking about heaven and it's something that us as saved people love reading these verses, how Jesus is preparing us a mansion in heaven and all these wonderful things well, what did the Jehovah's Witnesses even do with these verses? Like what do they think that these mansions like who is he even talking to? I don't even know, whenever they read this like what goes through their mind, you know what I mean? And I'm sure that their wicked false religion has some sort of way that they twist this or whatever but you know what, I was too lazy to look it up because it's stupid, you know what I mean? It just literally says it right here Jesus is preparing us a mansion in heaven Hey, praise the Lord, I'm glad for that you know, this is a wonderful, beautiful passage right here and they're just twisting it all up and you're there in Matthew 5 hold on, I'm going to read to you from 2 Corinthians 5 where it says this For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God and house not made with hands eternal in the heavens you want the word heaven? There it is we got a house made without hands, with hands eternal in the heavens, okay Philippians 3, 20 says this For our conversation is in heaven from which also we look for the Savior the Lord Jesus Christ, okay now, you're there in Matthew chapter 5 I want you to look down at verse number 5 this is the verse that they love to pull out to say, oh, see, look, we're not going to go to heaven it says in verse 5, blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth okay, that's their proof verse or whatever this is their text verse to say, okay we're not going to go to heaven, we're going to stay on this earth and I've had many of them tell me to look at this verse okay, Mr. Jehovah's witness look two verses up at verse number 3 it says, blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven so you got the earth in verse 5 and you got heaven in verse 3 they skipped over verse 3 you know, I love what Pastor Bogart says all the time, it's like a catch phrase you can't cure stupid he always says that, and you know what you know, a lot of, I mean every false religion is super bad super wicked, sending people to hell every false doctrine is super bad and super wicked but a lot of times, you know, you can at least see where somebody's coming from, like, okay, I can see how you're twisting this, I don't even see where they're getting this stuff from, because like this is not at all what the Bible says it's just, it's ridiculous, but turn if you would to Mark chapter 9 Mark chapter 9 well, let me tell you about this though there's at least one Jehovah's witness out there that's going to heaven so I met this one guy in the Philippines and he saw he was at a hotel and I was checking into the hotel and I had a sticker on my bad that said faithful we're a baptist church, and he said, oh you're a baptist, and I'm like, yeah, what church do you go to? oh, I go to the kingdom hall oh, okay, you know, and I started preaching the gospel and everything, and boy he got saved like that, and so that was great only Jehovah's witness I've ever gotten saved so that was cool, but so I said that there's at least one Jehovah's witness going to heaven, but he's not a Jehovah's witness anymore so he got saved, so he's going to heaven so that's wonderful right there most of the time though, Jehovah's witnesses just want to argue with you and everything, unfortunately alright, so you're there in Mark chapter 9 so I'm going to tell you the second thing that I hate about the Jehovah's witnesses and that is that they deny the existence of a biblical hell, okay deny the existence of a biblical hell now, many of them have, you know, told me this before that they don't believe in hell the same way that we do and you know what, that's very convenient for them since that's where they're going, if they don't get saved, you know and basically what they believe about hell is that hell does exist, but they believe that people who go to hell, okay, they are like burned up very very quickly like a piece of paper, you know, going up in flames, right, it's like a little, it's a little poof poof, and you're no longer exist, okay, that's what they believe about hell, let me tell you something there's no, there's no poof in hell, there's no poofing there, okay, this hell is everlasting fire is what Jesus Christ called it, okay, and so we believe that whenever somebody goes to hell they're there forever and they're burning forever and ever and ever, and so hold on a second okay, so, but here's the thing so let's just say for a moment, okay I'm just going to, I'm just going to play devil's advocate here, let's say that they were right that it's just like a little, you know, you're just there and then you're consumed by the fire and then after that you cease to exist, okay, let's just say that, now they portray this as basically burning up in just a few seconds, like just a little poof, right but realistically though, I looked up how long it would take for a human body to burn until there's nothing left, okay and this is kind of morbid, but it needs to be said, okay so I looked this up, okay, and I looked up about cremation okay, and everybody knows what that is so, a regular crematorium, they burn their ovens, or whatever they are at a temperature between 1500 to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit, okay, so that's hot like I can't even imagine touching something that's like 200 degrees, let alone 2000 degrees, right, so it's super super hot and basically you know, for normal operating temperature for an average size adult, cremation takes from two to three hours to complete okay, so it's not a poof it's not like a little piece of paper just going up in flames, so even if they were right, okay, even if that was what hell was like it's still not a little poof, it's going to take a while, okay, and so I know, you know, that's kind of horrible to think about, but I mean, it needs to be said, because this is ridiculous, and so here's the thing, is that I've had multiple Jehovah's Witnesses tell me this too because they're talking about hell and everything and they're like, oh, well according to you know, your belief for whatever, hell is eternal, you know, you're burning forever oh, you have such a horrible God, who has heard that from the Jehovah's Witnesses? That is wicked that is like so blasphemous to say, not that multiple of them say this oh, your God is so horrible it's like no, God is not horrible, you know, and here's the thing about it, is that God's right and you're wrong so if the Bible says that everlasting fire, and if the Bible says that you go there and you're burning forever, then God's right and you're wrong, and guess what God is not horrible, the Bible says that God is wonderful, that he is excellent, God is love, right, and here's the thing about it, is that if God created hell, okay, and they cast people into hell, but then he's also wonderful, excellent, he is love then, you know, I believe all these things I believe that they all work together, I don't think that these things contradict each other, and so they're like, oh, your God is so horrible, well you know what, even if God was horrible, which he's not, but even if he was, I'd rather go to heaven with a horrible God than go to hell with a nice God I don't want the Jehovah's Witness, God, get out of here I don't want that at all, but you know what, God is not horrible, he is wonderful, okay we love the Lord, and so yeah, this is ridiculous oh, he's a horrible God, and here's the thing about God is that, you guys know Daniel Ryder, a lot of you in here know Daniel Ryder, okay, so we went to Saint Lucia, and then basically in Saint Lucia, he got to preach to this one Jehovah's Witness lady at the door and Daniel, he doesn't really get mad, okay, but this is like one of only two times I've ever seen him get mad at the door, he was like really mad with this lady, because this lady said this they were talking about the rich man Lazarus, and then she's like, and then Daniel was bringing up how he was having that conversation and everything and she's like, oh, right after this conversation he just poofed, you know he was just gone, okay, and then Daniel was like, you know, no, no that's not how it works, you know, he's burning forever and she's like, wait a minute, you think that he's still burning? And then he's like, yeah the rich man has been burning for about 2000 years now and then she's like, oh oh, you have such a horrible God, and then Daniel, Daniel freaked out he was just, and they know it's not the type of person to yell or anything so he just like totally did this, he's like, that's very blasphemous, and that's not what the Bible says and that's wicked for you to say that and you're going to hell, bye and then he just walked and then she's like, no way and he's like, no, you're going to hell, bye he couldn't even look at her anymore and he didn't even talk to me for like 30, 45 minutes after that, he was just so mad he just, yeah, so anyway, I just thought that was funny, but you know I mean, he was right for getting mad at her that's so blasphemous, that's so wicked that should make all of us mad whenever people say stuff like that and so you're there in Mark chapter 9, let's look at what the Bible actually says about hell, okay so you're there in Mark chapter 9, look down if you would at verse 43, it says this and if thy hand offend thee, cut it off it is better for thee to enter into life that's heaven, maimed than having two hands to go into hell into the fire that never shall be quenched, and so obviously he's not actually telling us to cut off our hand here but he's saying that if you had to do that to escape hell, that is preferable because hell is worse than that okay, and then also too, I want to point out the fact that life here is the opposite of hell which is heaven, right, so life is referring to heaven here and then in verse 44 it says this, where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched, now that right there should be enough for anybody to realize that we are talking about an eternal everlasting punishment in hell, okay, but let's dive into this verse a little bit here so let's just think of it from the mind of a Jehovah's Witness here, okay, let's just put ourselves in their shoes for a minute and they might say, oh, well the fire is not quenched, so the fire burns forever but then you're just burned up after a few minutes, so you know that's not eternal punishment or whatever yeah, but then look at the first part of the verse this is where their worm dieth not okay, and let me explain this, okay and we're going to have a little bit of fun with this but let's say that somebody is cast into hell, okay, let's say that this person is, let's say that his name is Mr. Jehovah's Witness, okay, because Jehovah's Witness says they're going to go to hell unless they convert, so Mr. Jehovah's Witness he's cast into hell, and then whenever he gets there he's assigned a worm, okay, there's a worm for him maybe his name is Mr. Wiggly let's call him that anyway so he's got Mr. Wiggly, and then he's sitting right here on his shoulder right here and here's the thing about it, it says right here that their worm dieth not right, so his worm, Mr. Wiggly is not going to die so then is Mr. Jehovah's Witness going to die? No, they're kind of buddies, they're sticking together here, okay so they're not buddies, but anyway I mean, here's the thing about it, if their worm doesn't die, then he's not going to die, right, so here's the thing about it it is an everlasting punishment their worm dieth not, their punishment will never stop, the fire is not quenched for them, so yeah, that kind of proves it right there and let's keep reading, in verse 45 it says right here, and if thy foot offend thee cut it off, it is better for thee to enter into halt life than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched, verse 47 and if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God and also here we get another, you know, basically clarification that life is referring to the kingdom of God again, heaven, with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire, where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched, so over and over again, God is telling us that you know, when you go to hell, your worm will not die and your fire is not quenched right, so I think this is great proof here that you know, you don't hell is not a temporary thing, it is eternal right, and so the Bible talks a lot about hell, Jesus preached a lot about hell and and you know, there's a lot of obscure doctrines that we could argue or we could disagree on, but hell is not one of them the Bible is super positively clear that hell exists and that hell is everlasting fire, so turn if you would to Exodus chapter 6 and let's move on from that point, Exodus chapter number 6 so the third thing that I hate about the Jehovah's Witnesses is that they de-emphasize the name of Jesus they de-emphasize the name of Jesus Christ and I'm going to read a little bit more from this article that I started out earlier with, Jehovah's Witnesses focus on God the Father so their name is taken from from the tetragrammaton which is written as Jehovah according to their website Jehovah is the personal name of God as found in the Bible, and they use Exodus 6 and Psalm 83 as their proof text so basically what they're teaching is that Jehovah is the only name of God and that's the name that you must use whenever you're referring to God, now this is not true, so they quote Exodus 6-3, so you're there in Exodus 6, but we're going to back up to verse number 1 and we're going to get the context so let's look at this together Exodus 6 and verse 1 says this Jehovah was I not known to them okay, so before he was only known as God Almighty to them but now he's revealing a new name which is Jehovah, now here's the thing about it is that God Almighty is not a bad name for God that's a great name for God, you can call him God Almighty, whenever you go home and pray tonight you can call him God Almighty, you can call him Jehovah, you can call him the Lord, you can call him the Lord God I mean God has many names it's not just one name and in fact in verse 4, I thought this was interesting in verse 4 it says this and I have also established my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan the land of their pilgrimage wherein they were strangers so look, God established his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob under the name of God Almighty that must have been a pretty good name must have been a great name if he's going to establish his covenant with them with the name God Almighty I mean it's like if you're signing a contract you're not going to use a fake name you're not going to write Daffy Duck or something like that you're going to write your name and so God established his covenant with them by God Almighty clearly God accepts that as one of his names and so God Almighty is not a bad name it's not insufficient, it's not lacking in some way and so it's a great name you can call him God Almighty or Jehovah or any of those names God has many names turn to John chapter 3 uh huh so in, so okay so I'll tell this story as well so whenever I was in Nigeria I was preaching to this one Jehovah's Witness guy and it seemed like he was you know, wanting to get saved and everything so I was just preaching to him and basically he brought up this next verse this is the one that I've had multiple Jehovah's Witnesses bring up to me which is in Psalm 83 it says this and so it says whose name alone is Jehovah and so they say hey this means that God only has one name his name alone is Jehovah meaning that there's only one name for God now this is not true and then this guy in Nigeria he told me this this is the one verse that he had and so I showed him Psalm 148 where it says for his name alone is excellent right, because it also says that and you know, if you compare these two obviously it's not saying that one of them is his only name, but rather God is the only person that can be called those names, right, we've never met somebody named Jehovah before, we've never met anybody named excellent before, these are God's names right, and I told him this and I showed him this, this guy in Nigeria and you know what, he had the best response that I've ever heard to this verse you know what he said, I showed him this and he's like, gee, look at the time I need to go, alright, see you later that's all he said because you can't really say anything to that it makes perfect sense, I saw the light bulb click in his head, he was like, oh oh, I gotta go, so so yeah, I mean it's ridiculous, and then people like that who just like get upset whenever you prove them wrong or whatever, I mean if they're not wanting to change anyway, you know I was thinking that this guy if I showed him proof from the Bible then he would want to change but he didn't want to change you know, you can't really help that and so, and here's the thing about it too and what I hate the most about this is not that they emphasize the name Jehovah I don't think there's anything wrong with that, that's fine if you want to call God Jehovah then that's totally fine but the problem comes in whenever they de-emphasize the name of Jesus okay, so they take away from the name of Jesus now, in regards to salvation it must be through the name of Jesus Christ right, and let me just quote you a couple of verses that are very familiar Acts 4-12 says this Neither is there salvation in any other for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved, we must be saved by the name of Jesus Christ John 3-18 says this He that believeth on him is not condemned but he that believeth not is condemned already because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten son of God and then in John 3-36 it says hath everlasting life and he that believeth not the son shall not see life but the wrath of God abideth on him and so once again the name of Jesus is so important and then they take away from the name of Jesus right, they say no, it's just Jehovah, we only need to use that name, but you know what, Jesus yeah, we gotta, yeah, so there's no, there's not salvation in any other name, so that's my biggest problem with them about de-emphasizing the name of Jesus of course, now turn if you would to Luke chapter 24 Luke chapter 24, let's keep this moving the fourth reason, or the fourth thing that I hate about the Jehovah's Witnesses is that they deny the resurrection they deny the resurrection of Jesus Christ I'm gonna read a little bit from that article again, it says, Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus was resurrected spiritually from the dead, but not physically, okay, now let's see how they're wrong, Matthew 28 and 9 says this, and as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them saying all hail, and they came and held him by the feet and worshiped him, so this is after Jesus' resurrection, they are literally holding him by the feet, they are on their faces on the ground, holding him by the feet now, let me tell you this, well let me ask you this, you know, if Jesus was a spirit if he was like a ghost or something, tell me the last time you saw a ghost with feet, okay I mean look at a picture of Casper, he has no feet, what are you talking about so no, they held him by the feet he's a physical body, right and then in Luke 24, you're there in Luke 24 look down if you would at verse number 36 it says this, and as they thus spake Jesus himself stood in the midst of them and saith unto them, peace be unto you, but they were terrified and afraid and supposed that they had seen a spirit, so look, the disciples are thinking oh no, this is a spirit, the Jehovah's Witnesses were right, it's a spirit but no, okay, but then in verse 38 it says this, and he said unto them why are you troubled, and why do thoughts arise in your hearts, behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself, handle me and see, for a spirit hath not flesh and bones as ye see me have, so how do the Jehovah's Witnesses read this and still think that Jesus only spiritually resurrected and there's no body there's a body involved, right and verse 40 it says this, and when he had thus spoken he showed them his hands and his feet, and while they yet believed not for joy and wondered, he said unto them, have ye here any meat and they gave him a piece of a broiled fish in a honeycomb and he took it and did eat before them, now look at this, what kind of a spirit, you know, has flesh and bones and eats fish in a honeycomb, like this is not a spirit Jesus had a body here, right, so Jesus bodily resurrected from the grave, now turn if you would to John chapter 20, John chapter 20, this is Jesus Christ in the flesh here, so John chapter 20 I'm just going to go ahead and begin reading while you're turning there and verse number 19 it says this then the same day at evening being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut, where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst of them in the midst and saith unto them, peace be unto you, verse 20, and when he had so said, he showed unto them his hands and his side, then were the disciples glad when they saw the Lord, then said Jesus to them again, peace be unto you, as my father has sent me, even so sent I you and when he had said this, he breathed on them and saith unto them receive ye the Holy Ghost and once again I just want to say what kind of a spirit can breathe, they don't even have lungs right, so Jesus has a body here, and verse 23, whosoever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them, and whosoever sins he retained, they are retained, but Thomas one of the twelve called Didymus was not with them when Jesus came, the other disciples therefore said unto him, we have seen the Lord, but he said unto them, except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails and put my finger into the print of the nails and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe, and after eight days again his disciples were within and Thomas with them, then came Jesus the doors being shut and stood in the midst and said, peace be unto you, and verse 27 says this, then saith he to Thomas, reach hither thy finger and behold my hands, and reach hither thy hand and thrust it into my side, and be not faithless, but believing, so Jesus invites Thomas here to touch his wounds, okay, a spirit does not have wounds, this is clearly Jesus in the flesh, he is bodily resurrected, and you know I really like Deacon Russell's sermon from a few weeks ago that he preached in Tempe, Christ's resurrection according to the scriptures, and he mentioned some of these verses right here in 1 Thessalonians 4, I'm just gonna quickly read some of these, and verse 13 it says this but I would not have you to be ignorant concerning them which are asleep that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope, for if, notice that word if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him so here's the thing about it is that how can the Jehovah's Witnesses read these verses and believe in their own resurrection when they're not even believing in the resurrection of Jesus, it doesn't make any sense, right and then it goes on to say for this we say unto you, by the word of the Lord that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep, for the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God and the dead in Christ shall rise first then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord wherefore comfort one another with these words, what comfort do the Jehovah's Witnesses have, they don't even believe in the resurrection, like what what's a Jehovah's Witness funeral like I don't even know, what are they even talking about like, I don't know, it must be super depressing, I don't I mean yeah, this is a depressing religion, we're gonna talk more about that in a minute, but anyway and then Luke 20-27 says this then came to him certain of the Sadducees which deny that there is any resurrection, so they're just like the Sadducees, they're denying that there's a resurrection, so they're following the doctrine of the Sadducees there alright, so the fifth reason that I hate the Jehovah's Witness false religion is because they deny the Trinity, okay, they deny the Trinity now, and this is it comes from this article I was reading Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus was created by Jehovah as the Archangel Michael before the physical world existed, and is a lesser though mighty lower case G God, so they believe that Jesus is a lower case G God Jehovah's Witnesses believe that the Holy Spirit is an impersonal force of God and not a distinct person Jehovah's Witnesses believe that when Jesus was born on earth He was a near human and not God in human flesh so let's see what the Bible says about this you're there in John 20, look down if you would once again at verse 27 then he sayeth to Thomas reach hither thy finger and behold my hands and reach hither thy hand and thrust into my side and be not faithless but believing my Lord and my God my Lord and my God and so what did Jesus say after this, did he say don't call me that, that's wrong, don't call me God no, that's not what he said verse 29 he says this, Jesus sayeth unto him Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed blessed are they that have not seen and yet have believed believe what, that Jesus is God so he's calling him blessed because he believes and blessed are you and blessed are me for believing that Jesus is God and turn if you would to Isaiah 43 Isaiah 43 I'm just going to blow through a few more scriptures here 1 Timothy 3.16 says this and without controversy great is the mystery of godliness God was manifest in the flesh justifying the spirit seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles believed in the world, received up into glory this is referring to Jesus 1 John 5.7 for there are three that bear record in heaven the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost and these three are one so we got the trinity there as well John 1.1 says this in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God the same was in the beginning with God and the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld his glory the glory as of the only begotten of the Father full of grace and truth the Word was God and the Word was the only begotten of the Father, right? so this is Jesus and Hebrews 1.8, God the Father is speaking to the Son it says, but unto the Son he saith O God is forever and ever a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of thy kingdom God the Father calls Jesus Christ God and Isaiah 9.6 says this for unto us a child is born unto us a son is given and the government shall be upon his shoulder and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor the Mighty God the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace you're there in Isaiah 43 look down if you would at verse number 10 witnesses, oh okay so let me say this too I kind of figured out these verses whenever I was preparing for this sermon so this is pretty cool, so watch this it says, ye are my witnesses and we're talking about the Jehovah's Witnesses but anyway and then here we got some witnesses as well not the same people, but anyway ye are my witnesses saith the Lord and my servant whom I have chosen that ye may know and believe me and understand that I am he and there be after me look at verse 11, it says this I, even I, am the Lord and beside me there is no Savior and I've asked Jehovah's Witnesses this, I'm like okay, so who's the Savior? They'll always say Jesus and I'm like, well, beside Jesus there's no other Savior beside the Lord there's no other Savior and they're like, well, there can be more than once the Savior, and I'm like, no it says beside me there's no Savior, right? and then in verse 12 it says I have declared and have saved when there was no strange God among you, therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord that I am God. So, and then here it says that there was no strange lower case g God among them and what did the Jehovah's Witnesses say about Jesus? They say that he is a lower case g God so, and then here it says there was no strange God among you, so there was no other God so, and so this just kind of really blows out of the water, and I like the fact that it says witnesses multiple times too because this is how, this is the, these are the real witnesses of God right here, you know, not these Jehovah's false witnesses so, and then one other, one other passage I'll read from too is in Matthew chapter 1 where it says this, now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise, when as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost, and so I guess that they don't believe in the virgin birth either and, I mean, I guess not and then in verse 21 it says this, and she shall bring for the son, and I shall call his name Jesus for he shall save his people from their sins, Jesus is the savior and verse 22 it says, now all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet saying, behold a virgin shall be with child and shall bring forth a son and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is God with us and so these people are just, they're denying the virgin birth, they're denying the trinity, they're denying the, you know, the name of Jesus, they're denying all these things, they're saying that Jesus is Michael the Archangel, I mean, these people must really hate the Bible, like they're just tearing it to shreds, okay people who are Jehovah's Witnesses, just the people like in the pews and whatever, like how do they even read the Bible, like where can they even go in the Bible that supports their their wicked false doctrines, look they like to call themselves Bible students well let me tell you, they gotta go back to school, okay, because what kind of Bible students are these people, they don't know anything about the Bible, you know what I mean, I give them an F F on their paperwork okay, because they, F are false witnesses, because that's exactly what they are, because you know these Bible students, yeah right what kind of Bible student are you, alright Jeremiah 23 turn if you would to Jeremiah chapter 23 now the sixth thing that I hate about the Jehovah's Witnesses is that they proselytize I hate that they proselytize they go knocking on doors, they have their tower of doom at the at the parks and everything, okay this is so wicked you know it's one thing if they had all this screwed up doctrine they just kept it themselves, I mean that'd be one thing, but no, they have to go everywhere trying to spread it everywhere and this magnifies their sin you know, by many fold I would say because yeah, I mean look at what the Bible says about proselytizers of false religions I'll just read to you some verses Matthew 23 says this see these are false prophets, right these people go out preaching a false gospel trying to convert people to their false religion, their false prophets you know, and the Bible talks a lot about these false prophets, and Jude it says this okay, and this is talking about proselytizing Jehovah's witnesses right, this is talking about false prophets out there and you know, it's so funny that they're telling us, oh you don't have a mansion prepared for you in heaven, but then they have a place prepared for them in the blackness of darkness forever, so it's like, you know they're just lying but yeah, I mean it makes sense because you know, they're just preaching this false gospel and the Bible has a lot to say about that we're about to read in Jeremiah 23 but somebody else pointed this out to me one time and this is interesting as well I mean it's one way to look at it but in Deuteronomy 19 it says this if a false witness and this would be Jehovah's witnesses in our case because we're talking about them tonight rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong, okay and we're talking about a court case here so not exactly the same thing, but same principle we'll talk about it in a minute and then it goes on to say then both the men between whom the controversy is shall stand before the Lord and the judges shall make diligent inquisition and behold, if the witness be a false witness and hath testified falsely against his brother then shall ye do unto him as he had thought to have done unto his brother and so once again this is a slightly different situation here but you know what, we can take the same application here that a false witness, right a false witness, whatever punishment they wanted for the person that they were talking about is what they get to put upon them and so the point I'm making is this you know, Jehovah's witnesses, the ones that proselytize go knocking on doors telling you hey, you have to join our church to go to heaven you know, they're trying to send those people to hell and so guess what they're going to get in return for them trying to send people to hell is they're going to get sent to hell themselves, right they're going to get that punishment that they wanted for the other person, right and somebody showed me this recently and I thought that was good and then it says in verse 21 at the end of the chapter so look, they are false witnesses and you know, yeah, so that's what they get for being false witnesses and then look down if you went to Jeremiah 23 this is a great passage about false prophets and everything and then we'll just read this and continue Jeremiah 23, the whole chapter is about false prophets but we're going to start reading in verse 34 and verse 34 it says this and as for the prophet and the priest and the people that shall say the burden of the prophet shall say the burden of the prophet shall say the burden of the prophet shall say the burden of the lord and in the context they're lying of course I will even punish that man in his house thus shall ye say everyone to his neighbor and everyone to his brother what hath the lord answered and what hath the lord spoken and the burden of the lord shall ye mention no more for every man's word shall be his burden for ye have perverted the words of the living God and boy, haven't the Jehovah's Witnesses done that they have perverted so much scripture and then verse 37 it says this thus shalt thou say to the prophet who hath the lord answered thee and what hath the lord spoken but since he say the burden of the lord therefore thus saith the lord because he say this word the burden of the lord and I have sent unto you saying he shall not say the burden of the lord therefore behold I even I will utterly forget you and I will forsake you and the city that I gave you and your fathers and cast you out of my presence this is the clincher right here and I will bring an everlasting reproach unto you and a perpetual shame which shall not be forgotten these false prophets who teach false lies about how to go to heaven and about the gospel and about Jesus Christ they're going to have an everlasting reproach and a perpetual shame brought upon them and so we ought to hate these people of any religion that are just out there trying to preach their false gospel and trying to convert people to their false religion you know what I mean? and obviously this does not apply to all Jehovah's Witnesses everywhere just the ones that are proselytizing trying to convert you and people that you love and people that you know and you see them out there knocking on doors and everything hey those people are going to hell and we ought to hate those people and you know here's a funny story in Saint Lucia recently on our Saint Lucia trip I think you remember but it was cool so basically we were in this big park and we were all sowing and then it started raining so then we all took refuge under this one little gazebo maybe the size of this area right here and then there were two old lady Jehovah's Witnesses there as well and then they also took refuge in our little gazebo and so then they pulled over their little tower of doom and then they stood right there in the middle and then they're just standing there and everything and all of our soul owners are around them and we're just kind of ignoring them and stuff because my default is you know with false prophets just kind of ignore them nothing you're going to say is going to fix them or whatever you're just going to ignore them right but if somebody else gets on them hey I'll help out so basically so basically one of our people that was on our trip you guys might know him brother Brad Caparas he got done preaching then he turned around and he's like oh no we're not having this and so he walked up he's like hey these brochures are free right? and the lady's like yes they are he starts ripping them up and then throwing them on the ground and stuff like that and she's like what are you doing? you guys you're sending people to hell and stuff like that and I'm like oh okay yeah you're going to hell and stuff like that so I'm helping them out too and then yeah we make them mad and everything and anyway anyway but then this was funny too a few minutes later I'm walking away and then another lady that was on our trip she walked up to me and she's like Raymond Raymond we've got a problem I'm like okay she's like there's been a situation she's like apparently one of our soul owners was a mean to those Jehovah's Witness ladies and I said okay and she said well aren't you going to say something to them? I was helping them I was yelling at them too where were you at? why weren't you yelling at them? and she's like oh I didn't know that you felt that way so yeah I just thought that was funny you know but no I mean yeah so I'm going to back up my brother in Christ whenever he's screaming at some false witnesses false prophets so there you go alright so I just thought that was funny alright so point number seven the seventh reason that I hate the Jehovah's Witness false religion and this is worse than all the other ones put together is that they don't celebrate Christmas they don't celebrate Christmas I mean look okay look alright they don't they don't believe in the virgin birth okay they think that Jesus was just a man he wasn't God you know they don't believe in heaven that they're going to heaven they don't believe in the mansion that they should have in heaven they don't have hope in the resurrection they don't have Jesus they're on their way to hell and they can't even celebrate Christmas it's like look you've got all this bad stuff coming your way it's like you know why can't you even celebrate Christmas look okay if alright so if I had to choose a false religion to be a part of I'd choose one that's a little bit more fun okay than the Jehovah's Witness I mean this is just sad this is just depressing and obviously I'm just joking I'm not going to choose a false religion to be a part of but look I mean it's just why can't you even celebrate Christmas I mean look just this past week on Tuesday I was in Green Lake County I was handing out our Christmas CDs and I was in this one neighborhood with the Kingdom Hall just right there so every single person in this neighborhood was a Jehovah's Witness and not even one of them wanted to take the CD it's like these are our best hymns that we've got it's all on this CD why aren't you taking I mean where's your Christmas cheer you know what do they do with Christmas anyway they're probably just sitting on their couch like man is it time to go back to work yet it's like this is stupid dude and so yeah I mean not even one of them wanted this Christmas CD and so look the Jehovah's Witnesses they have all kinds of issues okay and I forgot to mention this too the reason that they don't celebrate Christmas is because they don't believe anything about Jesus that the Bible teaches they don't believe in the virgin birth they don't believe that he was God they don't believe any of that so that's the reason that they reject Christmas and Easter too and so they have all kinds of issues you know it's a very wicked false religion and basically I was kind of struggling to kind of end with a practical application that we can do but I got two of them okay I got two of them that I want to tell you the first thing that I want you guys to do is I want you to develop a strong hatred for this Jehovah's Witness false religion not for the people we need to love the people and try to get them safe but for the religion the religion is garbage it's teaching so many lies from the word of God and it's sending 8.7 million people to hell right now unless they get saved right and so you know I want I mean we should hate all false religions and all false doctrine right and so I want you to hate that and then the second thing that I want to point out that I want you guys to do is have a very Merry Christmas okay I want you to remember what Christmas is really about the virgin birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and his perfect life that he lived on this earth and and his death on the cross for our sins and his burial and his resurrection and his ascension into heaven and so you know Christmas is all about Jesus and that's why they don't have they don't celebrate Christmas because they don't have Jesus and so don't be like them celebrate Christmas and celebrate Christmas for the right reasons and so that's about all I have so let's just pray so dear Lord thank you for this opportunity to preach your word and Lord I just pray that something that I would have said would have helped somebody or taught something new and or just would have strengthened us Lord and please help us all to have a good Christmas and to hate these false religions Lord and to love the people of these false religions and try to get them saved Lord and please soften the hearts of all those Jehovah's Witnesses out there Lord and it's in Christ's name I pray Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen Amen
