That's us. 03:40.600 --> 03:46.200 all come on white horses and basically the end is pretty anti-climactic. 03:46.200 --> 03:54.520 It ends with them getting thrown alive into the pits of hell and the beasts and the false 03:54.520 --> 03:57.040 prophet get thrown in the pit alive. 03:57.040 --> 03:59.960 So I mean I guess that would indicate, I kind of mentioned this last week, that would kind 03:59.960 --> 04:06.120 of indicate that it's opened up, the earth is opened up just kind of like it was with 04:06.120 --> 04:06.620 with. 04:07.800 --> 04:10.680 in the days of Moses. You know, they're thrown into the lake of fire. 04:11.560 --> 04:17.160 They're thrown into hell kicking and screaming. So you have this angel again coming down from heaven that's where 08:36.700 --> 08:41.820 they live and all the other devils have been cast out of heaven permanently they're not allowed to 08:41.820 --> 08:47.020 go back there again and he laid hold on that on the dragon and so it's going to explain to us who 08:47.020 --> 08:50.220 that is the dragon the that old serpent 08:50.800 --> 08:54.800 which is the devil and Satan and bound him a thousand years. 08:54.800 --> 08:58.000 I like how the Bible helps us to understand who this is. 08:58.000 --> 09:03.300 The old serpent is talking about the old serpent from Genesis chapter number three, 09:03.300 --> 09:05.800 which deceived Eve and Adam, 09:05.800 --> 09:07.800 and that's what it's talking about. 09:07.800 --> 09:10.800 It's referencing us back to that, which is the devil. 09:10.800 --> 09:12.800 Everybody knows who the devil is. 09:12.800 --> 09:15.800 I don't care what area of the world you live in. 09:16.400 --> 09:20.520 People know who the devil is and when it's saying the devil that's the definite article 09:21.240 --> 09:26.800 There's many devils in this world, but when you say the devil people know that you're talking about Satan 09:27.300 --> 09:29.900 I mean most people in most cultures know that. 09:29.900 --> 09:34.500 I mean obviously there's probably some cultures where he might have a different name, but 09:34.500 --> 09:36.100 that's who he is. 09:36.100 --> 09:41.700 It's interesting how many different cultures in the world worship dragons and make idols 09:41.700 --> 09:45.860 of images of serpents and worship snakes and things like that. 09:45.860 --> 09:50.140 Well they have something in common. 09:50.140 --> 09:54.940 The devil has started all their religions so of course he wants to be worshiped as God. 09:55.700 --> 10:03.700 And also there is idolatry involved because the ultimate end time religion is going to 10:03.700 --> 10:11.140 be this false idol that people are supposed to be worshipping. 10:11.140 --> 10:13.040 But it says the devil and Satan. 10:13.040 --> 10:18.900 So we know from chapters in the Bible that his name is Satan. 10:18.900 --> 10:23.020 Satan goes before him in the book of Job multiple times. 10:23.400 --> 10:27.900 And it says, and bound him a thousand years. 10:28.600 --> 10:32.800 It seems like people just don't know how to interpret Revelation sometimes. 10:32.800 --> 10:37.260 They think that the things are symbolic that aren't and things that are symbolic are vice 10:37.260 --> 10:38.260 versa basically. 10:38.260 --> 10:44.720 So some things are symbolic in the book of Revelation but I don't think that this is. 10:44.720 --> 10:49.800 It's clearly talking, it keeps bringing up the number of a thousand years and I think 10:49.800 --> 10:51.680 that this is a literal thousand years. 10:51.680 --> 10:55.520 I don't think that it's being symbolic at all. 10:55.520 --> 10:56.600 look what it says 10:56.600 --> 11:03.240 verse 3, and cast him into the bottomless pit, I don't think that's symbolic either, 11:03.240 --> 11:09.260 and shut him up and set a seal upon him that he should deceive the nations no more. 11:09.260 --> 11:10.260 So what does that tell you? 11:10.260 --> 11:12.120 That he is deceiving the nations. 11:12.120 --> 11:15.680 He is the one responsible for deceiving the nations and he has been for thousands of years. 11:16.200 --> 11:19.640 Tell the thousand years should be fulfilled. 11:19.640 --> 11:22.760 If it's not a literal thousand years, then why is it saying that the thousand years should 11:22.760 --> 11:23.940 be fulfilled? 11:23.940 --> 11:24.940 It is a prophecy. 11:24.940 --> 11:27.080 It is something that is going to happen. 11:27.080 --> 11:31.380 When the Bible says something is going to happen, it's going to happen to the T. Everything 11:31.380 --> 11:34.440 in the Bible must come to pass or the Bible is just not true. 11:34.440 --> 11:42.240 So if it's saying that it should be fulfilled, because the test of a true prophet is what? 11:42.700 --> 11:47.260 that the thing that they say must come to pass, or they're a false prophet. 11:47.980 --> 11:51.820 Obviously, this is the book of Revelation, this is the revelation of Jesus Christ, 11:52.380 --> 11:57.180 and it was given to his servant John. He wrote it down and he is faithful and he is true. 11:58.140 --> 12:05.900 He's a true witness. So it says that he must, that he's shut up until a thousand years, okay? 12:05.900 --> 12:10.060 And then it says, look at this, it says, and after that he must be loosed or 12:10.800 --> 12:16.320 He gets to escape the bottomless pit for a little season. 12:16.320 --> 12:18.560 So what is the bottomless pit? 12:18.560 --> 12:20.840 Well, it's just another word for hell. 12:20.840 --> 12:22.280 He's put into hell. 12:22.280 --> 12:25.280 So I've said this in the past, and maybe I just 12:25.280 --> 12:26.780 wasn't thinking it all the way through, 12:26.780 --> 12:29.280 that Jesus is the only person that's ever been to hell 12:29.280 --> 12:30.280 and got to leave. 12:30.280 --> 12:33.920 Well, Satan also has done this. 12:33.920 --> 12:35.760 And I believe also the Antichrist. 12:36.200 --> 12:42.200 When the Antichrist comes, he comes back to life, he doesn't go to heaven. 12:42.200 --> 12:47.200 It's not like he gets to write a book that says, I was in heaven for 13 minutes. 12:47.200 --> 12:53.200 He doesn't go to heaven. It says that he's the beast that rises out of the bottomless pit. 12:53.200 --> 12:58.100 So when he is resurrected, then he is resurrected back from hell. 12:58.700 --> 13:01.620 And so, but he's evil and wicked. 13:01.620 --> 13:06.380 So, and then Satan, he's not even killed though. 13:06.380 --> 13:09.180 He's alive while he's down there. 13:09.180 --> 13:12.940 So he is roasting in hell for a thousand years. 13:12.940 --> 13:16.420 And he's pretty angry about that when he gets out. 13:16.420 --> 13:21.140 But notice it says that he must be loosed a little season. 13:21.140 --> 13:24.200 Now, that term is only found in the Bible twice. 13:25.000 --> 13:32.000 And it's here, oh, it's in Revelation chapter six and here in this passage. 13:32.000 --> 13:36.000 And there's this law called the law of first mentions. 13:36.000 --> 13:42.000 And it's a principle in the Bible where the first time a phrase or a word is mentioned, 13:42.000 --> 13:45.000 that defines that word from there on out. 13:45.800 --> 13:51.080 Now, it doesn't always hold true, but a lot of times it does. 13:51.080 --> 13:56.720 And if it helps define the word the first time, then it will help define the word the 13:56.720 --> 13:57.720 other times. 13:57.720 --> 14:04.600 Reprobate is a really powerful one that you can use to understand Jeremiah 6.30, Reprobate 14:04.600 --> 14:08.460 silver shall men call them for the Lord hath rejected them. 14:08.460 --> 14:12.980 So it helps the very first time that the word reprobate is ever used. 14:13.300 --> 14:19.620 It's saying that reprobate silver shall men call them, for the Lord hath rejected them. 14:19.620 --> 14:23.620 So it means that there are people that are rejected. 14:23.620 --> 14:29.540 It's like reprobate silver is like when you're refining silver, you're getting it to a molten 14:29.540 --> 14:33.900 level and all the impurities come to the top and then 14:34.000 --> 14:39.840 all the scum and impurities get scraped off of that, it gets taken out of that molten, 14:39.840 --> 14:43.360 and then you get like that pure pure silver. Well... 14:43.600 --> 14:51.100 A reprobate is somebody that is basically scum that gets cast out just like the impurities of silver. 14:51.100 --> 14:59.100 So God's only going to let the righteous and the pure in heaven and the scum is going to get thrown in the garbage can, which is the lake of fire. 14:59.100 --> 15:04.100 And so anybody that's not written in the book of life is cast in the lake of fire. 15:04.100 --> 15:07.100 They're the reprobate, they're the scum. 15:07.900 --> 15:12.140 So that law of first mention helps us define the word reprobate. 15:12.140 --> 15:14.860 And so every time you see it in scripture, you know what it means. 15:15.420 --> 15:16.780 It doesn't mean anything else. 15:16.780 --> 15:19.260 It doesn't mean what the Calvinists believe it means. 15:19.820 --> 15:22.380 The Calvinists believe that everybody's a reprobate. 15:23.820 --> 15:25.580 Everybody's born a reprobate. 15:25.580 --> 15:28.540 And then when you get saved, then you stop being a reprobate. 15:29.260 --> 15:33.020 But that's because the actual definition, though, is somebody that's... 15:34.500 --> 15:40.000 that they're damned to hell, they're past the point of being able to be saved and they can't be saved again. 15:40.000 --> 15:45.000 They are, you know, not again, but they can't be saved, they can't ever be saved. 15:45.000 --> 15:49.500 They've lost their chance of salvation, they've gone too far, 15:49.500 --> 15:55.500 they've committed a sin or they've rejected God for the last time and God's given them over to that. 15:55.600 --> 16:03.280 reprobate mind. And so when you see it in Romans chapter one, then you realize what it's talking 16:03.280 --> 16:09.600 about based on the doctrine of first mention. So in this passage here, the term little season, 16:11.840 --> 16:16.080 if we let's turn back to let's turn to keep your finger here and go back to Revelation chapter six 16:16.080 --> 16:19.040 where it's first mentioned. What is it talking about? 16:20.400 --> 16:24.160 What does this term mean? There's actually two Greek words and I'm not going to try to pronounce 16:24.160 --> 16:29.920 them because I don't speak Greek, but it's two words that form this term, little season. 16:30.640 --> 16:33.600 And I'm not, like I said, I'm not trying to go back to the Greek, I'm just telling you just, 16:33.600 --> 16:38.560 it's two words. So, and if you want to ask Pastor Anderson what they are, you can ask him. But 16:38.560 --> 16:44.080 it means what it says right here. So I believe we can just speak English and know what the Bible says. 16:44.080 --> 16:44.580 So. 16:46.900 --> 16:50.900 What was I trying to go to? Revelation 6. 16:50.900 --> 16:53.900 You guys are already there. 16:53.900 --> 16:55.900 Revelation 6. 17:00.900 --> 17:01.400 Ahem. 17:04.500 --> 17:12.800 Verse 9, it says, And when he had opened the fist seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held. 17:12.800 --> 17:16.800 Who's responsible for slaying these people? 17:16.800 --> 17:20.500 It's the devil and his persecution, right? 17:20.500 --> 17:29.000 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? 17:29.000 --> 17:31.800 So there's people that are killing the saints. 17:32.100 --> 17:35.100 And they're asking God to avenge them. 17:35.100 --> 17:40.820 And it says, and white robes were given unto every one of them, and it was said unto them 17:40.820 --> 17:44.380 that they should rest yet for a little season. 17:44.380 --> 17:45.380 So that's where it's at. 17:45.380 --> 17:51.540 The first time it's ever said, until their fellow servants also, and their brethren that 17:51.540 --> 17:56.260 should be killed as they were, should be, what does it say there? 17:56.260 --> 17:57.260 Fulfilled. 17:57.260 --> 17:57.900 Thank you so much for watching. 17:59.500 --> 18:05.660 God said that he's going to allow the saints to be overcome in that tribulation, right? 18:05.660 --> 18:08.940 That he's going to wear out the saints, the Antichrist. 18:08.940 --> 18:11.180 He's going to make war with the saints and overcome them. 18:11.900 --> 18:13.900 But how long does that time period last? 18:14.780 --> 18:20.540 So there's a seven-year time period where it's the end times, that's 70th week of Daniel. 18:21.660 --> 18:24.380 But in the book of Daniel, and I don't have time to just go all into this, 18:24.380 --> 18:25.740 I've talked about this a lot of times, 18:26.500 --> 18:30.860 But from that very first point of the seven years when it starts, 18:30.860 --> 18:32.140 Daniel's given that prophecy. 18:32.140 --> 18:39.140 He says, blessed is he that cometh the 1335th day and you shall come into your lot, right? 18:39.140 --> 18:41.980 So if you take that from the beginning of the seven years, 18:41.980 --> 18:47.740 that takes you 75 days past the midpoint of the seven years. 18:47.740 --> 18:50.420 The Antichrist reveals himself at the midpoint. 18:50.420 --> 18:53.220 He sets up the abomination of desolation. 18:53.400 --> 19:00.200 So, 1335 years past the beginning point gives you that 75 days. 19:00.200 --> 19:09.480 And even Jesus said in Matthew chapter 24, let me look at it real quick. 19:09.480 --> 19:15.640 He says it in all the prophetic passages I think, but let me just look at it real quick. 19:15.640 --> 19:18.640 I didn't have it in my notes. 19:27.400 --> 19:29.880 Matthew 24 verse 15 says, 19:29.880 --> 19:32.280 When you therefore shall see the abomination of desolation 19:32.280 --> 19:34.040 spoken of by Daniel the prophet, 19:34.040 --> 19:35.760 stand in the holy place whoso readeth, 19:35.760 --> 19:37.440 let him understand, 19:37.440 --> 19:40.520 and let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains. 19:40.520 --> 19:41.760 Let him which is down the housetop 19:41.760 --> 19:44.640 not take down anything that was, let's see. 19:46.880 --> 19:48.000 Okay. 19:48.000 --> 19:49.440 Well unto them that are with child 19:49.440 --> 19:50.720 and them that give suck in those days, 19:50.720 --> 19:51.920 but pray that your flight. 19:52.500 --> 19:57.700 be not winter, neither the Sabbath day, for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since 19:57.700 --> 20:05.940 the beginning of the world, to this time, nor ever shall be. We're just waiting for the battle of Gog 21:53.700 --> 21:58.100 and Magog or something. I mean, I know that they all have differentials in what they teach, 21:58.740 --> 22:05.540 but Jesus is in the North Pole right now, the aurora borealis is the colors of the throne, 22:06.180 --> 22:10.500 and so that's where Jesus is or whatever. He's the one that wrapped it in a napkin. 49:56.500 --> 50:01.780 And then the other are his disciples that did a good job. 50:01.780 --> 50:04.580 And they're getting five cities. They're getting ten cities. 50:04.580 --> 50:11.300 So notice that they're getting cities. I mean, so like I said, I think that this is a parable. 50:11.300 --> 50:15.700 So it's meant to be a teaching story, but he is like... 50:15.900 --> 50:20.620 saying, well, here's ten cities for you. You know, you get ten cities, you get ten cities, everybody gets ten cities. 50:20.620 --> 50:25.900 No, not everybody gets ten cities. They're different, they're different amounts of cities based upon the work they did. 50:25.940 --> 50:30.820 Okay, then look at verse 24. It says, and he said unto them that stood by, 50:31.060 --> 50:36.860 Take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds. Look at Ezekiel 38 verse 1. 56:44.480 --> 56:45.680 I'll go through this really quick. 56:47.300 --> 56:52.100 And the word of God came into, so this is Ezekiel 38, and look, this is one of the most abused 56:52.100 --> 56:55.300 Bible prophecy chapters in all the Bible. 56:55.300 --> 56:59.900 Because anytime there's some kind of war, anytime Russia has some kind of war, 56:59.900 --> 57:05.100 because it is connected to Russia somehow, and whatever, 57:05.100 --> 57:12.300 it's connected to the old table of nations and all this other stuff, which, okay. 57:12.600 --> 57:15.800 But this is connected directly to this passage. 57:15.800 --> 57:20.680 The battle of Gog and Magog is connected to the book of Revelation right here. 57:20.680 --> 57:23.000 It's not connected to the tribulation. 57:23.000 --> 57:25.960 It's not connected to any of that other stuff. 57:25.960 --> 57:31.640 This chapter in Ezekiel is just giving us details about what the book of Revelation, 57:31.640 --> 57:33.880 what happens in the book of Revelation. 57:33.880 --> 57:36.360 But all these Bible prophecy people are going to get up and tell you, 57:36.360 --> 57:38.760 Oh the battle of Gog and Magog is about to happen! 57:39.500 --> 57:45.380 Rabbi Jonathan Kahn, man, and all these other people, they always like to talk about the battle of Gog and Magog. 57:45.740 --> 57:51.940 But notice how this ties directly into what the book of Revelation says. It's just going to be a longer 57:52.460 --> 57:58.100 version and tell us a little more detail. There's more than one chapter about it, but I'm only going to talk about this one chapter, okay? 57:58.700 --> 58:02.820 It says, And the word of the Lord came unto me, this is Ezekiel 38.1, Son of man, set 58:02.820 --> 58:07.900 thy face against Gog in the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshach and Tubal, and 58:07.900 --> 58:08.900 prophesy against them. 58:08.900 --> 58:11.900 So those are mentioned in the book of Genesis, by the way. 58:11.900 --> 58:16.600 And say, Thus saith the Lord God, behold I am against thee, O Gog, and the chief prince 58:16.600 --> 58:19.200 of Meshach and Tubal. 58:19.200 --> 58:23.940 And will turn thee back and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth an all-mine 58:23.940 --> 58:25.980 army, horses and horsemen. 58:26.400 --> 58:28.900 all of them clothed with all sorts of armor, 58:28.900 --> 58:31.900 even a great company of bucklers and shields, 58:31.900 --> 58:33.900 and all of them handling swords. 58:33.900 --> 58:36.900 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them, 58:36.900 --> 58:39.400 all of them with shield and helmet, 58:39.400 --> 58:40.900 Gomer and all his bands, 58:40.900 --> 58:44.400 the house of Togarmah and the north quarters, 58:44.400 --> 58:46.900 and all his bands, and many people with thee." 58:46.900 --> 58:48.700 So didn't he say the four corners of the earth? 58:48.900 --> 58:52.660 So it's not just Gog and Magog, but it's all these other nations too. 58:52.660 --> 58:59.380 Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself thou and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, 58:59.380 --> 59:05.940 and be thou a guard unto them. After many days thou shalt be visited. See, there's no walls. What time is this?
