Because the atheists 35:00.280 --> 35:04.640 will say things like if God is all loving and all powerful then why are 35:04.640 --> 35:10.000 there so much so many sufferings in the world right? Why do people get sick? Why 35:10.000 --> 35:15.160 do people go through evil times? Why do people get you know murdered and so on 35:15.160 --> 35:19.800 and so forth? And the answer to this question can be pretty simple 35:20.000 --> 35:23.040 because we can use the moral argument, right? 35:23.040 --> 35:26.960 Because if you don't even believe in moral absolutes, 35:26.960 --> 35:31.120 you cannot even say if anything is good or evil. 35:31.120 --> 35:35.280 So the very reason that people think something is evil 35:35.280 --> 35:37.280 presupposes an objective 35:38.800 --> 35:42.960 morality and if there is an objective morality, 35:44.640 --> 35:47.040 then you can deduce a moral lawgiver 35:47.040 --> 35:50.040 or some kind of a higher power. 35:50.040 --> 35:51.880 Go to Romans chapter two. 35:51.880 --> 35:56.380 Romans chapter two, the Bible actually teaches 35:56.380 --> 36:00.340 this principle of an objective morality. 36:00.340 --> 36:02.820 Romans chapter two, look at verse 12. 36:02.820 --> 36:03.800 The Bible says this. 36:04.800 --> 36:08.640 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law, 36:08.640 --> 36:12.960 and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law." 36:12.960 --> 36:19.360 So even if you don't have the law of God or any sort of law, you will still be judged by the law. 36:19.360 --> 36:20.320 Look at verse 13. 36:20.320 --> 36:24.960 For now the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified. 36:24.960 --> 36:31.680 For when the Gentiles which have not the law, the Gentiles were not given, you know, say the laws in the... 36:32.800 --> 36:39.360 Testament, do by nature the things contained in the law, these having not a law, are a law unto 36:39.360 --> 36:44.480 themselves. We know that stealing people's possession is always wrong. Now if 37:08.500 --> 37:14.680 atheism is true, if we are just the product of time, chance, and matter, then where does 37:14.680 --> 37:21.680 objective good and evil come from? Right? Without an objective moral standard, we cannot 37:21.840 --> 37:25.000 even say murder is objectively evil. 37:25.300 --> 37:29.140 People can only say that maybe I don't like it, 37:29.140 --> 37:33.500 or maybe our society disproves of it, 37:33.500 --> 37:36.300 but without an objective moral standard, 37:36.300 --> 37:39.500 you cannot even say anything is good or evil. 37:41.300 --> 37:46.300 So the problem of human suffering is pretty easy to debunk, 37:46.540 --> 37:48.580 because in order for them to raise the question, 37:48.580 --> 37:52.260 they are actually borrowing from the Christian worldview. 37:52.260 --> 37:53.300 However, this response... 37:53.300 --> 37:57.300 This response doesn't really address the problem of evil. 37:57.300 --> 38:08.300 I mean, this response only shows that atheists cannot even raise the question, again, without borrowing from a Christian perspective. 38:08.300 --> 38:15.300 But as Christians, we know exactly what's absolute good. We know exactly what's absolute evil. 38:15.300 --> 38:19.700 We don't need to debate about whether lying, murder, adultery, abortion... 38:20.100 --> 38:21.300 is right or wrong, right? 38:21.300 --> 38:22.800 Because the Bible says it, okay? Go to Genesis chapter 9. 42:20.420 --> 42:23.180 Genesis chapter 9 look at verse number 1. 42:24.340 --> 42:26.200 Genesis 9 verse 1 42:28.900 --> 42:56.900 The Bible says this, and God blessed Noah and his sons and said unto them, Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth, and the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea, into your hand are they delivered, every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you, even as the green herb have I given you all things. 42:56.900 --> 43:02.900 So after the Noah's flood, God told them, hey, now you can eat every moving thing, every 43:02.900 --> 43:08.580 single animal, just like the vegetables you ate before the fall. 43:08.580 --> 43:13.400 And that's another evidence to believe that animals didn't really die before the fall 43:13.400 --> 43:17.820 since they were not even supposed to be eaten until after the flood. 43:18.200 --> 43:22.200 And even the animals were supposed to eat vegetables before the fall. 43:22.200 --> 43:25.200 Okay, and go to Isaiah chapter 11. 43:25.200 --> 43:29.200 Isaiah chapter 11. 43:29.200 --> 43:34.200 Now Isaiah 11 is a prophecy of the millennial reign of Christ. 43:34.200 --> 43:39.200 After the seven year end time, Isaiah 11, look at verse number 6. 43:39.200 --> 43:41.200 Isaiah 11 verse number 6. 43:41.200 --> 43:41.300 you 43:42.000 --> 43:50.500 Because the point I'm trying to make is God did not create a world full of death. Isaiah 11, look at verse number 6. The Bible says this. 43:51.600 --> 44:02.040 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopards shall lie down with the kid, and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together, and the little child shall lead them." 44:02.040 --> 44:09.080 So even the predators, even the vicious animals, they dwell peacefully together during the millennial reign of Christ. 44:09.080 --> 44:10.120 Look at verse number seven. 44:10.120 --> 44:17.640 And the cow and the bear shall feed, their young ones shall lie down together, and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. 44:17.640 --> 44:19.600 So during the millennium... 44:19.600 --> 44:24.600 all these carnivals, they went back to this eaten vegan diet, right? 44:24.600 --> 44:25.600 Look out for some bread. 44:25.700 --> 44:29.620 And the sucking child shall play on the whole of the asp. 44:29.620 --> 44:34.420 Even babies can play where snakes are at. 44:34.420 --> 44:38.620 And the winged child shall put his hand on the cockatrice then. 44:38.620 --> 44:40.980 In other words, cockatrice simply means an adder. 44:40.980 --> 44:42.260 That's the same word. 44:42.260 --> 44:43.660 Simply means a viper. 44:43.660 --> 44:46.420 So the Bible is teaching that during the millennial reign 44:46.420 --> 44:51.260 of Christ, even kids and babies can play with the snakes. 44:51.260 --> 44:52.900 They can play with those vipers. 44:52.900 --> 44:53.420 Version 1. 44:53.700 --> 44:58.620 29. They shall not hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain, for the earth shall be full 44:58.620 --> 45:02.060 of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. 45:02.600 --> 45:11.600 So I believe during the millennial kingdom, you know, this kingdom kind of resets the earth back to the state of the Garden of Eden. 45:11.600 --> 45:20.100 So to me the millennium is a transitional period before the eternal state when there will be no more death. 45:20.100 --> 45:30.600 That's why I presuppose before the fall there was no animal death since the millennium is a transitional period back to the state of Eden. 45:30.600 --> 45:32.600 where there is no death. 45:33.520 --> 45:35.860 Go to Isaiah 65, Isaiah 65. 45:38.600 --> 45:41.720 Look at verse 25, Isaiah 65 verse 25. 45:43.400 --> 45:48.040 See, even though there's no verse that says that there was no death before the fall, 45:48.040 --> 45:53.240 but just based on the principles in the Bible, I do believe that there was no death 45:53.240 --> 45:58.040 occurring before the fall of man. Isaiah 65, look at verse 25. Again, point number one is God did not create a world full of death. 46:16.920 --> 46:21.400 Okay, now let's go back to Genesis chapter two. Genesis chapter number two. 46:24.400 --> 46:31.400 So point number two this morning is that the curse affected the entire creation. 46:31.400 --> 46:35.400 The curse affected the entire creation. 46:35.400 --> 46:37.400 Genesis chapter two, look at verse 15. 46:38.000 --> 46:39.000 The Bible says, 47:06.000 --> 47:12.600 Okay, although the primary context is the spiritual death because the Bible says in the day when you ate it 47:12.600 --> 47:19.760 You will die and we knew that they did not die physically. Okay, although this I do believe also points to the eventual 47:20.200 --> 47:25.760 Physical death go to Genesis chapter 3 Genesis chapter 3 so God told you know Adam and Eve 47:25.760 --> 47:33.160 You know if you eat the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you will die. Look at Genesis chapter 3 look at verse 17 47:33.900 --> 47:41.160 Genesis 317 this was after you know they ate the forbidden fruit and you know and they sinned. That's the same. 51:06.000 --> 51:08.500 Look at verse number 14. The Bible defines it for you. 51:08.500 --> 51:11.000 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the same. 51:11.000 --> 51:16.440 sons of God. So the Bible is teaching in verse 19 that the creatures, non-human 51:16.440 --> 51:21.360 creatures, they are waiting for the manifestation or the 51:21.360 --> 51:26.840 revealing of the saved. So what's Paul talking about? They are waiting for when 51:26.840 --> 51:32.760 the saved receive their glorified body at the rapture, right? That's when we 51:32.760 --> 51:38.240 get manifested. In fact, go to verse number 18 to see the context. Romans 8 51:38.240 --> 51:39.000 18. 51:39.300 --> 51:48.300 for I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." 51:48.300 --> 51:51.300 Okay, again, us is talking about believers. 51:51.300 --> 52:02.300 Now here the glory is not referring to the rewards in heaven because the Bible does not say the glory which shall be revealed to us. 52:02.300 --> 52:04.300 The Bible says the glory which shall be 52:04.800 --> 52:06.240 revealed in us. 52:06.240 --> 52:08.320 I believe it's talking about the glorified body. 52:08.320 --> 52:13.760 You know, it's pointing to the manifestation of the saved. 52:13.760 --> 52:20.480 Now, you might ask, but animals still die after the rapture. 52:20.480 --> 52:24.800 Animals still die after we get our glorified body. 52:24.800 --> 52:25.100 Thanks for watching! 52:25.700 --> 52:34.100 Now I believe the concept is the glorification of the believers, which begins the final stage of God's plan to, you know, 52:34.100 --> 52:47.300 to, you know, I believe the glorification begins the final stage of God's plan to redeem the mankind. 52:47.300 --> 52:49.200 And that's all finalized. 52:49.500 --> 52:53.140 when we appear with Jesus in glory 52:53.140 --> 52:54.880 to start his millennial kingdom, 52:54.880 --> 52:57.100 and then which leads up to the eternal state. 52:57.100 --> 53:03.500 OK, so all you can say that this manifestation 53:03.500 --> 53:07.140 is talking about a public glorification of the believers 53:07.140 --> 53:11.820 when Christ comes to set his kingdom. 53:11.820 --> 53:13.820 But again, the Bible says the creature. 53:14.600 --> 53:26.600 They are waiting for the revealing and the manifestation of the said when we get our glorified body, which kicks off the eternal state. 53:26.600 --> 53:28.600 So look at verse number 20. 53:28.600 --> 53:30.600 Hopefully I'm not confusing you. 53:30.600 --> 53:32.600 Romans 8.20. 53:32.600 --> 53:34.600 The Bible says, 53:34.600 --> 53:42.440 for the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who had subjected the same in hope. 53:42.800 --> 53:55.520 So all non-human creatures, they are subject to vanity, they are subject to emptiness, involuntarily, because of what happened through Adam. 53:55.520 --> 54:08.480 Because the ground did not rebel against God. Mankind rebelled, and the whole creation was placed under the curse as a result of man's sin. 54:09.500 --> 54:14.860 and the creature was made subject to vanity by reason of him. 54:14.860 --> 54:20.940 Now I believe him is referring to God because God subjected creation to vanity because of Adam's sin, 54:20.940 --> 54:24.940 because Adam didn't curse the ground. 01:05:44.360 --> 01:05:47.560 that there will be animals during the millennium, right? 01:05:47.560 --> 01:05:49.720 Because they live peacefully with men. 01:05:49.720 --> 01:05:52.640 The problem is what about the eternal state? 01:05:52.640 --> 01:05:56.840 Or will there be animals in heaven? 01:05:56.840 --> 01:05:58.840 Because think about it logically, right? 01:05:58.840 --> 01:06:01.480 Because we know there are animals during the millennium, 01:06:01.480 --> 01:06:03.120 but what about the eternal state? 01:06:03.120 --> 01:06:04.160 OK? 01:06:04.160 --> 01:06:06.880 Now, I'm not talking about supernatural creatures 01:06:06.880 --> 01:06:08.440 mentioned in the book of Revelation. 01:06:09.100 --> 01:06:13.180 I'm talking about the animals we know now, 01:06:13.180 --> 01:06:16.720 like cats, dogs, horses, whatever, okay? 01:06:16.720 --> 01:06:20.880 And when talking about spending eternity in heaven, 01:06:23.740 --> 01:06:27.900 technically, we spend eternity on immortal, therefore animals continue normal biological life forever. 01:09:54.600 --> 01:10:02.600 Now personally I don't really agree with this view because to me death is the greatest manifestation of the corruption. 01:10:02.600 --> 01:10:08.600 So if corruption is removed, I'd expect death to be removed as well. 01:10:08.600 --> 01:10:13.600 Especially, I believe, during the Garden of Eden,
